00:14Luisa Erispe is in the center of the news. Yes, Luisa?
00:19Angelique, the Presidential Anti-Organized Crime Commission is now investigating the four countries that are the most vulnerable to illegal smuggling in the country.
00:31According to PAO spokesman Dr. Winston Casio, they are already investigating the four countries and the process is already underway for them to be arrested.
00:40Here is the statement of Dr. Winston Casio.
00:44We have a lead. We are currently monitoring them.
00:47We are just developing enough cases to apply for search warrants and mission orders for them to be arrested and arrested.
00:58In the next few days, weeks maybe, we will be able to get all of these.
01:02These four countries are believed to be even more vulnerable to illegal smuggling than the last one, the most vulnerable to illegal smuggling,
01:10also known as Bos Boga, Bos Apaw, and Bos Bahaw.
01:14According to PAO, they are Chinese and Malaysian.
01:18PAO is already forming a complaint or a case to file against them.
01:25Our evidence against them is solid because we have been investigating them for a long time.
01:30I'm sure they are not the only four. There are other people with them.
01:33But so far, we have investigated four of them.
01:37Angelic, aside from arresting the bosses of FOGO in the country,
01:41PAO and authorities are also continuing to shut down the small FOGO offices.
01:47Of the IGL or Internet Gaming Licenses, only around 30 are currently operating and they are gradually closing down.
01:55As for the illegal FOGO, around 50 to 100 are still being monitored by PAO that are operating.
02:02Even though President Ferdinand R. Marquez, Jr. has already issued an order to close down the offices,
02:08they are still continuing their operations to shut them down.
02:12Meanwhile, UNIQ, the Bureau of Immigration,
02:15has only issued an order to foreign nationals who are working in FOGO
02:23that they need to downgrade their 9G visa.
02:26According to Donna Sandoval, a spokesperson of the BI,
02:29if their visa is downgraded, they will be given 59 days to obtain a temporary tourist visa
02:36so that they can leave the country unharmed.
02:39If their visa is not downgraded, they will be prosecuted and will be reported to the government.
02:47Legally, those who are leaving the country will not be blacklisted.
02:52Those who will be left behind, like what I said earlier,
02:56those who are stubborn and do not follow the policies of our government,
03:00they will be deported and blacklisted.
03:05According to the BI, around 50% of foreign nationals who are working in FOGO
03:11have already left the country and their visas have been downgraded.
03:16That's the latest. Back to you, Angelie.
03:18Thank you very much, Louisa Erispe.
