00:22President Ferdinand R. Marcos, Jr. called for countries to help reduce the effects of climate change and natural hazards hosted by the Philippines.

01:01The President also called for a time to double the efforts of countries in the Asia-Pacific to implement the Sendai Framework,
01:08an international document for risk reduction and to strengthen the resilience of countries.
01:14The Executive Board also called for climate financing, which is important for climate mitigation.
01:19Therefore, as the host of the Loss and Damage Fund Board, the President assured that the countries affected by climate change will have sufficient funds.
01:29The APMC-DRR will last until Friday, where up to 3,000 high-level delegates, including ministers and policy makers, are expected to attend.
01:40Last night, the President and First Lady Luis Araneta Marcos welcomed delegates of the APMC-DRR in Malacanang.
