00:12Today, delegates from various member states are expected to attend the five-day gathering.

00:32In the theme, Surge to 2030, Enhancing Ambition in Asia-Pacific to Accelerate Disaster Risk Reduction,
00:39the theme will highlight the need for countries to work hard to achieve a safe future.
00:46Malacanang has already suspended the entry of government and classes in all schools in Pasay City and Manila until tomorrow due to the arrival of delegates.
00:58The NCRPO has also suspended all permit-to-carry firearms in Metro Manila from Oct. 15 to Oct. 18 as part of the security implemented by the APMCDRR.
