00:00In spite of the new details about Alice Guo and the issue of illegal pogo in the Philippines,

00:06the current State Witness is studying under the Witness Protection Program,

00:11the missing witness, Luisa Erispeza Report.

00:18Now, there's a missing witness in the illegal operation of pogo in the Philippines.

00:24The Department of Justice said,

00:26the connection of Alice Guo or Guo Ping to pogo in the country is getting clearer.

00:30According to Justice Undersecretary Nicholas T.,

00:33the mention of the witness to Guo,

00:35it's connected to the boss of pogo, Boss Boga,

00:39it's possible that there's evidence against the former mayor.

00:43There will be more evidence against Alice Guo and her colleagues.

00:49But for us, the heavy evidence,

00:51this new evidence, this new witness,

00:56the missing person,

00:58will only add to the strength of our investigation against Alice Guo.

01:03In the mention of the witness,

01:05Guo is also known as Madam Wah,

01:08even in Lucky South 99 or Porak Pampanga,

01:11DOJ's gate,

02:16that are being done by surrogate mothers in other countries.

02:19DOJ said,

02:20just this Friday,

02:21they were able to save two newly born victims

02:25and on the very same day,

02:26it was discovered.

02:28These were put under the Inquest Proceedings.

02:31For the 20 Filipinas

02:33who were victims of surrogacy modus operandi in Cambodia,

02:36their return to the Philippines was already planned.

02:39While the 13 were still monitoring the situation,

02:42they were able to receive help from the government.

02:45And because they were victims of human trafficking,

02:48they were able to receive from the government

02:50the various benefits that are given to human trafficking.

02:53This includes psychosocial support,

02:55assistance,

02:57efforts to reintegrate them in society

03:00and give them a better life.

03:02And most importantly,

03:04non-criminality is also included.

03:06So if they are committing a crime,

03:09as a trafficking victim,

03:11they should not be held accountable for this crime.

03:14DOJ is also working with

03:16the Department of Foreign Affairs

03:18and the Embassy of the Philippines in Cambodia

03:20to prevent the Filipino victims of surrogacy in Cambodia.
