00:31According to BIA spokesperson, Donna Sandoval, wherever the former Banban Mayor, Alice Guo was brought,

00:36the agency is ready to carry out the booking procedure for the former mayor.

00:41On the part of BIA, there is a mission order that they issued from BIA Commissioner Tan Sinko to Guo.

00:47She will be charged for undesirability as well as misrepresentation because there is evidence that she has a Chinese passport apart from the Philippine passport that she is presenting.

01:08After that, the NBI will implement their procedure on her.

01:16It is now time for Guo to be in the jurisdiction of the NBI.

01:22The mission order is for Guo to be arrested because of her violation of the Philippine Immigration Act.

01:28According to Sandoval, even if she is not brought here immediately or not brought here by the NBI,

01:32she will still go through the process of the agency.

01:35It is also possible that wherever Guo is brought, Sandoval will explain that the deportation case of Guo and other cases of her will be carried out at the same time in different courts here.

01:52Even if her deportation case is finished first, we will not be able to implement the deportation up until the court cases here in the Philippines are finished.

02:03When it is established that she is a Chinese national and her documents have been acquired through misrepresentation,

02:11it means that the deportation case will be confirmed and the decision to deport her and blacklist her will be made.

02:22And just like the court case of Guo's imprisonment, you need to serve her sentence first before she can be deported.

02:30When it comes to the investigation of how Guo was able to leave the country,

02:34the NBI continues to rectify Sheila Guo's agreement with the Senate that it is illegal for them to leave the country without going through immigration.

02:42Based on their documents, the passport of Sheila and Alice has no immigration status,

02:48so it will be helpful for Alice Guo to return to clarify this matter.
