00:00It is no longer the Regional Trial Court of the Kapas-Tarlac that holds the graft case of the former Bamban Mayor, Alice Guo.

00:15The jurisdiction of the case of the former Bamban-Tarlac Mayor, Alice Guo, has been transferred to the Valenzuela Court from the Kapas-Tarlac Court.

00:23Senate Majority Leader Francis Tolentino confirmed this.

00:26The warrant of arrest was issued for the Kapas-RTEC against Guo.

00:30But the senator argued that the Kapas-Tarlac Court has no jurisdiction.
