(Adnkronos) - “Cerchiamo di fare informazione sul nostro prodotto, lo zucchero, facendo chiarezza sulla provenienza e sul corretto uso nell’alimentazione”. Lo ha detto Alessio Bruschetta, amministratore delegato Eridania Italia, a margine del panel ‘Il ruolo dei consumatori e le asimmetrie informative’, inserito nel programma della seconda giornata della dodicesima edizione del Salone della Csr e dell’Innovazione sociale, all’università Bocconi di Milano.
