Central Govt Releases Funds for Polavaram : పోలవరం ప్రాజెక్టు నిర్మాణం కోసం కేంద్ర ప్రభుత్వం తొలిసారిగా రూ.2,348 కోట్లు అడ్వాన్సుగా విడుదల చేసింది. ఆ నిధుల వినియోగానికి సంబంధించి కేంద్రం కొన్ని షరతులు విధించింది. ప్రస్తుతం ఇచ్చిన మొత్తంలో 75 శాతం ఖర్చు చేస్తేనే తదుపరి నిధులు ఇస్తామని స్పష్టం చేసింది. ఇచ్చిన నిధులను నిర్దేశిత పనులకే వినియోగించాలని సూచించింది. గతంలో రాష్ట్ర ప్రభుత్వ నిధులతో చేసిన పనులకు రీయింబర్స్‌మెంట్‌ కింద మరో రూ. 459 కోట్లు విడుదల చేసింది.
