00:00Series is now tied 2-2. Of course there was Mookie Betts had a long postseason slump going into this
00:10series and continuing through this series that ended in San Diego. Of course he hit the homer
00:15in game three to break out of it in the game they lost the other night and then last night
00:19first inning again teeing off on Dylan Cease FS1. That ball's hit hard the left center field Merritt
00:26on the run to the track to the wall goodbye Mookie Betts does it again in the first and
00:33the Dodgers are on the board. So much for his slump. I would say that that's over the slump
00:42that Mookie Betts had he is and he had an RBI single the next inning so he had a homer in the
00:47first and then drove in another run in the second away the Dodgers go second team ever to throw a
00:54nine inning shutout using at least eight pitchers and how about this the Dodgers and the Tigers on
01:02Wednesday became the first teams to ever throw a postseason shutout with the starter recording
01:09less than four outs so the Tigers and the Dodgers both on Wednesday did bullpen games they both
01:15Tigers pitched six guys the Dodgers pitched eight guys and they both got shutouts absolutely
01:21amazing here is Dave Roberts for you Scotty very proud of his team going back to L.A.
01:26I think that you know when you go through a regular season a lot of things are sort of calculated and
01:33you know there's a lot of variables because you're playing for the longer view
01:37but when you get into the postseason it's a street fight and it's about people players and
01:44your desire has got to be more than your opponent and for me to see our guys go through what they've
01:50been through and respond the way they have really makes me excited about game five
01:57yeah I mean I'm scared to death for game five that the Dodgers are going to win I want the
02:04Padres to win and I really don't have much else to say about it like making a bet on it is I think
02:11a dangerous way to make a living boy I think the Dodgers have the momentum I think they have home
02:17field I think they have an unbelievable lineup I think they prove they have a bunch of no-name
02:24pitchers that can pitch an inning or whatever needs to be done two outs three outs four outs
02:30five outs I mean it was insane what I was watching last night I couldn't believe my eyes that they
02:36shut out that team that team to me is too good to be shut out and I just couldn't believe what
02:44I was watching I think the Padres are a fantastic baseball team in fact I think the you know Padres
02:51Dodgers and Mets are all better than the Yankees I really do and uh both of them are dangerous
02:58whoever wins is gonna give the Mets all they can handle I do not believe it's going to be easy
03:05for the Mets against either one of them
