00:00Hey Vogue, it's Madison Bailey and I'm going to show you guys my everyday skincare routine and
00:04my go-to glam look. First thing I'm going to do is set the vibes. I light a little candle,
00:10then I'm going to spray a little room spray. Now I'm going to wash my face, which I'm going to use
00:16my little cuffies. Got them on Amazon, just keeps water from going all over my arms. I don't like to
00:22pinch the top of my curls because that's like the first part to flatten, so I always like try to
00:26clip a piece underneath. I do about two pumps. My skin's not super sensitive, so I love trying
00:34new products. I try to just do like the bare minimum, something I'm definitely gonna stick to
00:39and not forget and not be lazy about. And after like long days on set, it's a minimum of skincare
00:45routine twice a day. Next I'm going to apply a toner. I use this Laneige one. It's super hydrating.
00:54I feel like a lot of times a toner is the stuff that dries your face out.
01:00I think I started putting together a skincare routine after I had already started Outer Banks.
01:04It was a little bit out of necessity. I was just in the sun a lot more than I typically
01:10was before and my skin was drier and I'm also just getting a little older.
01:14I'm gonna do serum, double serum, and I'll mix them together first.
01:19I'm gonna do moisturizer and I'm gonna mix this with a little sunscreen, that, and just mix the two.
01:29Definitely started prioritizing sunscreen while filming Outer Banks because just the sun exposure
01:34on a daily basis was a lot. Now I'm gonna do eye cream and when we're, we're gone filming for about
01:42six or seven months so any type of TLC is so needed and a long bath afterward can really go
01:52a long way. I'm gonna cover these with some little eye patches. I like to apply the eye cream
01:57underneath the eye patches just so it's really like twice as efficient. I'm gonna go lip mask
02:06and I let this sit while I do my makeup and I feel like by the time it's time to put on my
02:09lip liner and my lip gloss, my lips are like, this is absorbed and like perfect timing.
02:16Then I like to gua sha, really get the lymphatic drainage.
02:27I think it's good to stick to a routine even if it's something that's five, ten minutes that
02:31you're just giving yourself and dedicating that time to yourself no matter how busy your day is.
02:36Time for makeup. I'm gonna sanitize for really no reason. My hands are dirty but
02:43it's a mental thing like I have to sanitize before I do my makeup. I don't know.
02:48My brows have seen it all. I started waxing when I was like 12 and then they got really,
02:55really thin. By high school I had nothing and I just let them keep growing out and now I'm
03:02the only person who touches my eyebrows. They aren't like the most even. This one's definitely
03:06higher so I try to like even them out with product. So I'll like emphasize the arch more
03:12on this one and then I'll like fill in lower on this one. Anastasia pencil.
03:21I like to brush them down just in case the brow gel doesn't hold anything. See like it's all
03:26brushed down and it still looks filled in there and then I just brush everything back up. Next
03:36is eyeshadow. Take this Merit single shadow. I'm the youngest of seven and four of us are girls.
03:46I learned how to do makeup from my older sisters. Like one sister straightening my hair and then
03:51the other one providing my eyeliner. I was, it was giving. I'm gonna take this palette. I'm gonna
03:57do this color here. Moving on to eyeliner. I'm gonna take this black. I feel like once we wrap
04:11filming I take like a week to let my skin breathe but I'm typically really excited to get the time
04:17to do my makeup again so I'm like back into it pretty quickly. And then I just like to connect a
04:23little right here. Now I'm gonna take a pencil liner and tightline just the top.
04:36I'm gonna curl the lashes. It really does make that big of a difference. Mascara.
04:42Eyes are done. Next I'm gonna take a primer. I like this one. It's Gucci. I feel like it's just
04:48like a little bit of luxury. Again, look good, feel good. I'm so excited for y'all to see this
04:54season of Outer Banks. It was so much fun to film. Had a little bit of time in between filming to
05:01work on some music and my first single's out which is something I literally never thought
05:08would happen. I was honestly really indecisive of what song to release first and it's my dad's
05:13favorite song and my nieces and nephews' favorite song so that definitely helped sway my choice.
05:20And I'm gonna mix my foundations for shade match mostly. Patrick Ta, Pat McGrath. This is the lighter
05:28of the two and then the darker of the two. Next I'm gonna spot conceal a little. I like this
05:35spot conceal a little. I like to put everything on the back of my hand. I can really control how
05:39much product you're using. I grew up listening to everything. I'm from the south. I listen to
05:47country. My dad exclusively listens to rock and also like the Pitch Perfect soundtrack. He has
05:54that on CD and he will play that in the car any chance he gets. It's actually really cute.
05:58Foundation time. Back to this.
06:04If I'm in the sun for five minutes I'm a completely different shade.
06:08My foundation drawer is stocked with so many colors.
06:12It's ridiculous and I almost always have to mix them to get it just right.
06:20I really love bronzer. It's one of my favorite steps.
06:23Brush. A Patrick Ta brush. It's like perfect for contour.
06:34I feel like some of the best advice that I've gotten is like with my contour
06:38just trial and error and figure out how to contour your own face.
06:46So TikTok said don't go all the way down your nose. Just stop halfway.
06:50That's helped. And if it's not perfect it doesn't matter because we're gonna carve it
06:54out with concealer and then it'll be perfect. Blush. I use this Hourglass one. You have to
06:59shake this every time. Big fan of cream products. I feel like they blend better and just keeps the
07:07face looking so alive and sometimes I need that. Sometimes I really don't get enough sleep.
07:13The concealer is the step that makes the whole look.
07:23And then I'm gonna leave that center line to set for a sec and then I'm gonna blend.
07:29I love going to the fashion shows. The Tommy show was so sick. I took my sister's plus one.
07:35She had the best freaking time and hopefully like over the course of many more fashion shows
07:42I'll be able to take one sibling at a time. They only give you a plus one and I'm plus six.
07:49Little concealer.
07:53Then I'm gonna go on powder. Blend, blend, blend. And then set immediately. I really
07:59only set under the eye and then I'll bring a little bit of the powder and set my smile lines.
08:05And then I just set the cheek with a powder blush. There's only one blush that I use.
08:11Put a good dip in it. Now that the concealer is done, I'm gonna do bottom mascara.
08:19And next I'm gonna take highlight. I only put it on the nose and then this is when we're going
08:25to put it on top of the the straight line that we made with the concealer. It's gonna look even
08:30I've had this highlighter for years. One of like the first MAC products I bought
08:35and I barely made a dent in it because that's the only place I highlight. I'm a liar.
08:42Now I'm done. And now that we're done with all of the powders, you can set the brow.
08:50And then now I'm going to take this little Glossier brow pen thing.
08:54And I'm going to dot over my freckles that I covered with makeup.
09:02And then I'm going to take a little bit of powder.
09:07And last but absolutely not least, lips. This one's in. She's strong.
09:14Gloss. This is my current fave. It's the iced coffee one. It smells incredible.
09:21I swear by this. It makes the skin look incredible.
09:29Last step.
09:31And then I'm gonna take a little bit of this
09:34I swear by this. It makes the skin look incredible.
09:42Last step. I don't wear the same perfume even two days in a row,
09:46most of the time. This is my final look. This was so much fun. Thank you so much, Vogue. Bye.
