00:00The International Energy Agency, or IEA, report predicts renewable energy will meet nearly half of global electricity demand by the year 2030,
00:10but this won't achieve the United Nations' goal to triple capacity for carbon reduction.
00:16Over 5,500 gigawatts of new renewable capacity is expected, mainly from solar, photovoltaic, which will account for 80% growth.
