Vale of Glamorgan Council concerned over school attendance

One council has said that over 1000 days have been lost to exclusions around the county in the last year, and school attendance generally still hasn’t improved to pre pandemic levels. A spokesperson for the council says that they need to better understand the lives of children in the area.
