PT Verona Indah Pictures Tbk atau Verona Pictures (VERN) resmi mencatatkan saham di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Rumah produksi film, video, dan program televisi itu mematok harga IPO sebesar Rp195 per saham. Dengan melepas 1,12 miliar saham ke publik, calon emiten tersebut ditargetkan meraup dana segar sebesar Rp218,72 miliar dalam hajatan IPO ini. Seluruh dana yang diperoleh dari hasil penawaran umum perdana saham ini, setelah dikurangi biaya-biaya emisi akan digunakan oleh perseroan untuk akuisisi dan modal kerja.

Rinciannya sebesar 7,7 persen dipakai buat akuisisi properti, berupa tanah dan bangunan dengan luas tanah sebesar 160 meter persegi (m2) dan luas bangunan sebesar 1.060 m2 di Kebon Jeruk, Jakarta Barat. Sisanya akan digunakan untuk modal kerja perseroan, meliputi namun tidak terbatas untuk pembiayaan kegiatan produksi dan/atau akuisisi film/sinetron/serial digital dan kegiatan pemasarannya, serta untuk pembiayaan kebutuhan operasional perseroan.

Bersamaan dengan IPO, perusahaan juga menerbitkan 560,82 juta Waran Seri I atau 15,39 persen dari total jumlah saham ditempatkan dan disetor penuh. Harga pelaksanaan ditetapkan Rp216 per saham, sehingga total hasil yang dikumpulkan sebesar Rp121,13 miliar.
