00:00Computer Science videos here today to show you guys in this tutorial how to
00:05use bookings for Microsoft Office 365 on a Mac computer. Tutorial 10, export
00:11recent data. Without further ado, let us start the video. So in this tutorial, you
00:17need to have access to a Mac computer, have access to an account for Microsoft
00:21Office 365. Now this can be from Workschool of Business, so we can now go
00:25all the way down to the dock, go to Launchpad, go to the web browser which is
00:29Google Chrome in this case. Now go to office.com, make sure you are signed into
00:34the account. Go to the left hand side navigation menu, click on all
00:37applications, go to bookings and now let's click on a calendar for Computer
00:43Science videos. Now what we need to do is filter by the month and we can then see
00:49all the activity that will be taking place or has taken place depending on
00:53the date of the month. So we are on or in the 17th of August 2022 and
01:02everything that's yet to come is on the calendar. So to now export, go to the
01:07right top corner of the screen where we see export in the middle of print and
01:11action items. Click on export and you can export up to 120 days of recent data as
01:17a TSV file starting from but what we will do is filter from the 1st of August
01:24all the way up to the 31st of August 2022. Now let's export and this
01:31hopefully should export a .TSV file which if we click on this should open up
01:36in the numbers application as part of a table that was imported to the
01:45application numbers on a Mac computer. So we can now quit numbers, quit Google
01:54Chrome and so that's it for this video. I'll see you guys in my next tutorial. Thanks for
02:01now. Thank you for making it towards the end of the video. Be sure to subscribe to
