00:00Computer Science videos here today to show you guys in the tutorial how to use

00:05bookings from Microsoft Office 365 on a Mac computer. Tutorial 1 introduction

00:11without further ado let us start the video. So in this tutorial you need to

00:16have access to a Mac computer, have access to an account from Microsoft

00:20Office 365. Now this can be for work to a business. We can now start the tutorial.

00:24Let's now go over onto the dock. Go to launchpad, go to the web browser which is

00:30Google Chrome in this case. Now go to office.com. Make sure you are signed in

00:36to the account. Now go to the left hand side navigation menu. Click on all

00:40applications, all apps. Scroll all the way to the bottom. Explore your applications.

00:46We are looking for bookings. Simplify how you schedule and manage appointments both

00:53inside and outside your organization. So let's click on this. This will now give

00:58us an introduction. Welcome to bookings. Next. Manage all services from one place.

01:04Next. Manage team members. Click on done. Good evening. Admin. Let's get started. You

01:11don't have any calendars just yet. To get set up, create a new calendar or ask your

01:17teammates to invite you to an existing one. We can discover calendars or we can

01:22create a new calendar or if we require help, we can click the hyperlink. So let's

01:28click on create new calendar. Create a new bookings calendar. Let's give the

01:35calendar a name. So I'll just choose computer science videos. Let's add a logo.

01:43Let's add the brand, the business, the company logo. Let's go to documents, my

01:47YouTube channel. Scroll all the way to the bottom. There we have the logo for

01:52computer science videos. Add logo. Choose a business type. This is IT tech support.

01:58Change the times from 8 to 9 to 5. We operate from Monday to Friday. Let's

02:08click next. We are able to invite staff. So let's invite my main account.

02:22Yep, as a team member. Let's click on next. Set up a service if we wish to.

02:28You'll be able to add more services and customize later on. That's okay. We can

02:34change if we wish to but let's just leave it the way it is. Click on next.

02:39Choose who can book appointments. Non self-service people in the organization

02:44or anyone. We'll just keep it for people in the organization. Create the calendar.

02:49This is now setting up the calendar. It should be ready in less than a minute. If

02:53you quit now, the progress will not be saved. We can share or we can get started.

02:58Let's click on get started. We can manage and create new calendars. Export CSV.

03:04Configure the view. Okay, so that's how you get started with the bookings

03:15application for Microsoft Office 365 on my computer. In the next tutorial and in

03:23the later stages of these tutorials, I will be explaining everything inside out.

03:29So stay tuned for that. We can now quit Google Chrome.
