00:00Computer Science videos here today to show you guys in this tutorial how to
00:06use bookings for Microsoft Office 365 on a Mac computer. Tutorial 6 take time off
00:13for stuff. Without further ado let us start the video. So in this tutorial you
00:19need to have access to a Mac computer, have access to an account for Microsoft
00:23Office 365. Now this can be for work, school or business. So we're gonna go
00:27down to the dock, go to launchpad, go to the web browser which is Google Chrome
00:32in this case. Now go to office.com, make sure you are signed into the account. Now
00:37go to the left hand side navigation menu, click on all applications, go to bookings,
00:41go within the calendars for computer science videos. Now what we will do is
00:48navigate to the top menu, click on add time off. Let's just choose a date, let's
00:55click on the 24th until the 26th and now let's add a staff member, let's add
01:02the admin. We can choose a location, choose to add some notes if we wish to
01:08but we'll just click on create time off and this should now generate time off
01:16for that particular staff member. So if we go to the 24th you can see that the
01:22whole day has now been covered by a time off period, the next day and the
01:31next day. So three consecutive days from the 24th all the way to the 26th of
01:37August 2022, this staff member will not be available for bookings. So what we can
01:43now do is quit Google Chrome and so that's it for this video. I'll see you guys in my
