01:16I've condemned political violence, whether it comes from the left or the right.
01:19But at the height of the BLM riots where they were rioting and looting
01:23and burning down America's cities, Ohio cities and small towns.
01:26Tim Ryan threw the police under the bus.
01:28He attacked them as the new Jim Crow, as systemically racist.
01:32And he voted for legislation that would have stripped funding from them
01:36and redirected it towards litigation defense.
01:39This is another example of Tim Ryan talking about what he would like to do.

01:49The problem is you got 20 years and you failed to do any of it.
