00:09Intro
01:39In the 13th century, we have to go back to the 13th century to understand all this.
02:04At that time, Muslims had a firm belief that this extraordinary revolution could only come from the emergence of a successful natural force in this world of causes and events.
02:14They thought it was the effect of the establishment.
02:16A historian wrote that before this, Dar-ul-Islam did not have this state in the wake of the attacks of the Mughals and Christians.
02:23Even the Christian world was as shocked and astonished by the death of Genghis Khan as it was by the next generation of the Mughals.
02:35Today, we are going to start the story of the same great massacre, the battle of God, the battle of Kamil and the Battle of Takht-o-Taj i.e. Genghis Khan.
02:46It was the beginning of the year 1218 CE.
02:50Genghis Khan was sitting in his central city, Karakoram, near the northern shores of the Gobi Desert, on the banks of the highest lake, Baikal.
02:58One of his bodyguards, who was the best bodyguard, whose name was Barmas, appeared in front of Genghis Khan's tent.
03:06The tent was a magnificent palace.
03:08There were leather blankets on the outside, which had a thick layer of woolen clothes, and a double layer of silk on the outside.
03:16After paying tribute to Genghis Khan, the bodyguards stood up and addressed Genghis Khan.
03:23Genghis Khan, there are three types of people who want to meet you.
03:27One is the merchant of Samarkand, his name is Koshan Khan.
03:31The second is a person from Tibristan, whose name is Badruddin.
03:35And the third is a delegation of three people, including the Caliph of Baghdad.
03:39This delegation has already met our minister, Yalwaj.
03:42Because this delegation has also brought a message in the name of Yalwaj.
03:46Now Badruddin, the merchant of Samarkand, Koshan Khan, and the Caliph of Baghdad, our minister Yalwaj, are standing outside your tent.
03:53I will present to you whoever you order.
03:56Because Yalwaj Khan was the minister of Genghis Khan, he was a Muslim, and Genghis Khan trusted him a lot.
04:03While addressing his bodyguard, Barmas, Genghis Khan said,
04:08First present the delegation from Baghdad with Yalwaj.
04:12After hearing this order from Genghis Khan, Barmas went out.
04:15After a while, Genghis Khan's minister Yalwaj in the tent,
04:19presented himself with a delegation of three people, including the Caliph of Baghdad.
04:23With the gesture of his hand, Genghis Khan asked Yalwaj to sit down,
04:26and on one side of him, he also indicated the delegation to sit down.
04:29Therefore, the three members of the delegation sat down.
04:32After that, Genghis Khan addressed his minister Yalwaj and said,
04:36Has this delegation of Baghdad brought us a message from the Caliph of Baghdad?
04:41Upon this, Yalwaj smiled and said,
04:44This message is also strange and strange, and the messengers are also in a strange and strange way.
04:48After this, Yalwaj stood in his place.
04:50From the members of the delegation, he caught one whose hair was completely shaved.
04:56Yalwaj took him to Genghis Khan, bowed his head,
05:00and a message was written on his head from the Caliph of Baghdad.
05:03In this message, Genghis Khan was encouraged that he should be the Sultan of Muslims,
05:08and that he should attack Alauddin Khawarzam Shah as soon as possible,
05:12and take over his kingdom.
05:14This is the greatest desire of the Caliph of Baghdad.
05:17Seeing this message and the way of the message, Genghis Khan smiled for a while.
05:22After that, Yalwaj and the one on whose head the message was sent,
05:26Genghis Khan asked both of them to sit on the seats.
05:29When they sat down, Genghis Khan looked at Yalwaj and said,
05:33What do you think about this message?
05:36Upon this, Yalwaj smiled and said,
05:40I think we should follow this message and should not delay it.
05:45In this way, our kingdom will be safe from the south and the west after the north-east.
05:50Genghis Khan smiled.
05:52Then he addressed Yalwaj and said,
05:54Take the members of the delegation from Baghdad with you.
05:57Treat them well and worship them.
05:59They will be the best guests in our city.
06:03Upon these words of Genghis Khan,
06:05Yalwaj went out with those rebels of the Caliph of Baghdad.
06:09After that, he ordered his guardsman Salar Barmas
06:12to bring the person of Tibristan, Badruddin.
06:16As far as the delegation of the Caliph of Baghdad going to Genghis Khan
06:20and Alauddin Khawarzam Shah and his kingdom was about to be attacked,
06:24the historians describe it in the following way,
06:28that when a Muslim follower was crowned,
06:31he used to participate in the celebration of the Caliph's representative
06:34and he used to be given the government's permission
06:37apart from the permission from the court of Khilafat.
06:40Khawarzam Shah, i.e. Alauddin,
06:42was neither given the permission from the Caliph nor the government's permission.
06:46Therefore, Alauddin was very angry with this action of the Caliph.
06:50As he had killed the other rulers one by one,
06:53he now intended to make a deal with the Caliph.
06:57Moreover, on the occasion of Hajj,
06:59the person who had gone with the delegation of the Hajis from the Sultan,
07:03told the Sultan on his return that on the occasion of Hajj,
07:06the Caliph of Baghdad had put the banner of Khawarzam Shah
07:09behind the flag of Sheikh-ul-Jabal of Qalat-ul-Maut,
07:12which Khawarzam Shah had considered his insult and humiliation.
07:16Historians also write that some time ago,
07:19there was a time when the Caliph had served a few followers
07:22to kill the Sultan,
07:24but due to a good coincidence,
07:26his bet on Sultan Alauddin could not be carried out.
07:28Historians also write that a brave leader of the Sultan,
07:31whose name was Aghlamash,
07:33was killed by the followers on the occasion of the Caliph of Baghdad,
07:36al-Nasir Billah.
07:38Although every allegation against him was very heavy and serious,
07:42but the activities of the Sultan did not give him a chance
07:45to repay the debt of the Caliph.
07:47Even in the past,
07:49in the entire Islamic world,
07:51the Caliph of Baghdad was very respected
07:53because he was the successor of the Prophet.
07:56In all Muslim countries,
07:58the name of the Caliph was mentioned
08:00in the Friday and Eid sermons
08:02and prayers were made for the restoration of his rule
08:04and longevity.
08:06Although the relations of Sultan Alauddin
08:08had deteriorated a lot from the Caliph,
08:10but due to the fear of the public,
08:12he did not dare to remove the name of the Caliph
08:14from the sermon.
08:16After a lot of thinking,
08:18Alauddin Khawarzam Shah came up with the idea
08:20that the real rightful heir of the Caliphate
08:22is the son of Hussain bin Ali,
08:24not the son of Abbas bin Abdul Muttalib.
08:26Therefore, the Caliphate of someone else
08:28cannot be obligatory
08:30despite being the real rightful heir.
08:32Therefore, he ordered that
08:34a person should be searched
08:36who is related to the family of Prophethood
08:38and if such a person is not found,
08:40then in these circumstances,
08:42the Caliphate of the House of Abbas
08:44can be declared obligatory.
08:46Therefore,
08:48the Sultan was sure
08:50that the last person
08:52whose name was Abu Ala Tirmazi
08:54who was the son
08:56of Hazrat Imam Hussain bin Ali
08:58was found
09:00and the Caliphate of Abu Ala
09:02was declared
09:04in 414 Hijri
09:06in 1218 AC.
09:08In the light of this declaration,
09:10when the Caliph was no longer
09:12the permissible Caliph
09:14and he was found to be a fugitive,
09:16there was a legal ban on the killing of the Caliph.
09:18Therefore, Alauddin Khawar Zamshah
09:20took a group of 300,000 people
09:22and departed for Baghdad
09:24and settled in the place of Hamdan.
09:26As the Caliph was
09:28extremely afraid of the Sultan,
09:30he sent Sheikh Shahabuddin Soharwardi
09:32who was a very noble and
09:34well-respected person in his office
09:36to the Sultan
09:38so that he could
09:40discuss the matter with the Sultan.
09:42The Sheikh reached the Sultan's residence
09:44and asked for permission to meet the Sultan
09:46which was accepted.
09:48Therefore, when the Sheikh entered
09:50the Sultan's royal tent,
09:52he found the Sultan
09:54sitting on a carpet
09:56which was laid on the ground.
09:58The Sultan stood up to
10:00see the Sheikh and
10:02welcomed him with great enthusiasm.
10:04The Sheikh gave a speech in Arabic
10:06and the translation put the words
10:08of the Sheikh in Persian
10:10for the ease of the Sultan.
10:12The Sheikh presented a long
10:14and broad list of the personal
10:16attributes of the Nasirullah.
10:18While the Sheikh was giving his speech,
10:20the Sultan sat in silence.
10:22When the Sheikh had finished his speech,
10:24the Sultan said,
10:26I agree with you that all the attributes
10:28that you have mentioned should be
10:30found in the Caliph of the Muslims.
10:32But it is a pity that the current Caliph
10:34is suffering from these attributes,
10:36so I have removed this Caliph
10:38and appointed a person
10:40who has all these attributes.
10:42When the Sheikh heard this speech
10:44of the Sultan, he was disappointed
10:46and went back.
10:48Khabar Zamshah left Hamdan
10:50and stayed overnight
10:52at a place called Halwan
10:54near Asadabad.
10:56It was a rainy season.
10:58On the first night,
11:00it snowed so much that
11:02all the cattle of the Sultan's army,
11:04horses and armies died in the snow.
11:06Now there was no question of going ahead.
11:08After returning from Halwan,
11:10he returned to Hamdan.
11:12When the snow began to melt
11:14and the roads were clear,
11:16he went to Khawar Zamshah.
11:18In these circumstances,
11:20the Caliph of Baghdad,
11:22Al-Nasir, also came into action.
11:24Therefore, he prepared some Qasids.
11:26He intended to inform the Qasids
11:28about the appointment of
11:30the minister of Changez Khan,
11:32Yalwaj.
11:34Historians write that
11:36the Caliph of Baghdad
11:38instigated Al-Nasir to
11:40inform the Qasids about
11:42the appointment of
11:44the minister of Changez Khan.
11:46Therefore, with the fear of
11:48Sultan Alauddin Khawar Zamshah,
11:50this message was
11:52dug from the needles on
11:54the head of the Prophet.
11:56When his hair grew well,
11:58he was sent to the court of
12:00Changez Khan so that
12:02even if the Prophet was caught,
12:04he would not be punished.
12:06In this, Changez Khan was
12:08asked to attack
12:10Sultan Alauddin Khawar Zamshah.
12:12After this, Salaar Burmaas,
12:14the guardian of Changez Khan,
12:16presented Badruddin to
12:18Changez Khan.
12:20Badruddin also advised
12:22Changez Khan to attack
12:24Sultan Alauddin Khawar Zamshah.
12:26He also revealed to Changez Khan
12:28that there is a period of
12:30discord and discord in
12:32Badruddin Khawar Zamshah.
12:34Badruddin Khawar Zamshah also
12:36said that the Caliph of Baghdad
12:38has also sent a few famous
12:40stars to Sultan Alauddin Khawar Zamshah
12:42who will work with him and
12:44keep the misguidance of the
12:46stars away from the Christians.
12:48Historians related to
12:50Badruddin Khawar Zamshah
12:52write that his full name
12:54was Badruddin Ameed and
12:56he was the ruler of Tabriz
12:58by Sultan Alauddin Khawar Zamshah
13:00Therefore, Badruddin became
13:02angry and left the Sultan.
13:04To take revenge on the Sultan,
13:06Badruddin Khawar Zamshah
13:08went to Changez Khan and
13:10urged him to attack
13:12Sultan Alauddin Khawar Zamshah.
13:14As for the discord
13:16Badruddin Khawar Zamshah mentioned,
13:18historians write that
13:20Sultan Alauddin Khawar Zamshah's
13:22mother Tarqan Khatun was
13:24a very selfish and stubborn woman.
13:26After Alauddin Khawar Zamshah,
13:28Sultan Alauddin Khawar Zamshah
13:30and his mother Tarqan Khatun
13:32became enemies.
13:34Sultan Alauddin Khawar Zamshah
13:36knew about his mother's
13:38interference and he
13:40disliked her.
13:42When Sultan Alauddin Khawar Zamshah
13:44ascended the throne,
13:46his mother started interfering
13:48in everything.
13:50However, as Sultan Alauddin Khawar
13:52Zamshah was a witness of his
13:54father's helplessness,
13:56Sultan Alauddin Khawar Zamshah
13:58was able to face his mother
14:00and was successful.
14:02Therefore, Sultan Alauddin Khawar
14:04Zamshah's relations with his
14:06mother were strained.
14:08However, Sultan Alauddin Khawar
14:10Zamshah's mother Tarqan Khatun
14:12belonged to a tribe of Turks
14:14which was very influential
14:16in the court of Sultan Alauddin
14:18Khawar Zamshah.
14:20Badruddin Khawar Zamshah knew
14:22about his stubbornness and
14:24he could not dare to
14:26face the Mongols.
14:28Therefore, historians
14:30write that he came to
14:32the service of Genghis Khan
14:34and informed him of all
14:36the circumstances and
14:38advised him to expand the
14:40Gulf of the differences
14:42between the Sultan and
14:44his maternal uncle.
14:46He also suggested that
14:48Khan-e-Azam should write
14:50an obligatory letter
14:52to Sultan Alauddin Khawar Zamshah
14:54and instruct him to take
14:56this letter to a place
14:58where the people of the
15:00Sultan should see him and
15:02the letter should be seized
15:04and the Sultan should
15:06become suspicious of his
15:08maternal uncle.
15:10Therefore, this is what
15:12happened. The people of
15:14the maternal uncle also
15:16learned about the letter
15:18because they did not know
15:20about the letter.
15:22So, they planned to kill
15:24the Sultan in the dark
15:26and join Genghis Khan's army.
15:28But this plan was
15:30failed due to the
15:32conspiracy of the Sultan's
15:34secret police. After
15:36releasing Badruddin,
15:38Genghis Khan ordered
15:40to present the merchant
15:42of Samarkand. When the
15:44merchant went in front of
15:46Genghis Khan, he saw that
15:48Genghis Khan was looking
15:50at him with deep eyes.
15:52His face indicated that
15:54he was born for a great
15:56purpose. His big eyes
15:58had a special glow.
16:00His eyes were filled
16:02with questions.
16:04After looking at him for
16:06some time, Genghis Khan
16:08turned his lips and
16:10addressed him.
16:12What is your name?
16:14That person first looked
16:16at Genghis Khan.
16:18I am a merchant from Samarkand.
16:20I have brought some
16:22gifts for you.
16:24Along with this, Genghis Khan
16:26opened his mouth and
16:28presented sugar, silk,
16:30embroidered clothes,
16:32embroidered clothes,
16:34silver necklaces,
16:36which had all the jewels
16:38in front of Genghis Khan.
16:40Genghis Khan was
16:42happy to see
16:44this.
16:46Genghis Khan could
16:48even say that Koshan Khan
16:50spoke and said,
16:52Your guess is right.
16:54My name is Koshan Khan.
16:56I am from Samarkand.
16:58I have heard a lot about you
17:00in Samarkand that you are
17:02a great warrior yourself
17:04and your army also has
17:06great warriors.
17:08I would like to enter
17:10your land and see
17:12what kind of
17:14good warriors you have.
17:16After saying this,
17:18Koshan Khan stopped and
17:20said, But I was disappointed
17:22to come here.
17:24I did not see any good
17:26warrior in your city
17:28with whom I could be
17:30impressed.
17:32Genghis Khan disliked
17:34these words of Koshan.
17:36For a moment,
17:38he was impressed
17:40and said, Your guess
17:42is not right and
17:44your guess will be
17:46corrected for a while.
17:48Along with this,
17:50Genghis Khan called
17:52his bodyguard,
17:54Barmas.
17:56When he came in front
17:58of Genghis Khan,
18:00he addressed Barmas
18:02and said,
18:04All bodyguards
18:06and my sons
18:08come with me.
18:10Koshan Khan followed
18:12Genghis Khan.
18:14Genghis Khan entered
18:16a huge tent.
18:18When Genghis Khan entered
18:20the tent, everyone
18:22stood up for him.
18:24On this occasion,
18:26the delegation from
18:28the Caliphate of Baghdad
18:30and Badruddin were present.
18:32Genghis Khan asked
18:34Koshan Khan to sit
18:36next to him.
18:38Koshan Khan said,
18:40My eldest son is
18:42Joji Khan,
18:44my second son is
18:46Chaudai Khan,
18:48my third son is
