00:30In this video, we are going to talk about Nizamuddin Sultan Alauddin Khabarazmshah.
00:37He was a very loyal and dedicated leader whose bravery, courage and bravery influenced Alauddin Khabarazmshah to give him the title of Fakhr-ul-Mulk.
00:44Along with him, there were two other leaders who were awarded by Alauddin Khabarazmshah.
00:49One was Ariz Zozi, who was given the title of Zia-ul-Mulk by the Sultan.
00:53And the third was Umar Kafi, who was given the title of Majeer-ul-Mulk.
00:57After a while, Koshan Khan, whose real name was Nizamuddin, spoke and said,
01:02Someone told the Sultan that a delegation from Baghdad has gone towards Genghis Khan, so that Genghis Khan should urge him to attack the Muslim territories.
01:11In particular, the Caliph of Baghdad wanted Genghis Khan to attack Sultan Alauddin and kill him.
01:18Because the Caliph of Baghdad had the misconception that Alauddin Khabarazmshah's strength and power had increased exponentially.
01:25Therefore, people respect and obey Alauddin Khabarazmshah more than the Caliph of Baghdad.
01:30For this reason, he sent you to Genghis Khan.
01:33And the message that you took in the name of Genghis Khan, that message was written on the head of your companion, who does not have hair on his head.
01:41And when the hair grew, it was sent away.
01:44Do you believe this?
01:45After a while, Koshan Khan, i.e. Nizamuddin, spoke again and said,
01:49As for you, Badruddin, you were once the ruler of Tabaristan, but since your rule continued,
01:55due to some crimes, your father and uncle were killed by the Sultan.
02:00And you went to Genghis Khan, keeping your personal interests in mind.
02:04You urged him to attack Sultan Alauddin Khabarazmshah.
02:08You all look into your pockets.
02:10Should traitors like you enter the land of Muslims?
02:14And do you have the right to live among Muslims?
02:17Along with this, against the expectations of Baghdad's delegation and Badruddin,
02:21Nizamuddin suddenly came into action.
02:23He flung the sword and cut Badruddin's neck.
02:27As long as the delegation of Baghdad was safe,
02:30Nizamuddin killed two of his defenders.
02:34The rest tried to escape, so Nizamuddin followed them and he also beheaded them.
02:40Nizamuddin did not touch the things he had.
02:44However, he seized whatever money he had.
02:47He tied the reins of all his horses to each other.
02:50Then he was riding on that chariot with great speed and speed,
02:56which went out of the gates of Thanshyan and went ahead,
02:59and from there to Khwarazm on the banks of the Amu River.
03:04Sultan Alauddin Khawarazmshah was informed of Nizamuddin's arrival in Khwarazm.
03:10Therefore, when Nizamuddin entered Khwarazm,
03:14the Sultan asked for a meeting with all the generals and leaders.
03:19He also sent a message to Nizamuddin that he should come straight to the palace and meet the Sultan.
03:24Therefore, Nizamuddin, who was from Nishapur, went straight to the palace.
03:29At the door of the palace, some soldiers rushed towards him.
03:32He took his horse from him.
03:34Then Nizamuddin entered a room in the palace.
03:37At that time, Sultan Alauddin was sitting in the room with his generals and leaders.
03:41The Sultan got up from his seat and greeted him with great enthusiasm.
03:46After that, Nizamuddin met Zia-ul-Mulk, Arizuni-Majir-ul-Mulk, Umar-Kafi,
03:51and other generals such as Kukh Khan, Khamid-Bur, Saunj Khan, Kashli Khan,
03:56Albaz Khan, Bala Khan, Alp Khan, Abu Muhammad, Abu Sabastan, Taghin Beg,
04:02Baga Khan, Sheikh Khan, and Anmol Kashtageen.
04:07Then he sat near the Sultan near Arizuni and Umar-Kafi.
04:11Then, upon the Sultan's request, Nizamuddin went to the area of Genghis Khan
04:15and explained to him in detail what had happened to him.
04:19He also explained to the Baghdad delegation and to Badruddin
04:22what he had done on the way to the valley of death.
04:25After knowing all the details, not only Sultan Alauddin Khawarzam Shah,
04:29but all the generals remained silent for a while.
04:32Then, in a sad manner, Sultan Alauddin Khawarzam Shah spoke and said,
04:36Other than Badruddin, the Caliph of Baghdad sent a delegation to Genghis Khan
04:40and it was not good to see him attacking us.
04:44He is ready to stab the Muslim Ummah in the back.
04:47If the Caliph of Baghdad thinks that after destroying us,
04:51every heart in the Muslim Ummah will rise as a dear personality,
04:54then this is his delusion, his deception and deception.
04:58People respect these people as the people of Banu Hashim,
05:01otherwise there is no speciality in them.
05:04We are better than them as Muslims.
05:07Baghdad was also a city that was the refuge of the wise people.
05:10But now the rulers there have learned the art of listening to songs and understanding.
05:14We are looking for ways to create wealth.
05:16There is a tradition of slavery.
05:18There is a period of conspiracy in some areas.
05:20The government is in the hands of those who force it.
05:22Women are in the service of beggars and the conscience is in the hands of Allah.
05:26Baghdad is in such a state that different sects present different interpretations of the Holy Qur'an.
05:32Banu Umayyah were better than these Banu Hashim,
05:35who took the wave of Islamic emigrants to Spain.
05:38Banu Hashim tried to create a divide between the Arabs and the Iranians.
05:42When they gave superiority to the Arabs over the non-Arabs,
05:45the Arabs left their army and retreated.
05:47As a result, Jerusalem was taken from the hands of these people of Baghdad.
05:51It was we who learned the art of rising like a storm in the Crusades.
05:55Jerusalem was snatched from the enemy.
05:57It broke the power of the Crusaders and removed them from the shores of the Holy Land.
06:02It was we, the Turks, who snatched a large part of the Isha'i Kuchuk from the Greek Empire for the Muslims.
06:08The Caliphs of Baghdad have only lit the lamp of glory and glory of the time of Harun Rashid.
06:13The era of the art of poetry and poetry has come.
06:16Those who work in the palace change their destinies with the present reply.
06:19Their hands have become free from treachery.
06:21There are many things for their entertainment.
06:23They are experts in poetry, music, wine, chess, chess, chess, and in the court.
06:32Anyway, if the Caliph of Baghdad wants to invite the Mongols to fight with us,
06:37then so be it.
06:38But if he thinks that he is digging a pit for others,
06:41and that pit will not prove harmful to him,
06:44then this is a deception of his mind and a deception of his consciousness.
06:47After saying this, Alauddin went to the newspaper.
06:50He addressed his generals and governors and said,
06:53Now you go, go and rest.
06:55At the same time, send your military preparations to their peak.
06:58After this, Sultan Alauddin looked at his great general, Nizamuddin and said,
07:03My country, I am less proud of you.
07:06By defeating his excellent general in the battle of Changiz Khan against Teghzani,
07:11my dear, my son, you have instilled your courage, your strength, and your power.
07:17I salute your bravery, your courage, and your skill.
07:21Son, now you get up, go and rest.
07:24After this, let's see how the situation changes.
07:27With this, Nizamuddin got up and left the palace,
07:30and he took his horse and headed for Mustaqar.
07:33Because his family was in Nishapur, and his own residence was in the Mustaqar of Khwarazmshah.
07:39The days when many forces were encouraging Changiz Khan to attack Sultan Alauddin Khwarazmshah,
07:45the fame of Sultan Alauddin Khwarazmshah was on the brink of collapse.
07:51On this basis, many rulers were not only jealous of his fame, but were also afraid,
07:56because of which they wanted Changiz Khan and Alauddin Khwarazmshah to clash with each other,
08:02and the strength and power of both would be weak.
08:05Sultan Alauddin had won countless victories in the past.
08:09All the small states had become part of his pen.
08:13The borders of the Sultanate had spread to northern China, Turkestan and southern Qalat.
08:18In the last phase of his rule, Sultan Alauddin Khwarazmshah also destroyed the Turkish Khata government.
08:25This government was between the states of Changiz Khan and Alauddin Muhammad Khwarazmshah.
08:30With this victory, the northern borders of Sultan Alauddin Khwarazmshah met the southern border of the Mongols.
08:36Apart from the Caliph of Baghdad, Changiz Khan had also been asked by some neighboring states to attack the Sultan.
08:43Changiz Khan was eagerly looking at the Sultan's pen and was thinking whether he should attack Khwarazmshah or not.
08:52He was afraid even while walking because he did not have a good idea of the Sultan's strength.
08:57Secondly, since all the neighboring states had become engrossed in the Khwarazmshah Sultanate,
09:02the Sultan's bravery had been exposed.
09:05Psychologically, Changiz Khan was amazed by his victories and could not dare to take any unwise step.
09:13Historians write that once Sultan Alauddin was lying in the River Mawarawn
09:18that some Muslims from that area, most notably Mehmood Khwarazmi, Ali Khwaja Bukhari and Kanka Atrari,
09:26came to Sultan Alauddin Khwarazmshah because the Khwarazmshah Sultanate was within the borders of Changiz Khan.
09:33Therefore, it was better to establish diplomatic and commercial ties between the two governments.
09:38In a personal letter to the Sultan, Changiz Khan congratulated the Sultan on his unexpected victories
09:45and praised his military achievements.
09:48In fact, he even wrote that he considers the Sultan dear like his own sons.
09:52Historians write that apparently the Sultan thanked Changiz Khan,
09:56honored the ambassadors and sent many valuable gifts to Changiz Khan.
10:01However, Changiz Khan did not like the fact that the Khwarazmshah of the Mongols called him a son.
10:07After this, he asked a member of the embassy, Mehmood Khwarazmi, about the Mongols.
10:13For example, what is the size of the army of Changiz Khan?
10:16How far has his Sultanate expanded?
10:18What victories has Changiz Khan achieved so far?
10:21What is the economic condition of his country? etc.
10:24Mehmood Khwarazmi was the ruler of every war, but he gave the Sultan the wrong answer to every question.
10:30Because he realized what the Sultan's purpose was.
10:33So, based on this information, he made a map for the future in his mind,
10:38and whatever colors were filled in it, they were all wrong.
10:41Later, when he came to know the reality and it was time to test the false promises on the hard facts,
10:46then all the airports in Chashm-e-Zadan were full of land.
10:50When these three ambassadors returned to Changiz Khan and received the Sultan's good news,
10:55Changiz Khan was very happy and ordered that both the Sultanates should sell the sentiments of goodwill to bring them closer to each other
11:05and a caravan of trade should be prepared, which would take the goods of the Mongols to Khwarazm,
11:10which should be sold and the things needed there should be bought from there.
11:14Therefore, in order to give this desire a practical form, Changiz Khan issued an immediate instruction.
11:19Historians write that after a few days, a caravan of 400 Muslim merchants
11:24and they lived in the kingdom of Changiz Khan.
11:27They took a lot of valuable goods and went to Khwarazm from Mongolia
11:31and came to the Sultan's border post at Atrar, the city of Sultan Alauddin Khwarazmshah,
11:36and this caravan stopped there.
11:38The arrangement of this border post was the responsibility of an uncle of the Sultan,
11:42whose name was Ayn-ul-Haq.
11:44When Ayn-ul-Haq saw that unimaginable wealth,
11:47he got angry and started thinking of an idea to seize this wealth.
11:54After a lot of thinking, he wrote to the Sultan that a caravan of 400 Mongolians,
12:00who consider themselves merchants, have landed in Atrar.
12:03Their intention is to leave here and go to Khwarazm
12:06and use the excuse of buying and selling to travel around the country.
12:10Therefore, these people seem to be mostly spies,
12:13whom Changiz Khan has sent in the guise of merchants to investigate the situation
12:17and whose entry into the country seems to be against the interest of the country.
12:21Therefore, I have stopped those people
12:23so that they do not stay here until your orders are received.
12:27That is why I am waiting for your orders.
12:29Historians further write that when this letter was presented to the Sultan,
12:33he immediately thought of those rumors that had spread in Dar-ul-Hukumat
12:38at the time of Changiz Khan's arrival at the embassy
12:40and most people were told that the embassy is just a show,
12:44the real purpose is to find out the situation.
12:46The Sultan also remembered Changiz Khan's words,
12:49which made the Sultan more eager to be busy.
12:53Therefore, without knowing the consequences,
12:56Sultan Alauddin Khwarazmshah sent his uncle An-ul-Haq to write
13:00that whatever is appropriate according to his reward, act on it.
13:04An-ul-Haq ordered according to the plan of thought
13:07that all the people of the caravan should be killed
13:10and their property should be seized by the government.
13:13In Chashme-Zadan, all the merchants were killed.
13:16Only one man, who was not present at the time of the accident,
13:19was saved from being killed.
13:21He came to Changiz Khan and informed him of the situation.
13:25Alas, Changiz Khan was upset with the brutal act of the ruler of Atrar
13:30and was demanding revenge from all sides.
13:34But Changiz Khan, before taking any extreme step,
13:37thought it appropriate to protest and demand from the Sultan
13:41because the ruler of Atrar has killed 400 innocent Mongolians
13:45and seized their commodities by violating international norms.
13:51Therefore, he should be handed over to us
13:54so that a suitable punishment is proposed for him.
13:57The seized goods should also be returned
13:59so that we can hand them over to the legitimate heirs of the dead.
14:02When the ruler of Atrar came to the Sultan's court with this message,
14:07Sultan Alauddin Khwarazmshah became furious
14:10and ordered to kill the ruler
14:12because the ruler's message is extremely insolent and unacceptable.
14:17Historians further write that
14:19if this act had been committed by someone other than Ayn-ul-Haq
14:23and Changiz Khan demanded revenge,
14:25it is possible that the Sultan,
14:27assuming the severity of this crime,
14:29would have handed the criminal to Changiz Khan.
14:31However, the ruler of Atrar was the uncle of Sultan Alauddin
14:35and the tribe he belonged to
14:37had such a strong influence on the Sultan's court and army
14:41that even if the Sultan wanted to do something,
14:43he could not do it.
14:44Therefore, this reckless act of the Sultan
14:47turned out to be a disaster
14:49and Changiz Khan decided
14:51that he would teach Khwarazmshah such a lesson
14:53that he would never forget for the rest of his life.
14:56Therefore, he ordered his army to prepare.
14:59At that time, the Sultan Khwarazmshah had a total of about 400,000 troops.
15:05He was sure that Changiz Khan would definitely attack.
15:08Therefore, he ordered that in all Qalamru,
15:10a year's supply of war supplies from the people
15:13should be collected for the need.
15:15More troops should be deployed to confront the enemy.
15:18The action on this plan had just begun
15:21that God knows what thought came to the Sultan's mind
15:24that he had abandoned the intention of confronting the enemy.
15:27In fact, Sultan Alauddin Khwarazmshah had a group of spies around him.
15:31Among them were the spies of Baghdad.
15:33They kept telling the Sultan that
15:35this is not the right time to fight for the Sultan
15:38because the Sultan's stars are passing away at this time.
15:42In any case, Sultan Alauddin decided to send
15:442 out of his 4,00,000 troops to his command
15:47to help the 60,000-strong ruler of Atrar,
15:5030,000 to Bukhara,
15:52and 1,10,000 to defend Samarkand.
15:56When Sultan Alauddin Khwarazmshah was about to
15:58put this division of the army into action,
16:00three great generals of Sultan Alauddin Khwarazmshah,
16:03Fakhr-ul-Mulk Nizamuddin, Zia-ul-Mulk,
16:06Arizuni, Majiro-ul-Mulk, and Umar Kafi
16:09came to the Sultan's service.
16:11The Sultan was at the residence of Khwarazmshah at that time.
16:14Therefore, when the Sultan received the orders
16:16from Zia-ul-Mulk and Majiro-ul-Mulk,
16:18Fakhr-ul-Mulk Nizamuddin started the conversation.
16:21Nizamuddin addressed Sultan Alauddin Khwarazmshah and said,
16:25Sultan, I request you not to divide your army
16:28and send it to different cities.
16:30Keep the entire army with you
16:32and let the other cities,
16:34which are already protected,
16:36stay there.
16:37They will protect their cities well.
16:39And when Genghis Khan comes to our borders
16:41with his army,
16:42then the army that is in your command right now,
16:45divide it into four parts.
16:47Keep one part with you,
16:49give the other to me,
16:50the third to Arizuni,
16:51and the fourth to Umar Kafi.
16:53You stay in line with your part of the army.
16:55I, Arizuni and Umar Kafi will clash with Genghis Khan
16:58and we guarantee you that
17:00we will not let him enter our territories.
17:03And we will give him such a painful defeat
17:05that he will not be able to breathe on the way
17:07to reach his territories.
17:09And if you divide your army
17:11and send it to different cities,
17:13then your strength and power will weaken.
17:15Death will be useless.
17:16In this way, Genghis Khan will attack every city
17:19and take advantage of your scattered strength
17:21from one city to another
17:23and in the end,
17:25he will play the game of blood in our kingdom
17:28which we will not be able to stop even if we want to.
17:31When Nizamuddin became silent,
17:33for a moment,
17:34Sultan Alauddin stared at him.
17:37Then he said,
17:38I admit that
17:39all three of you are my dear brothers-in-law.
17:41You are very dear to me.
17:43You are like my sons.
17:45But whatever I have decided,
17:47it should be followed.
17:48Don't you remember
17:49how many wars I have fought in the past?
17:51Many powerful men kept bowing to me.
17:53I have conquered countless cities.
17:55Our kingdom has spread beyond
17:57the borders of Balochistan, Ghazvin, Mongols,
17:59and Sistan.
18:00We did not get this kingdom in Varsha.
18:02We have conquered it with the help of force and sword.
18:05And the more we keep the army with us,
18:07the more we will clash with Genghis Khan.
18:09I am sending the rest of the army to different cities
18:12so that the condition of the cities
18:14and the military strength and power remain.
18:16After this,
18:17Arizuni and Umar Kafi also explained
18:19to Sultan Alauddin a lot.
18:20But the Sultan did not listen to the three
18:22and gave the division of the army
18:24to the last person.
18:25Giving this decision to the last person,
18:27Sultan Alauddin Khwarazmshah
18:29kept the army of 2 lakhs out of 4 lakhs
18:31in his command.
18:3360,000 army,
18:34Hakim-e-Atrar
18:35was sent to his uncle Ain-ul-Haq.
18:3830,000 Bukhara
18:39and 1,10,000
18:40were sent for the defense of Samarkand.
18:43Historians say that
18:44Sultan Alauddin Khwarazmshah's elder son
18:46Jalal-ud-Din also sent a message
18:48to the Sultan
18:49that the army should not be divided.
18:51The Sultan kept the entire army with him,
18:53but the Sultan did not listen
18:55to his elder son.
18:57The Sultan made another mistake
18:59that in his life
19:00he divided his kingdom.
19:02The Sultan had five sons.
19:04The eldest was Jalal-ud-Din,
19:06then Azlaq-ul-Sultan,
19:07then Aq-ul-Sultan,
19:08then Ghayas-ud-Din
19:09and the fifth son's name was Rukn-ud-Din.
19:12Jalal-ud-Din was the eldest
19:14and the most capable.
19:16The Sultan was also proud
19:18of his ability and talent.
19:20Although Jalal-ud-Din was
19:22worthy of the sultan's succession,
19:24but since some Iraqis
19:26did not want a stubborn
19:28and strict man like Jalal-ud-Din
19:30to become the heir
19:32and stop him from doing as he pleases,
19:34the Sultan's mother
19:35got influenced by Tarkan-ul-Khatun
19:37and forced the Sultan
19:39to announce the heir
19:41to the Sultan's son Azlaq-ul-Sultan.
19:44Friends, that's all for today.
