00:09Intro
01:39In the 13th century, we have to go back to the 13th century to understand all this.
02:04At that time, Muslims had a firm belief that this extraordinary revolution could only come from the emergence of a successful natural force in this world of causes and events.
02:14They thought it was the effect of the establishment.
02:16A historian wrote that before this, Dar-ul-Islam did not have this state in the wake of the attacks of the Mughals and Christians.
02:23Even the Christian world was as shocked and astonished by the death of Genghis Khan as it was by the next generation of the Mughals.
02:35Today, we are going to start the story of the same great massacre, the battle of God, the battle of Kamil and the Battle of Takht-o-Taj i.e. Genghis Khan.
02:46It was the beginning of the year 1218 CE.
02:50Genghis Khan was sitting in his central city, Karakoram, near the northern shores of the Gobi Desert, on the banks of the highest lake, Baikal.
02:58One of his bodyguards, who was the best bodyguard, whose name was Barmas, appeared in front of Genghis Khan's tent.
03:06The tent was a magnificent palace.
03:08There were leather blankets on the outside, which had a thick layer of woolen clothes, and a double layer of silk on the outside.
03:16After paying tribute to Genghis Khan, the bodyguards stood up and addressed Genghis Khan.
03:23Genghis Khan, there are three types of people who want to meet you.
03:27One is the merchant of Samarkand, his name is Koshan Khan.
03:31The second is a person from Tibristan, whose name is Badruddin.
03:35And the third is a delegation of three people, including the Caliph of Baghdad.
03:39This delegation has already met our minister, Yalwaj.
03:42Because this delegation has also brought a message in the name of Yalwaj.
03:46Now Badruddin, the merchant of Samarkand, Koshan Khan, and the Caliph of Baghdad, our minister Yalwaj, are standing outside your tent.
03:53I will present to you whoever you order.
03:56Because Yalwaj Khan was the minister of Genghis Khan, he was a Muslim, and Genghis Khan trusted him a lot.
04:03While addressing his bodyguard, Barmas, Genghis Khan said,
04:08First present the delegation from Baghdad with Yalwaj.
04:12After hearing this order from Genghis Khan, Barmas went out.
04:15After a while, Genghis Khan's minister Yalwaj in the tent,
04:19presented himself with a delegation of three people, including the Caliph of Baghdad.
04:23With the gesture of his hand, Genghis Khan asked Yalwaj to sit down,
04:26and on one side of him, he also indicated the delegation to sit down.
04:29Therefore, the three members of the delegation sat down.
04:32After that, Genghis Khan addressed his minister Yalwaj and said,
04:36Has this delegation of Baghdad brought us a message from the Caliph of Baghdad?
04:41Upon this, Yalwaj smiled and said,
04:44This message is also strange and strange, and the messengers are also in a strange and strange way.
04:48After this, Yalwaj stood in his place.
04:50From the members of the delegation, he caught one whose hair was completely shaved.
04:56Yalwaj took him to Genghis Khan, bowed his head,
05:00and a message was written on his head from the Caliph of Baghdad.
05:03In this message, Genghis Khan was encouraged that he should be the Sultan of Muslims,
05:08and that he should attack Alauddin Khawarzam Shah as soon as possible,
05:12and take over his kingdom.
05:14This is the greatest desire of the Caliph of Baghdad.
05:17Seeing this message and the way of the message, Genghis Khan smiled for a while.
05:22After that, Yalwaj and the one on whose head the message was sent,
05:26Genghis Khan asked both of them to sit on the seats.
05:29When they sat down, Genghis Khan looked at Yalwaj and said,
05:33What do you think about this message?
05:36Upon this, Yalwaj smiled and said,
05:40I think we should follow this message and should not delay it.
05:45In this way, our kingdom will be safe from the south and the west after the north-east.
05:50Genghis Khan smiled.
05:52Then he addressed Yalwaj and said,
05:54Take the members of the delegation from Baghdad with you.
05:57Treat them well and worship them.
05:59They will be the best guests in our city.
06:03Upon these words of Genghis Khan,
06:05Yalwaj went out with those rebels of the Caliph of Baghdad.
06:09After that, he ordered his guardsman Salar Barmas
06:12to bring the person of Tibristan, Badruddin.
06:16As far as the delegation of the Caliph of Baghdad going to Genghis Khan
06:20and Alauddin Khawarzam Shah and his kingdom was about to be attacked,
06:24the historians describe it in the following way,
06:28that when a Muslim follower was crowned,
06:31he used to participate in the celebration of the Caliph's representative
06:34and he used to be given the government's permission
06:37apart from the permission from the court of Khilafat.
06:40Khawarzam Shah, i.e. Alauddin,
06:42was neither given the permission from the Caliph nor the government's permission.
06:46Therefore, Alauddin was very angry with this action of the Caliph.
06:50As he had killed the other rulers one by one,
06:53he now intended to make a deal with the Caliph.
06:57Moreover, on the occasion of Hajj,
06:59the person who had gone with the delegation of the Hajis from the Sultan,
07:03told the Sultan on his return that on the occasion of Hajj,
07:06the Caliph of Baghdad had put the banner of Khawarzam Shah
07:09behind the flag of Sheikh-ul-Jabal of Qalat-ul-Maut,
07:12which Khawarzam Shah had considered his insult and humiliation.
07:16Historians also write that some time ago,
07:19there was a time when the Caliph had served a few followers
07:22to kill the Sultan,
07:24but due to a good coincidence,
07:26his bet on Sultan Alauddin could not be carried out.
07:28Historians also write that a brave leader of the Sultan,
07:31whose name was Aghlamash,
07:33was killed by the followers on the occasion of the Caliph of Baghdad,
07:36al-Nasir Billah.
07:38Although every allegation against him was very heavy and serious,
07:42but the activities of the Sultan did not give him a chance
07:45to repay the debt of the Caliph.
07:47Even in the past,
07:49in the entire Islamic world,
07:51the Caliph of Baghdad was very respected
07:53because he was the successor of the Prophet.
07:56In all Muslim countries,
07:58the name of the Caliph was mentioned
08:00in the Friday and Eid sermons
08:02and prayers were made for the restoration of his rule
08:04and longevity.
08:06Although the relations of Sultan Alauddin
08:08had deteriorated a lot from the Caliph,
08:10but due to the fear of the public,
08:12he did not dare to remove the name of the Caliph
08:14from the sermon.
08:16After a lot of thinking,
08:18Alauddin Khawarzam Shah came up with the idea
08:20that the real rightful heir of the Caliphate
08:22is the son of Hussain bin Ali,
08:24not the son of Abbas bin Abdul Muttalib.
08:26Therefore, the Caliphate of someone else
08:28cannot be obligatory
08:30despite being the real rightful heir.
08:32Therefore, he ordered that
08:34a person should be searched
08:36who is related to the family of Prophethood
08:38and if such a person is not found,
08:40then in these circumstances,
08:42the Caliphate of the House of Abbas
08:44can be declared obligatory.
08:46Therefore,
08:48the Sultan was sure
08:50that the last person
08:52whose name was Abu Ala Tirmazi
08:54who was the son
08:56of Hazrat Imam Hussain bin Ali
08:58was found
09:00and the Caliphate of Abu Ala
09:02was declared
09:04in 414 Hijri
09:06in 1218 AC.
09:08In the light of this declaration,
09:10when the Caliph was no longer
09:12the permissible Caliph
09:14and he was found to be a fugitive,
09:16the Caliphate of Hussain bin Ali
09:18became permissible.
09:20Therefore,
09:22Alauddin Khawar Zamshah
09:24took a contingent of three hundred thousand people
09:26to Baghdad
09:28and made a camp at the place of Hamdan.
09:30Since the Caliph
09:32was afraid of the Sultan,
09:34he sent Sheikh Shahabuddin Soharwardi
09:36who was a pious
09:38and pious saint of his time
09:40to the service of the Sultan
09:42so that he can have a talk
09:44and asked for permission to meet the Sultan, which was accepted.
09:47Therefore, when the Sheikh entered the Sultan's royal tent,
09:50he found the Sultan sitting on a carpet which was laid on the ground.
09:55The Sultan stood up to greet the Sheikh.
09:58He welcomed him with great enthusiasm.
10:00The Sheikh gave a speech in Arabic.
10:02The translator put the words of the Sheikh in Farsi for the ease of the Sultan.
10:07The Sheikh mentioned those services that the Abbasid Caliphate had carried out until then.
10:12The Sheikh presented a long list of the personal attributes of the An-Nasir Billah.
10:18While the Sheikh was giving a speech, the Sultan was sitting in silence.
10:22When the Sheikh had finished his speech, the Sultan said,
10:25I agree with you that all the attributes that you have mentioned should be found in the Muslim Caliphate.
10:32But it is a pity that the current Caliphate is coming out of these attributes.
10:36Therefore, I have removed this Caliphate and appointed a person who has all these attributes instead of him.
10:42When the Sheikh heard this speech of the Sultan, he was disappointed and went back.
10:47Khabar Zamshah left Hamdan and stayed overnight at a place called Halwan near Asadabad.
10:53It was a cloudy season.
10:55On the first night, it snowed so much that all the cattle of the Sultan's army,
11:00many of the horses and armies died in the snow.
11:04Now there was no question of going ahead.
11:07Therefore, the Sultan returned from there and then came to Hamadan.
11:10When the snow began to melt and the roads were clear, he left from there.
11:16In these circumstances, the Caliph of Baghdad, An-Nasir, also came into action.
11:19Therefore, he prepared some Qasids.
11:21He intended to convey the knowledge of Yalwaj, the minister of Genghis Khan, to Genghis Khan.
11:28Historians write that Muhammad Yalwaj was the minister of Genghis Khan's court.
11:33Genghis Khan was provoked by the Caliph of Baghdad to attack Khabar Zamshah.
11:38Therefore, with the fear of Sultan Alauddin Khabar Zamshah,
11:41this message was dug from the needles on the head of the Prophet.
11:45When his hair grew well, he was sent to the court of Genghis Khan
11:49so that even if the Prophet is caught, he does not know the nature of the message.
11:54Thus, Caliph of Baghdad, An-Nasir, wrote a message on the head of a person
11:58and conveyed the knowledge of Genghis Khan to the minister of Genghis Khan, Muhammad Yalwaj.
12:03And this message reached him,
12:05in which Genghis Khan was asked to attack the Sultan of Muslims, Alauddin Khabar Zamshah.
12:11After this, Genghis Khan's bodyguard, Salar Barmas, presented the other person, Badruddin.
12:17So, Badruddin also advised Genghis Khan to attack Sultan Alauddin Khabar Zamshah.
12:23He also revealed to Genghis Khan that there is a period of discord and discord in the kingdom of Sultan Alauddin.
12:31He also told Genghis Khan that the Caliph of Baghdad has also sent a few famous stars to Sultan Alauddin Khabar Zamshah,
12:39who will continue to frighten the misguided Christians of the stars while working with him.
12:44Historians related to Badruddin write that his full name was Badruddin Ameed
12:49and he was the ruler of Tabaristan by Sultan Alauddin Khabar Zamshah for some time.
12:55His uncle and father were killed by the Sultan for some crime.
13:00Therefore, Badruddin was upset and separated from the Sultan's service.
13:04Therefore, to take revenge on the Sultan, Badruddin came to Genghis Khan's service
13:09and urged him to attack Sultan Alauddin Khabar Zamshah.
13:14As far as that Badruddin mentioned the discord,
13:17historians related to it write that Sultan Alauddin's mother, Tarkan Khatun, was a very selfish and stubborn woman.
13:25During the reign of Alauddin's father Taqish,
13:28whenever there was a dispute between the Sultan and the Queen,
13:32the queen was always the winner.
13:35Sultan Alauddin Khabar Zamshah was aware of his mother's interference
13:39and he did not like her at all.
13:42When Sultan Alauddin was crowned,
13:44his mother, as before, started interfering in every little thing.
13:49But since the Sultan witnessed his father's helplessness,
13:53he would face his mother's interference strictly and remain successful.
13:58For this reason, the Sultan's relations were strained with his mother.
14:01While the Sultan's mother, Tarkan Khatun, was from a tribe of the Turks
14:06which was very influential in the court of Sultan Alauddin Khabar Zamshah
14:10and the Sultan was impressed with them.
14:12Badruddin was aware of this and he was also aware of the fact that
14:17if the tribes of Tarkan Khatun create an atmosphere of distrust
14:21between the leaders of the army and the Sultan for some reason,
14:24then Sultan Alauddin's condition will become even worse
14:27and he will not be able to dare to come against the Mongols.
14:31On this basis, historians write that he attended the service of Genghis Khan
14:35and informed him of all the circumstances,
14:38advised him to expand the Gulf of differences between the Sultan and his nanny
14:42and suggested that the Khan-e-Azam should write an official letter
14:46against the Sultan and his loyalty to him from that tribe of the Turks
14:50and hand it over to Qasid and instruct him to take this letter
14:54and pass through such a place that the Sultan's men should see it
14:58and the letter should be seized and the Sultan should be disillusioned with his nanny.
15:02So this is what happened.
15:04The nannies also became aware of the letter.
15:07Since they were not aware of the actual situation,
15:09they thought that the Sultan himself had set up a trap to humiliate them.
15:13Until then, they were coming to the Sultan's support
15:16because his mother was the daughter of his tribe.
15:19Now when this situation arose,
15:21they thought of a plan to kill the Sultan in the dark of the night
15:25and join Genghis Khan's army.
15:27But this plan failed due to the conspiracy of the Sultan's secret police.
15:32After releasing Badruddin,
15:34Genghis Khan ordered to present the merchant of Samarkand.
15:38When the merchant went in front of Genghis Khan,
15:40he saw that the merchant was very tall,
15:43had a strong body and was neither old nor young.
15:47Genghis Khan kept looking at him with deep eyes for a while.
15:51His face indicated that he was born for a very big purpose.
15:56He had a special glow in his big eyes.
15:59The question mark on his face was filled with curiosity in his eyes.
16:03After taking a look at him for a while,
16:05Genghis Khan turned his lips and addressed him.
16:09What is your name?
16:11That person first looked at Genghis Khan deeply and then said,
16:15My name is Kshan Khan.
16:17I belong to Samarkand and I am a merchant.
16:19I have brought some gifts for you.
16:21Along with this, Koshan Khan opened his mouth
16:24and presented the big Zambil hanging on his shoulder
16:27containing sugar, silk, embroidered clothes,
16:30embroidered clothes, silver necklaces,
16:32and jewelry in front of Genghis Khan.
16:35Genghis Khan was happy to see these things for a while.
16:39Then the merchant looked at Koshan Khan and said,
16:42My heart does not believe that you are a merchant,
16:45nor are you a merchant.
16:46Genghis Khan could only say that Koshan Khan said and said,
16:50Khakan, your guess is correct.
16:52My name, as I have told you, is Koshan Khan.
16:55I belong to Samarkand.
16:57In Samarkand, I have heard a lot about you that
16:59you yourself are a great swordsman
17:01and your army also has great swordsmen
17:03and great swordsmen.
17:05Therefore, I was interested to enter your land
17:08and see how your civilization is,
17:10how your lifestyle is,
17:12and what kind of and what level of
17:14good and excellent swordsmen you have.
17:16After saying this, Koshan Khan stopped and said,
17:20But I was disappointed to come here.
17:22I did not see any such good swordsman in your city
17:26with whom I could be impressed.
17:28Genghis Khan did not like these words of Koshan Khan.
17:31For a moment, he was impressed with his identity.
17:34For a while, he looked at Koshan Khan in a strange way
17:38and then said,
17:39Your guess is not correct
17:41and your guess will be corrected for a while.
17:44With this, Genghis Khan called his guardian
17:48of the army, Barmas.
17:50When he came in front of Genghis Khan,
17:52he addressed Barmas and said,
17:54Ask for the meeting of all the elders and my sons in a grand way.
17:58Barmas moved away from there.
18:00After a while, he returned and informed Genghis Khan
18:03to complete the arrangements.
18:05On this, Genghis Khan addressed Koshan Khan and said,
18:08You come with me.
18:10Koshan Khan followed Genghis Khan.
18:13Genghis Khan entered a very grand tent.
18:16There were a lot of people there.
18:18When Genghis Khan entered there,
18:20everyone was standing up to honor him.
18:22On this occasion, the delegation from the Caliphate of Baghdad
18:25and Badruddin were present.
18:27Genghis Khan asked Koshan Khan to sit on an empty seat.
18:31After this, Genghis Khan looked carefully at all the people
18:34who had gathered there and then said,
18:37These people must be sitting near me.
18:39My eldest son Joji Khan is among them.
18:42After this, my second son Chaudai Khan.
18:44After this, my third son Agudai Khan.
18:47After this, my fourth son Taulai Khan.
18:50One of the Salars sitting ahead of him is called Panjar.
18:53He is also my son-in-law.
18:55Then there is Kashtamur.
18:57After Kashtamur, there is Jaisi.
18:59After Jaisi, there is Pilgosh.
19:01After Pilgosh, there is Karacha.
19:03After Karacha, there is Burmaz.
19:05He is not only my best Salar,
19:07but also the Salar of my guards.
19:09After Burmaz, there is Subdai.
19:11There is Toshka Baqaq.
19:13There is Alak.
19:15There is Astako.
19:17You say that after entering our lands,
19:19you did not see any good trader.
19:21All these names,
19:23tell me, who among them are you
19:25ready to compete with as a trader?
19:27Apparently, you say that you are a trader,
19:29a merchant,
19:31but you talk about being a trader.
19:33From your speech, I can also guess
19:35that you are a trader and a merchant less
19:37and a trader more.
19:43Friends, that's all for today.
19:45We will be back very soon
