00:00You need to add French onion spaghetti squash into your dinner rotation.
00:03My least favorite thing about spaghetti squash is having to stir everything up in that squash shell because there's always tons of topping on
00:09top and just plain squash when you get to the bottom. So I love that in this recipe
00:12we're mixing the whole filling in one bowl.
00:14Slice those onions and they're getting caramelized in a pan with broth, garlic, and thyme for flavor.
00:18They get added back to the bowl along with some white beans, which seems weird
00:21but it really works, and Gruyere cheese because it's French onion after all.
00:25Fill back up those squash shells top with more Gruyere and these bake until everything is hot and melted.
00:29A little parsley on top because we're fancy. That's really good. And you have the most filling cheesy spaghetti squash dinner. Yum!
