00:00The ambassadors that the Act aims to achieve, in terms of numbers?
00:07Oh, okay. Web is certainly a new product in the sense that it has never had any baseline.
00:19I know you're asking for numbers. It is going to be numbers, not generic terms, okay?
00:25And they have not provided me for now. But I'm quite sure when we look into this,
00:31we would have to determine over a certain KPIs that we want to achieve.
00:37For now, I said, they are not ready to give me any numbers as yet.
00:42But at least if prevalence on vape is for now, tobacco has reduced.
00:50From 21.3 to 19. That is the numbers as it is now. It has reduced.
00:58But there is a concomitant.
01:01At the same time, there is a sure shift from smoking to vaping.
01:07In other words, the use of vape has increased from 3.2 to 4.9.
01:15That was NHMS 2019, and now NHMS 2023, from 4.9 to 5.8%.
01:24Now, what your question is, moving forward, what will be our target?
01:29I think, without going into the specific detail, I think in the very near future,
01:37having got this, you know, after we have observed this implementation, and how is it going,
01:43I think we would be able to come up with a realistic, tangible, concrete KPI that we would want to set ourselves.
01:53I mean, in so far as MOH is concerned, and this division is concerned,
01:58I think we would be ready to announce to you what our KPIs would be.
02:05Having seen, after a while, implementasi ini dilakukan, and how the buy-in and what not,
02:12I am very sure that we would be able to, you know, spell out in a more concrete, measurable terms,
02:21by way of numbers and percentage, what we would like to see six months, one year, three years down the road.
02:27Targets for 2025, which is next year, no?
02:33I think we got to revisit, but this was done before.
02:42Dan kita, if I may say, bila kita menurunkan, when we determined this, that was when, 2011 ke?
02:512011.
02:522011, we made this target.
02:55Baseline.
02:56When it was 2011 as the baseline, we, in fact, 2025, our target was to reduce it below or equal to,
03:10equal or below 15%, this smoking.
03:14Smoking was relevant then, of course.
03:172016, 2017, baru datang vape, kan?
03:20So we have set the target to be 15%.
03:23For now, kita disebutkan tadi, it's 19%.
03:28So we still, you know, fall short of 4%.
03:33Itu apa yang kita dapat.
03:35Agree and we make, you know, we recognise and take note and take cognisance of the fact that we failed to achieve.
03:43Our target percentage prevalence was 15% way back in 2011.
03:48As we approach 2025, we are still struggling with 15%.
03:52Kalau 2025, we are able to reduce 4%, then we achieve the target of 15% in 2025.
04:00So, you know, Dr Noriana, Datuk Dati Hati, Dr, ya, Dr.
04:08Nohaliza.
04:10Nohaliza.
04:11Dr. Nohaliza.
04:13And the team, you know, is upon them and our penguatkuasa to achieve 15% by, shall I say, December 2025.
04:24Give ourselves to it.
04:26Katalah, December 2025, we have to reduce, insyaAllah, God willing, 4% to 15% is our target in smoking.
04:37Conventional.
04:38Conventional smoking. Cigarette, ya.
04:41Vaping?
04:42Vaping tidak relevan sebab kita baru ada baseline 5.9%, tapi kita akan dapat,
04:48mana Datuk Dati Hati kata, kita akan dapat tentukan apa-apa KPIs, apakah target would be.
04:55And that we got to spell out when we untuk dua tahun, lima tahun, atau tiga tahun down the road.
