00:00When it comes to it, and you've touched on it before, and it's such a demanding and like
00:05unpredictable industry, what do you do to make sure you have a solid mental health?
00:09I mean, obviously I have an outlet, which is writing.
00:13If I didn't have writing, I would not be in the position I am today.
00:18Music is definitely the thing that I reach to whenever I'm hitting like my lowest points.
00:23But then I also just think having a good like support system, your family, your friends,
00:27making sure you trust them and they fill you up is like really important.
00:30Totally.
00:31Is there any misconception when you think about mental health that like shouldn't be,
00:36it should be okay?
00:37If that makes any sense, like about therapy or even talking or?
00:41I think, I think there's still some sort of idea that talking about your emotions is like
00:49a sensitive or annoying thing to do.
00:52I feel like being open with yourself and honest and honest with your friends too.
00:57Like have conversations.
00:58None of it's embarrassing.
00:59Right.
01:00And I think that's what like, you don't want to, you want to feel cool in front of your
01:02friends and you want to vote.
01:03And so like, that's, that's so overrated.
01:05Right.
01:06I feel like just being honest with each other and being your authentic selves is the only
01:09time that you're going to feel actually fulfilled in a friendship.
01:13And then you actually can like see what your friends are going through.
01:15Yeah.
01:16Otherwise, I feel like you, you don't really know your friends and you don't really know
01:18yourself.
