00:00Well, you know, it's so interesting that now we have, and have had before, but never used
00:08it to the fullest as we do now, the term mental health.
00:14Before it was just, okay, something's not right, or I feel overwhelmed, or I feel consumed,
00:22or, you know, we use these other words not really understanding that it all fit under
00:29the realm of mental health, and what does it mean to feel at ease, which is really what
00:37we want.
00:38We want to feel like everything is in a flow, and just life doesn't work that way.
00:43There's ebbs and flows, there's bumps in the roads, you know, things of that nature.
00:48So for me, what I do, first off, is I have a higher source, you know, God is who I look
00:53to in times that are good and bad, and, you know, it's great to have this career, everybody
01:01sees, you know, I'm showing the highlight moments that this is great, but there are
01:06also other points where it's like, okay, I'm unclear, there's the certainty that I'd love
01:11to have isn't there, and then I just got to lean on him, like, God, you know what, I've
01:15done all that I can do to get it up to this point.
01:18You showed me the vision, now you make the provision, because this is the only way that
01:23I know how.
01:24And so, for me, it's about taking that time to breathe, to relax, to do something that's
01:32not work-related, whether it's reading, or, you know, just going out in nature, I think
01:38it's really important, self-care.
