00:00Do you feel like now because you're in this industry and you're pushing out so much content
00:06all the time, which is really like wonderful content, do you feel like you're so much more
00:11tethered to your phone now?
00:13And if so, how does that affect your mental health?
00:17That's such a great question.
00:19I definitely think it's a different time and age when we're told to post one video a day
00:24and it puts a lot of pressure on me sometimes to feel like I need to look pretty and do
00:27something right and have the trending video.
00:30And I also feel like it tends to get me in my head about numbers quite often.
00:35But I just try to find peace in knowing that I know who I am and my friends know who I
00:39am and the people who really, really matter know who I am.
00:44And I try to be real and raw with everything.
00:46I've posted some really embarrassing stuff, honestly.
00:48It's good.
00:49It's like got brought up.
00:50The interviews are like, oh, you post it in a face mask.
00:52I'm like, did I really?
00:53Yeah.
00:54Yeah.
00:55But no, I love it so much.
00:56I just want to keep being a real person.
00:57One of my favorite compliments, actually, is when I'm on a live and somebody is like,
01:01it feels like I'm on FaceTime with you.
01:03I'm like, that's what I want.
01:05Love that.
01:06Absolutely.
01:07That connection with your fans.
01:08Priceless.
01:09Do you feel like there's any misconception when it comes to mental health or therapy
01:14that's, you know, worth addressing?
01:17I think truly, I think that it's become a place where we love romanticizing mental health
01:23in a way.
01:24I have anxiety and I have depression and everybody's like, yeah, we're with you.
01:28And then when you say I go to therapy or I'm medicated, everybody's like, hold on.
01:32Yeah.
01:33So, yeah, I think we could get better about being honest about solutions.
01:37I hate when I talk to people about therapy or medicine and they're like, I don't want
01:40to rely on that to make me happy.
01:43I kind of like to say that I'm going to set this down for a second.
01:46It's like this.
01:47Everybody else is here.
01:50And if you're here because of a mental illness, it's OK if you have to go to therapy or take
01:54medicine to be level with everybody else.
