00:22Adam Schefter tweets out,
00:23According to ESPN sources, the Raiders have informed other teams that they would consider
00:28trading Devontae Adams for a package that would include a second round pick and additional
00:32compensation.
00:33So what it looks like is happening now is Devontae Adams finally said, you know what?
00:37I'd be okay with leaving.
00:38And the Raiders are saying, okay, let's see if we can find a trade partner and match up
00:42the compensation.
00:43But let's set the table for this year, Dubsy.
00:45As we started talking about this in the 7-7 to start the show, this is a big topic.
00:49This is an awesome wide receiver, top five in the NFL who could change the balance of
00:54power to the team he goes to, whatever division and conference he winds up in.
00:58The Raiders are 2-2 on the season.
01:01The Raiders originally brought Devontae Adams in as a star wide receiver to pair up with
01:06Derek Carr and have with Brandon Jacobs and Josh McDaniel as a head coach and it hasn't
01:10worked out.
01:11Looks like all three of those guys will be gone and the Raiders will be left to rebuilding
01:14again.
01:15So let's start initially here.
01:17The 2-2 Raiders here already looking to trade their best offensive weapon.

01:25Look, I mean, as a fan, Donny, as a teammate of Devontae Adams, I'd be saying no.
01:33You want to keep him in the building.
01:34You want to keep him on the Raiders, but it's just not going to work out.

01:39Once the head coach is having social media interactions, like and post and say Devontae
01:46Adams should be traded away from the Raiders, I just don't see how we get to a good outcome
01:50from this scenario.
01:52For Devontae Adams, still 31 years of age, he's pretty affordable for a lot of teams
01:56out there on the market looking for a star wide receiver.
01:59Top five, top 10 certainly in the league right now.
02:03So look, as a fan, as a teammate, I would say no, but for Antonio Pearce, you know,
02:07he's got that hard nose approach in the locker room.
02:10You're either buying in, you're here for the long term and trying to figure this thing
02:13out or see you later, we're going to move on.
02:16You've still got Brock Bowers, maybe you can build around Brock Bowers in the up side.
02:20He showed so far, but I don't think it's a great sign.
02:23I don't think Devontae Adams is going to be there a little further into the season.
02:27So it'd be a massive loss for Las Vegas.
02:29You know, they brought him there and trying to turn things around and the numbers obviously
02:33haven't been so good with Gardner Minshew there at quarterback.
02:36He's never really had that chance to put up the numbers that we saw at Green Bay with
02:40the likes of Aaron Rodgers.
02:41So it's not a good sign in Sin City, but I certainly think the run at the blackjack table
02:46could be done.
