00:00The typhoon still continues to affect some areas of Northern Luzon.

00:05It is expected to recur today as the country is hit by the typhoon.

00:10We will update you on the current situation from Pag-Asa Weather Forecaster, Samuel Duran.

00:16Good morning. What is the latest on our time?

00:19Yes, good morning to you and to all of our listeners.

00:24Yes, that's right. The typhoon Hulian is still a threat even though it is still outside our bar.

00:30As of 4am, the typhoon Hulian became a typhoon, although it is still strong.

00:38It is lowering to typhoon intensity from super typhoon.

00:42At the moment, it is 280km northwest of Itbayas, Batanes, outside the bar.

00:53It is a strong typhoon, reaching 165km per hour.

00:58When the wind blows, it reaches 205km per hour.

01:03The typhoon Hulian is moving very slowly in the direction of northwestward.

01:09Because of that, even though it is outside our bar, the signal is still high.

01:16Here in Batanes, Pabuyan Islands, northern and western portion of Ilocos Norte,

01:22and the northwestern portion of Mainland Cagayan.

01:26Those provinces that we have mentioned, it is still possible to experience rains and winds.

01:36Meanwhile, here in Manila, where partly cloudy to cloudy skies,

01:44with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms.

01:47We also have an easterly that brings rains here in Davao Region, Soksa Gen, and Barm.
