Are Cowboys Problems Fixable This Season?

K&C Masterpiece discuss what the Cowboys biggest problems are and which of them are the most fixable this season.

00:00Let's start out with this, Cowboy's problems thus far in which is most fixable.

00:07We can dive into the injuries because we got some more updates about that.

00:10Hopefully we'll get even more from Steven Jones coming up at noon, but I want to get

00:20What do you think are the Cowboys biggest issues and then maybe we can figure out which

00:25ones if any you think are fixable along the way?

00:32One of the ones that I think is killer right now is that your left tackle is playing like

00:36a rookie.

00:37Yeah.

00:38Um, and that is, I think it's fixable, but probably not truly until next year cause he's

00:44going to run up against really good defensive ends and he's going to be in his own head

00:47for a little while.

00:48And, but he's got some things that he desperately needs to get right so that they can continue

00:52drives.

00:54Every time you felt like you had something good going, you felt like he was going to

00:57either give up a sack, give up a pressure or have a false start or a hold that screwed

01:02the team over in the last game.

01:03I know it's only been four games, but based off of that, can I just ask a question through

01:08four games?

01:09I'm not saying anything about the rest of his career or anything like that.

01:12Do you think Tyler Guyton has been disappointing?

01:14So yes, through four games he has been disappointing.

01:17He's gotten better at some things and looked very flawed at other things.

01:21Uh, then the other, the next one that, that affects the running game.

01:25Yeah.

01:26So the next one's the running game.

01:27I don't know if that can be fixed cause there doesn't seem to be a true commitment to it

01:32by the ownership, by the coaches, by the players to really fix that.

01:37So I don't know if that can be fixed this year.

01:39I think you're going to settle for whatever Rico Dattle gives you.

01:42Uh, and then like for whatever reason they don't want to go with Dalvin cook and then

01:47Dalvin cook starting to get frustrated about not playing.

01:50So there's that going on.

01:51And then edge right now you have Carl Lawson's getting promoted to defensive end and uh,

01:58you have Marshawn Nealon, Micah being hurt and to Marcus Lawrence.

02:01Those three, those three right there are my biggest problems for the Cowboys right now.

02:06And two of them I don't think you can fix at the moment.
