00:00It's Arizona and New York that occupy the final two nationally wildcard spots despite
00:08the Braves winning a weekend set against the Miami Marlins taking the final two games of
00:13the weekend.
00:14Atlanta still trails both New York and Arizona by a full two games with only six games remaining
00:20in this Major League Baseball regular season.
00:22Yeah, and starting tomorrow Atlanta and New York will tee it up for three game set which
00:26probably going to go a long way to determining who's making the playoffs and who's not making
00:29the playoffs with the Mets did very well against the Philadelphia Phillies right now basically
00:32sleepwalking waiting for one more win to clinch that division which they'll probably get tonight.
00:37The Phillies did have some good pitching performances but the Bats didn't show up here and couldn't
00:41get those clutch hits that sometimes throughout the season the Phillies were getting.
00:44They'll still win but now it's looking at it might be just tough to get that number
00:48one overall seed which you would hope they were fighting for.
00:50But again, making the playoffs, getting in, getting a first round bye is probably half
00:54the battle at that point.
00:55The Phillies will clinch that this week but certainly in that National League race we
00:58are watching the New York Mets playing very good baseball here and the Atlanta Braves
01:02are playing bad baseball.
01:03It's just that the Mets are playing better baseball to hold them off and also can they
01:06hold off the Diamondbacks two games to make up which means you got to jump over at least
01:10one team and that final week hard to do but you are playing one of those teams.
01:16So you need a sweep in hand if you're the Atlanta Braves and they got their top three
01:19pitchers in line to start that series should be a fun one.
