00:00Game four of the National League Championship Series in Queens. Game three and the first
00:08in Cleveland in the ALCS. The National League Championship Series has been a little bit
00:14lopsided. In each and every game, we have seen at least a four run margin. And when
00:20the Dodgers have been victorious, Joe, they won by at least eight runs in games one, three,
00:27and four. At least it wasn't a shutout for New York last night, but it was 10 runs out
00:33of the Dodgers. Over a total of seven, all four games have featured some offense so far
00:39in the NLCS. All four have gone over. The Dodgers victorious at Citi Field as a road
00:45favorite to take a 3-1 series lead. The offense got started very early on the second pitch
00:52of the game from Jose Quintana. Shohei Otani took him yard. Mark Vientos responds for
00:59New York in the home half of the first, but from there, it was really all LA. Mookie Betts,
01:04who had been relatively quiet so far in the LCS, he was ignited last night. Tommy Edmond
01:10has been a stud for the Dodgers here in this postseason. Seven RBIs now. He has recorded
01:17at least a RBI in all four games in the NLCS. He was great at the dish once again, and the
01:23Dodgers dominate and are now just one win away from a National League pennant with a
01:2710-2 win in game number four.
01:29Yeah, it's unfortunate, but it appears, Ben, that the Mets have just run out of gas here.
01:38And it should not, I think, come as a shock given the fact that the kind of baseball that
01:43they had to play down the stretch, even to be able to get into the postseason. When you're
01:48asking guys like Quintana and Manea and these guys to basically rely on them to be able
01:57to get you into the postseason, we're talking more innings than these guys have thrown the
02:01last couple of years, guys coming off of injuries. You don't have the best of bullpens. We all
02:07knew this. So you were asking guys to do a lot above their head to get into the postseason.
02:15And now it looks like you're starting to pay the price for that because they just look
02:20like a team, Ben, that is completely out of gas right now. And who can blame them?
