00:00All right, over in the American League, the Tigers are on the doorstep of the postseason
00:07because they played so well in September and they play the White Sox this weekend.
00:12So I feel like there's a really good shot, Matt, that barring a catastrophe, we're going
00:16to see Detroit back in the postseason for the first time in a really long time.
00:20And this is what baseball postseason is about.
00:22It's now a tournament, Matt, and whoever gets hot can go far.
00:25I mean, look, far be it from me to predict the Tigers to win the World Series, but I
00:29would not rule out anything at this point with the way that they've played.
00:32No, you can't.
00:34And there's a lot of talent there for sure.
00:36They're having fun, playing as a team, coming together.
00:40We know that that ballpark will be electric too when they get in there.
00:44You just got to hope the White Sox can't keep staving off history here the way they've done
00:48the past couple of nights.
00:50But yeah, they're obviously in the driver's seat and I would expect them to be there.
00:55And the Twins sort of let this happen.
00:58They didn't play well down the stretch while other teams passed them, and now they're in
01:01this position.
01:02So yeah, it certainly looks like the Tigers are going to be one of those teams.
