00:00More than 40,000 Filipino workers were affected by the closure of POGOS in the country,

00:05which was profiled by the Department of Labor and Employment.

00:08According to Dolly Bureau of Employment Director Patrick Patruiran Jr.,

00:12the salary of the workers in the National Capital Region, Central Luzon, and Central Visayas

00:17will be between P16,000 and P22,000.

00:23Dolly will also allocate money to their public employment service offices

00:27such as Job Matching and Placement, Career Development, Support, and other facilities.

00:34TESDA will also provide funds for their livelihood programs,

00:41where the beneficiaries can receive a salary of up to P30,000.

00:46The private sector and the Department of Trade and Industry will also cooperate

00:50to help the Filipinos who lost their livelihood

00:55because of the closure of POGOS in the country.
