00:00So I'm Lisa Ryan, I'm one of the candidates in the upcoming Moines Shire elections.
00:05And why did you decide to run Lisa?
00:07I really want to give back to the community that welcomed me eight or so years ago.
00:11I really want to be a voice for young families in the whole Shire as well as seniors across the Shire as well.
00:19And what are your three priorities if you get uncancelled?
00:23So three priority areas for me is again definitely being a voice for young families
00:28and advocating for things like childcare and recreation reserves so families can make the most of being in the outdoors.
00:35And second one would be our older populations, so ensuring that the services meet their needs
00:41as well as creating programs to ensure that they're able to be social and access and inclusion.
00:48As well as the third one would be just council operations in general.
00:52So really going over the planning process, making sure that everyone that is engaging with council
00:59is being really well communicated with and ensuring that it's as accessible as possible.
