Nightbreaker ( 1989) Drama

In the 1950s, Dr. Alexander Brown (Emilio Estevez) helped implement a program that dosed unwitting servicemen with poisonous levels of radiation. In the 1980s 52 Year Old Brown (Martin Sheen) is confronted by a cancer-stricken man who was one of the experiment's subjects.
