00:17The drunkenness of two neighbors in Kalasyao, here in Pangasinan has returned.

00:22In Mangaldan, a SUV collided with another SUV parked on the side of the road.

00:36We can see on CCTV that the red car is slowly moving to the side of the road in Barangay Salay, Mangaldan, Pangasinan

00:43until it hit the parked blue car.

00:47When the impact hit, the parked SUV moved back.
