00:00In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.
00:17Today was a day full of news when the biggest news from the biggest court of Pakistan did
00:22not come.
00:23Today, the biggest news, only one big news came, it is difficult to determine which is
00:27the biggest news from the biggest news.
00:29Anyway, the Supreme Court of Pakistan had given a decision in favour of Pakistan Tariq
00:34-e-Insaf regarding the special sessions that seats should be given to them.
00:38Its detailed decision came today, about 70 days after the initial decision came.
00:42In your service, we will briefly and easily say that what is this matter, where did the
00:46matter start, where did it reach today, what is written in today's decision, what can
00:50happen next?
00:51We are standing now in October 2024.
00:53This story begins last year in December, December 2023.
00:57See, on 22nd December 2023, the Election Commission of Pakistan called the intraparty elections
01:02of Pakistan Tariq-e-Insaf as Kaldam.
01:04The Election Commission said that the intraparty elections that you conducted were not right
01:08and took back the baton from them.
01:10The party was deprived of the baton.
01:12After that, many stages continued, the Election Commission, Peshawar High Court, this whole
01:17matter continued.
01:18This is a brief story, after this decision on 22nd December, when the matter reached
01:22the elections on 8th February.
01:24On 8th February 2024, the elections of the National Assembly took place.
01:27Almost 11 days after that, the members of Pakistan Tariq-e-Insaf took part in the Sunni
01:32Unity Council.
01:33The debate was going on whether to go to MWM or go to the Sunni Unity Council.
01:37Because when we fought the election, the baton was also taken, and after the baton, the
01:41electoral status was also snatched.
01:43The PTI was not allowed to fight as a party.
01:46So where should we go?
01:47The election took place on 8th February.
01:49After 11 days, they decided that we will go to the Sunni Unity Council.
01:52This is the matter.
01:53Now the thing is that we have joined a party.
01:56And since we are a part of a party, and every party has the right to get special sessions
02:00based on the results of the election.
02:03So the Sunni Unity Council submitted a request to the Election Commission on 21st February
02:07for special sessions.
02:09That you give us special sessions.
02:11After about a week, the other parties, i.e. Muslim League Noon, i.e. People's Party, i.e.
02:16MQM, claimed their claim on those sessions.
02:19And the Election Commission said, no, sir, these sessions should be given to us.
02:22Because the Sunni Unity Council is not entitled to these sessions.
02:25They took part in this party yesterday.
02:28How are they entitled?
02:29So they submitted this request.
02:31About a week after this, the Election Commission of Pakistan made a decision.
02:35They made a decision on the basis of 4-1.
02:38They rejected the Sunni Unity Council's request.
02:40That is, they said, you people, the Sunni Unity Council, who were PTI people, who were
02:45fighting for freedom of expression, you will not get these seats.
02:48Now when this happened, five days later, on 6th March, it is still going on in 2023.
02:52The Sunni Unity Council decided against the Election Commission to take special sessions.
02:56Now they went to court.
02:57The first step was to go to the Peshawar High Court.
02:59They turned to the Peshawar High Court.
03:01The five-member larger bench was formed.
03:04And everyone unanimously rejected the Sunni Unity Council's request.
03:085-0.
03:09No, sir.
03:10You cannot get these seats.
03:12The decision made by the Election Commission was correct.
03:14Your request is rejected.
03:16About a few days after this, a week later, on 2nd April, the Sunni Unity Council went
03:21to the Supreme Court of Pakistan for special sessions.
03:26Now the Sunni Unity Council.
03:28Now when they went there, the short story is that next month, in the month of May,
03:33there was a three-member bench under the leadership of Justice Mansoor Ali Shah.
03:36He approved the decision of the Peshawar High Court's Oil Addiction Commission.
03:39And he said that this case is very important.
03:42The larger bench should hear it.
03:44This happened.
03:45After that, the larger bench was formed.
03:47The head of the Supreme Court of Pakistan was formed.
03:49His name is Qazi Faizi Sahib.
03:5113-member bench.
03:527 sessions were held.
03:53The decision was secured on 9th July.
03:55What was that decision?
03:56The decision was that on 12th July, the Supreme Court declared the decision of the Peshawar
03:59High Court and the Election Commission to be invalid.
04:02And the PTI was declared eligible for special sessions.
04:05That those decisions were wrong.
04:07You have the right to be given special sessions.
04:10Eight out of thirteen judges supported the decision.
04:13Five disagreed.
04:14Eight to five came to the decision.
04:15The decision was written by Justice Mansoor Ali Shah.
04:17He has also written the detailed decision of the day.
04:19The people who disagreed, what are their names?
04:21Qazi Faizi Sahib.
04:22Jamal Mandu Khail Sahib.
04:23Aminuddin Khan Sahib.
04:24Naeem Akhtar Afghan Sahib.
04:25These five people decided against the decision.
04:28After that, a few days ago, the eight-member bench of the Supreme Court issued a statement
04:34in the case of special sessions.
04:36And the Election Commission warned Pakistan.
04:39See what was written in the statement.
04:41It was said that there is no ambiguity in the decision of 12th July.
04:44There is no ambiguity.
04:45This short order is very clear.
04:46The Election Commission should make it complicated.
04:48Act on this decision and give seats.
04:50This was said by the Supreme Court.
04:52After that, Qazi Faizi Sahib also issued a letter.
04:56Under what authority did the eight judges make the decision?
04:59He issued a detailed statement.
05:00Anyway, he also said that if the eight judges did not act on the order in the statement,
05:06its serious consequences could be achieved.
05:08Today, September 23, the story has come to this day.
05:10The detailed decision of the 12th July was issued.
05:13Today's detailed decision was also written by Justice Mansoor Ali Shah.
05:17In which there are many detailed things.
05:19In which it is said that not giving election certificates
05:22does not affect the legal right of a political party to contest elections.
05:26That is, he said that it is okay if they have not held elections,
05:29then you have deprived them of election certificates.
05:31So far, it is okay.
05:32But why did you give an additional punishment?
05:34If someone is given election certificates,
05:36then that party cannot be deprived of this right that they cannot even contest elections.
05:40This was done wrong.
05:41The Election Commission has been targeted by the most severe criticism in today's decision.
05:46And the Election Commission has also reacted to this.
05:48We will tell you about this later.
05:50In the decision, it was said that the election commission is the fourth pillar of the government.
05:55But in the elections in February, the election commission failed to play its role.
06:00And in the end, it was said that the initial decision was issued by two judges.
06:06That is, Justice Aminuddin and Justice Naeem Afghan.
06:10These two judges had previously disagreed.
06:13So it was said that these two judges did not agree with our decision.
06:18On the 3rd of August, the disagreed notes of the disagreed judges were also written.
06:23So in today's decision, it was said that their disagreed notes are not suitable for the judges of the Supreme Court.
06:28That is, they disagreed on the disagreed notes.
06:30And on that, they have been targeted by the judges.
06:33That is, this is a clear cut.
06:35That is, the biggest judges of the Supreme Court are targeting each other on the record.
06:46In today's decision of the Supreme Court of Pakistan, Mr. Mansoor Ali Shah wrote that these judges,
06:50that is, Mr. Aminuddin and Mr. Naeem Afghan, said that our decision is not in accordance with the law.
06:56Justice Aminuddin and Justice Naeem Akhtar's action is against the position of the judges of the Supreme Court.
07:02As bench members, they could have legally disagreed with the facts and the law.
07:07At the same time, the judges could have given different opinions.
07:09However, the way the judges disagreed is less than the patience and decency of the judges of the Supreme Court.
07:15This is today's matter.
07:17Now the question is a million-dollar question.
07:20The decision has come in July.
07:22We are standing in October.
07:23No action has been taken.
07:25Will the government now take action on this decision after today's detailed decision?
07:29Obviously, the answer to this is no.
07:32And why are we saying this?
07:33Because the most relevant minister, that is, the Minister of Law, Mr. Azam Nazeer Tarar, has come today.
07:39He has held a press conference.
07:41And we will show you.
07:42Listen carefully to what he is saying.
07:44As a result, in simple words, he is saying that we are not going to take action.
07:49The Election Commission has also not started taking action in this.
07:51Because he is giving evidence that a parliament has passed a law.
07:55According to that law, no member can change his party affiliation.
08:00Which has been said in this decision.
08:02So now after this law has come, this decision has become ineffective.
08:06Hence, no action can be taken on it.
08:08Just see what the Minister of Law of Pakistan is saying on this decision.
08:11Despite the detailed decision, the matter has to be decided according to the national law.
08:17Section 104A and Section 66 are part of the law today.
08:23The confusion is still the same.
08:25That according to the national law at this time, the free candidates who have been considered,
08:34they cannot leave the Sunni Unity Council.
08:37Because their action is irreversible.
08:40All friends must have seen the decision.
08:42There is nothing written about it.
08:44It cannot even be written because this is a subsequent development.
08:47This issue is still valid.
08:49The Election Commission of Pakistan is a separate institution.
08:51The resolution they have taken,
08:53that resolution says that they have to carry out their responsibilities according to the law.
08:59So the scheme in the eyes of Pakistan is written in accordance with the law.
09:03If that is kept in view, then these seats cannot be given.
09:09Now the decision of the court is otherwise.
09:12This is a further round of litigation.
09:15I think it is necessary.
09:17Seats cannot be given.
09:19And this matter will go further in the court.
09:21On the one hand, this matter has happened today.
09:23On the other hand, another matter has happened.
09:25What is the brief story of that matter?
09:27A practice and procedure committee was formed.
09:29Leaving all the details.
09:31According to which it was that before this,
09:33whenever benches were made in the Supreme Court of Pakistan,
09:35the cases that will be heard,
09:37then the bench was made by the Chief Justice of Pakistan.
09:39Then Mr. Faiz Ishaa was also included in this,
09:41when he was the Chief Justice himself.
09:43That sir, no, the Chief Justice himself should not do this work.
09:45Rather, the three-member committee should do this work.
09:47We will call it the Judges Committee.
09:49This practice is called Practice and Procedure.
09:51And what will happen?
09:53The Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of Pakistan,
09:55the next Chief Justice,
09:57and the third number.
09:59These three top judges, their committee will be formed,
10:01and they will make the law.
10:03Now after that, an ordinance came from the President of Pakistan.
10:05That sir,
10:07the rank of this committee can be changed.
10:09You are the Chief Justice.
10:11You are the second senior most judge.
10:13The third judge,
10:15the Chief Justice can select by his own will.
10:17Critics criticized that,
10:19that sir, in this way, the Chief Justice
10:21will select the judges of his own will.
10:23So one became himself,
10:25one became the judge of his own will.
10:27So this committee will be made by the Chief Justice himself.
10:29Then the benches.
10:31Here that ordinance has come.
10:33After a while, the Honorable Chief Justice
10:35made a new committee under this ordinance.
10:37And the third member of this bench,
10:39i.e. Muneeb Akhtar,
10:41was replaced by another member,
10:43and this is how it all happened.
10:45Today was the Judicial Committee hearing.
10:47Mr. Faiz Issa had to come,
10:49Mr. Mansoor Ali Shah and Mr. Amiruddin came.
10:51Mr. Mansoor Ali Shah did not come.
10:53He wrote a letter and spoke openly.
10:55In that letter, Mr. Mansoor Ali Shah
10:57expressed his reservations in the amendment ordinance.
10:59He said that after a few hours of the ordinance,
11:01the Practice and Procedure Committee was again formed.
11:03Even after the amendment ordinance,
11:05if Mr. Faiz Issa wanted,
11:07then after the amendment ordinance,
11:09the three senior judges should have participated in the committee hearing.
11:11If Mr. Faiz Issa wanted,
11:13Mr. Mansoor Ali Shah said,
11:15then even after the amendment ordinance,
11:17he could have made Mr. Muneeb Akhtar a member of the committee.
11:19He did not do that.
11:21In fact, he did not do that,
11:23without giving any reason.
11:25Justice Muneeb was removed from the committee.
11:27Joining a member of the committee of his choice
11:29is a non-democratic behavior.
11:31This is a one-man show.
11:33The formation of the committee did not tell
11:35why the next senior judge was ignored.
11:37And he also said that
11:39he will not be a member of the committee
11:41that will be formed after today.
11:43He will not be a member of the committee
11:45that will be formed after today.
11:47These are very serious issues.
11:49We will talk to the legal and legal experts
11:51in the second segment.
11:53And now we will talk to the senior adviser
11:55of Pakistan Tariq-e-Insaf,
11:57the Secretary General,
11:59and of course the lawyer of the Supreme Court of Pakistan.
12:01We will also talk to the lawyer
12:03who has a detailed decision,
12:05so very relevant.
12:07The Secretary General of Pakistan Tariq-e-Insaf,
12:09Mr. Salman Akram Rai, is with us.
12:11Sir, thank you very much for your time.
12:13Mr. Salman, looking at the current situation,
12:15it is not difficult to make an assessment.
12:17In fact, leave aside the assessment,
12:19even looking at the press conference
12:21of the most relevant minister,
12:23it is not difficult to deduce
12:25that the government does not intend
12:27to implement this decision.
12:29So, please tell us,
12:31obviously you will say to the court
12:33that how is this possible?
12:35It is the court's decision,
12:37it has to be implemented,
12:39the court has to do it,
12:41but the opportunity of the government
12:43has also come forward.
12:45Now, practically speaking,
12:47what options does the court have
12:49if the government says,
12:51sir, in whatever words,
12:53sir, we do not object?
12:55What can the court do exactly?
12:57Look, the court does not have
12:59any soldiers, tanks, guns,
13:01does it?
13:03The court's obedience
13:05has a direct relationship
13:07with principle.
13:09A society decides
13:11that we have to accept
13:13the decisions of our courts,
13:15we are a civilized society,
13:17we are not a group of wolves
13:19roaming in the jungle.
13:21This is what we call civilization,
13:23this is what we call a state.
13:25If this is not accepted,
13:27that the court's decisions have to be accepted,
13:29the Supreme Court's decisions have to be accepted,
13:31then the state is destroyed.
13:33So where we are standing right now,
13:35this is a very scary place.
13:37And the people of Pakistan,
13:39the people, you,
13:41I have to make this decision now,
13:43this is not a matter of politics,
13:45this is a matter of a state,
13:47a state of survival.
13:49Here, the law of the jungle,
13:51the law of the jungle,
13:53the law of fear and terror,
13:55or some such law has to be implemented
13:57that after the debate in the courts,
13:59after the debate in the courts,
14:01it comes to light.
14:03Look, not every decision of the Supreme Court
14:05is one that all people agree on.
14:07This happens all over the world.
14:09People are divided in America.
14:11The elections of the president
14:13are fought on the basis
14:15that this decision is correct
14:17or that decision is correct
14:19because there the president
14:21appoints judges.
14:23And the expectation is that
14:25the president will come and appoint such judges
14:27who will give some specific
14:29type of decisions.
14:31So there this practice is completely political.
14:33But the purpose of saying
14:35is that there is a dispute
14:37in every country.
14:39But despite the disputes,
14:41the decisions of the Supreme Court are accepted.
14:43If not accepted,
14:45then the state is destroyed.
14:47So today we are standing there
14:49that by accepting the Supreme Court's decision,
14:51the country's Minister of Law,
14:53the State Administration,
14:55the Election Commission,
14:57are denying it.
14:59One aspect of this is what you said, Mr. Salman.
15:01But is there another aspect?
15:03For example, in this particular case,
15:05who is the most relevant authority?
15:07And whoever he is,
15:09can the court call him and say
15:11that you can apply,
15:13and if not,
15:15can you remove him from his post
15:17after the court's decision?
15:19Yes, the court can do everything.
15:21Obviously, the Election Commission
15:23has to make the elections
15:25and make the decision.
15:27But
15:29if the court calls
15:31and makes a decision
15:33and condemns the court,
15:35will it be followed?
15:37Now we are seeing
15:39such a situation
15:41that only those decisions of the court
15:43will be accepted
15:45which are the rulers of the time,
15:47and by rulers I mean
15:49those people who have the power,
15:51those people who have the power
15:53to lift people up,
15:55to beat them up,
15:57their decision will be
15:59accepted by the Supreme Court.
16:01So this is a very
16:03sad situation.
16:05And if I were to say
16:07in your words,
16:09what will be the result of this?
16:13Look, if you look at history,
16:15such incidents
16:17weaken states.
16:19They always weaken states.
16:21Whenever you don't
16:23listen to the voice of the people,
16:25whenever you try to
16:27dominate the courts,
16:29when you try to
16:31finish the biggest community in the country,
16:33when you try to remove
16:35big political leaders from the scene,
16:37the result is never good.
16:39We have already suffered
16:41such incidents in East Pakistan.
16:43The Election Commission report
16:45is in front of us, but we learn
16:47from it. Today we are repeating
16:49all those mistakes.
16:51The powerful think that
16:53they will suppress the voice of the people,
16:55scare them, frighten them,
16:57but what will happen is that
16:59your state will become weak.
17:01You are giving this message to the whole world
17:03that Pakistan is not a state
17:05based on laws and regulations.
17:07There is a jungle law here,
17:09so why should anyone invest here?
17:11Why should factories be set up here?
17:13Why should people be given jobs here?
17:15You are shaking the whole country,
17:17its system, the roots of the country.
17:19You are making it weak.
17:45What will you say to this?
17:55The law is there,
17:57the Parliament has passed it.
17:59No, this is wrong.
18:01The majority decision of the Supreme Court
18:03has explained the law.
18:05The majority decision of the Supreme Court
18:07has said that on 8th February,
18:09all the illegal actions
18:11of the Election Commission
18:13have been chosen
18:15by the PTI,
18:17regardless of the number of seats
18:19or more than that.
18:21And they have to be given
18:23special seats
18:25according to Article 51 and Article 106
18:27of the Constitution.
18:29The Constitution is there.
18:31It is not possible
18:33that you can end
18:35the result of an election
18:37by making some general legislation.
18:39I will say that you cannot end
18:41the result of an election
18:43by making some general legislation.
18:45The election took place on 8th February.
18:47The Supreme Court has decided
18:49that the candidates who were
18:51elected, who were called free,
18:53were in fact not free.
18:55They were candidates of the PTI
18:57and the MNA and MPA
18:59elected by the PTI.
19:01Now, no law can end this reality.
19:03This reality came into existence
19:05by the votes of the people of Pakistan.
19:07Despite all the corruption,
19:09180 seats were given to the PTI.
19:11It should have been 180.
19:13But despite all the corruption,
19:15the seats that were given to the PTI
19:17cannot be snatched from the PTI.
19:19And this is not a case
19:21where someone left one party
19:23and joined another party.
19:25The Supreme Court has said
19:27that all these people
19:29were in the PTI.
19:31They fought the election
19:33as candidates of the PTI
19:35and were elected
19:37as candidates of the PTI.
19:39There is no question
19:41of leaving one party
19:43and joining another party.
19:45And this is a universal right.
19:47No one can impose this right
19:49of leaving one party
19:51and joining another party.
19:53And this has been discussed
19:55many times before.
19:57The PTI did not demand
19:59that the seats be given
20:01to the PTI.
20:03It was a request
20:05from the PTI itself
20:07that the PTI be considered
20:09as a part of this case.

25:39that the PTI be considered
25:41as a part of this case.
25:43It won't make a difference.
25:45It won't make a difference.
25:47It won't make a difference.
25:49The Chief Justice has to appoint
25:51the Chief Justice.
25:53The Chief Justice has to appoint
25:55the Chief Justice.
25:57The Chief Justice has to appoint
25:59the Chief Justice.
26:01The Chief Justice has to appoint
26:03other judges.
26:05The Chief Justice has to appoint
26:07other judges.
26:09The Chief Justice has to appoint
26:11other judges.
26:41the Supreme Court's decision should be reviewed or appealed in this new court.
26:46So, a new court should be created in which judges should be chosen and the Supreme Court's
26:51decision should be reviewed or appealed in this new court.
26:56PTI should be banned.
27:01Article 8 of the Constitution states that the Supreme Court should not be subject to
27:06their fundamental rights.
27:08There was also a amendment to the Constitution that gave military courts freedom.
27:13Imran Khan wants to send him there.
27:17All these things are becoming clear to us, like getting them punished by the military
27:22courts, getting PTI banned from this new court, finish it and the Supreme Court's decision
27:27should be rejected through this new court.
28:02If a group like Maulana Fazl-ur-Rehman comes on board, then the number game will be relatively easy.
28:09Since you are the Secretary General of your party, I am asking you in that capacity,
28:14are you sure that Maulana Fazl-ur-Rehman's request will not be able to reach the government?
28:20Or are you not surprised that if it does reach the government, it will become a court of law?
28:25Look, I have met Maulana Fazl-ur-Rehman twice.
28:30In the first meeting, Asad Qaisar was with me.
28:33In the second meeting, Sadr Arif Alvi was with me.
28:36So, we have returned very satisfied with his speech.
28:41He has expressed his loyalty to the constitution,
28:44he has expressed his attachment to the constitution.
28:47So, I have high hopes.
28:49You have good intentions.
28:51You have said that the next meeting will be in Bagla Jalsa, Mianwali and Pindi.
29:01Today, Khabar Lahariya Khan said that the next meeting will be in Pindi.
29:04Are you sure that Maulana Fazl-ur-Rehman will share the stage with you at any stage?
29:08Will he come with you in street power?
29:11Look, I cannot say anything about this yet because this discussion has not yet taken place.
29:16But, I think that every citizen of Pakistan, every conscious person, every compassionate person should be a part of this protest movement.
29:23This will not only be a movement of PTI.
29:25This will be a movement to save Pakistan.
29:28This will be a movement to save the culture, decency and constitution of Pakistan.
29:34So, I think that every Pakistani should be a part of this.
29:37And I hope that every Pakistani will be a part of this.
29:40Mr. Sahab, this is the last question about the constitution.
29:42Then, I will ask some questions about the party.
29:45What is your opinion about the decision made on Article 63A?
29:49Do you think that it was the right decision?
29:51That if a person crosses the floor and votes against the party's will,
29:54then the vote should not be counted and he should wash his hands of his session.
29:57What is your opinion on this as a lawyer?
30:00Look, I have given my opinion on this many times.
30:03I do not agree with this decision as a law student.
30:06But, the intention of this decision is right.
30:09We should have made a constitutional amendment and said this.
30:12Instead of making a constitutional amendment and saying that
30:15the vote of the person who crosses the floor will definitely be counted.
30:19We should have said that the Supreme Court's decision has some difficulties,
30:24there are some misconceptions.
30:26We may not agree with its interpretation.
30:29Therefore, we say through a constitutional amendment that
30:32the vote of the people will not be counted.
30:35The vote of the rebels will not be counted.
30:37On the contrary, they are saying that
30:39the vote of the person who crosses the floor will definitely be counted.
30:42However, he will wash his hands of his session.
30:48If he wants, he can do so.
30:50Yes, of course.
30:52Now, the Supreme Court has done both the things.
30:54The vote will not be counted and he will wash his hands of his session.
30:57Look, the question here is not whether the Supreme Court's decision is right or not.
31:00Now, the question is that what should we do through a constitutional amendment?
31:04Should we give credit to the person who crosses the floor through a constitutional amendment?
31:11Or should we stop this action?
31:13The amendments that have been proposed now,
31:16they are giving credit to the person who cheated.
31:20And how do you see this?
31:22The judge is writing in loud and clear words.
31:27Obviously, he is addressing Qazi Faisal Sahib and writing,
31:30Sir, what have you done?
31:32As a result of this amendment, how did you remove Muni Bakhtar from the Practices and Procedures Committee Act?
31:37In very harsh words, how do you see this?
31:42Look, he said that there is a rule of thumb.
31:46Even if this law is made through an ordinance,
31:49then what was the need for you to remove the third judge
31:52and bring in the fourth, who is the third in the seniority.
31:55He was doing his job with humility.
31:57The purpose of this law was that the judges with different opinions should decide on the benches.
32:03It was not that we are just sitting here,
32:07the Chief Justice can sit with a judge of his choice.
32:11You should have followed a principle.
32:13We were sitting with three senior most judges.
32:15We should have let this law sit.
32:17This law is not saying that you have to remove the third judge
32:20and bring in the junior judge.
32:23Why did you do this?
32:25What is the justification for this?
32:27Qazi Faiz Issa has made this decision,
32:31which is regrettable for me as well.
32:34Munsoor Shah has raised the right question.
32:37And sir, towards the end,
32:38with your political references,
32:40now you have the intention of holding a series of meetings.
32:43So, assume that you have held two such meetings.
32:45This is our right.
32:46Yes, absolutely right.
32:47Absolutely right.
32:48Yes, absolutely right.
32:49Anyway, I am asking the question,
32:50what is the strategy in your mind?
32:51Assume that you have held ten such meetings
32:53and each one was more successful than the previous one.
32:55Even then, will you be able to play an important role
32:58in getting Mr. Khan released?
33:01Which is definitely your right.
33:02Absolutely right.
33:05Look, you and I have to protest.
33:08If we are alive,
33:09if there is some vitality in our soul,
33:11then it is our duty to protest.
33:14We will continue to raise the voice of protest.
33:17We will continue to call on Pakistanis as much as possible.
33:20And this is the way it is.
33:22History changes in the same way.
33:26So, we will continue our efforts
33:29to get the people of Pakistan
33:31legal and legal rights.
33:35And I am sure that
33:36somewhere or the other,
33:37our collective conscience will awaken.
33:39And what we have been doing with Pakistan for 70 years,
33:43we will stop doing that.
33:45We will move towards decency, the law and the constitution.
33:49And the way we have kept Mr. Imran Khan in jail,
33:52on the basis of bogus cases,
33:54sometimes Yiddish, sometimes Cypher,
33:56all those cases will be closed.
33:58And the politicians and the public
34:00will get the opportunity to
34:02adjust the fate of this country
34:04according to the voice of the people.
34:06Since this is in the Lahore Jalsa,
34:08you are the Secretary General of the party,
34:09you are in the executive office,
34:10you are also looking at big centers on the stage.
34:12So, this was already in your knowledge.
34:14It was written in the permission letter
34:15that the time is 6 o'clock.
34:16But this was also in your knowledge.
34:18It was communicated that the time is 6 o'clock
34:20and after 6 o'clock,
34:21the lights and sound systems will be switched off.
34:23And it came as a surprise to you.
34:25No, this was done wrong.
34:26Was this in your knowledge?
34:28It should not have been done like this.
34:30Yes, it was written in it.
34:31But see, this is a right of the law.
34:33To call it a blow on the stage
34:35and the whole system,
34:37and at one point we felt that
34:39the whole stage will fall.
34:41It was a small container.
34:43So many people came on it.
34:45The police came on it.
34:46It could have been a very dangerous situation for everyone.
34:51So, this was not right.
34:53We will also protest against it.
34:55We have taken notice of this.
34:57And we will not accept any such gathering in the future.
35:00Hmm.
35:01And you must have asked the Secretary General,
35:05in a similar personal capacity,
35:07to Ali Amin Ghandapur Sahib,
35:09that was he surprised at the time
35:11when he was not allowed to attend the gathering?
35:14See, obviously, it was our wish.
35:16But see, the time at 6 o'clock
35:18was such an inappropriate time
35:20that he left from Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
35:22There was a very big caravan with him.
35:24He was stopped at two places.
35:26It took him 40 minutes,
35:28which increased his travel time.
35:30So, it is obvious that
35:32this was not the action
35:34that we liked.
35:36But anyway, it happens.
35:38The next gathering, God willing,
35:40you will see,
35:42he will be fully involved in it.
35:44And sir, Mr. Zaman,
35:46coinciding with all these things,
35:48that the gathering is obviously
35:50the right of the political party,
35:52you should not be deprived of that right,
35:54and coinciding with many other things,
35:56but was this a dry scene
35:58that a minister of a province,
36:00not anyone else,
36:02broke the windows of the car?
36:04And for any reason,
36:06was this a dry scene?
36:08And obviously, it has to do with your party,
36:10who broke the windows of the car?
36:12Gandapur sir's video.
36:14No, it passed through your eyes,
36:16in which he is breaking the windows of a truck.
36:20No, I do not know.
36:22If this is the case,
36:24then I will not coincide with it.
36:26Yes, that video is a lot.
36:28And sir, towards the end,
36:30there was a lot of discussion
36:32over the weekend about a news
36:34of Jerusalem Post,
36:36whose summary was that
36:38Imran Khan is the person
36:40who can help spread the public opinion,
36:42and can play a key role
36:44in bringing Israel and Pakistan
36:46closer together.
36:48What is your comment on this?
36:50Look, it has nothing to do with us.
36:52Who wrote this article,
36:54I do not know.
36:56But one thing is clear in this,
36:58wherever he is in the outside world,
37:00he knows who the leader of Pakistan is.
37:02Pakistan's leader
37:04is only Imran Khan today,
37:06and if the people of Pakistan
37:08trust someone,
37:10then it is only Imran Khan.
37:12Thank you very much.
37:14Salam Alaikum, Mr. Rai.
37:16Sir Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf
37:18was talking to us.
37:20Today, as I said,
37:22has been a very turbulent day
37:24in legal terms.
37:26After a break,
37:28we will talk to two lawyers
37:30in simple words.
37:32Today, the Supreme Court
37:34will decide
37:36what it means in simple words
37:38and where it will take the situation.
37:40We will talk to two relevant lawyers
37:42after a break.
38:04Thank you very much for your time.
