00:00All right, I think I misunderstood the question there.
00:13So I was preparing a boxing answer, so give me a second on that one.
00:16But we do have a couple of boxing cards coming up here this weekend.
00:20As tonight, it is Jaime Languia going back into the ring against the Canadian in Basnian.
00:26I know I'm saying that right, or wrong, apologies for that one.
00:31And then coming up on Saturday, it is Daniel Dubois against Anthony Joshua.
00:35And so maybe that's why I assumed in the chat it was Zhang that we were talking about,
00:39because I have heavyweight boxing on the mind.
00:42But let's start with Manguia, as he fights Bansian, I'm sorry, fights this weekend.
00:51This is a fight that he should win, right?
00:52Like, there is no doubt that Manguia should win this fight.
00:58He is a minus 1400 favorite.
01:00Him to win by KO is minus 275.
01:03Like this is not a fight that should be overly competitive by any stretch of the imagination.
01:09He won four of his last five by KO going into the Canelo fight.
01:16He should just come in here, again, all due respect to the Canadian here out of Quebec,
01:22but Bansian, no.
01:25Not on this level.
01:26Coming off of a draw on his last fight, he had two KO wins before that.
01:30I just don't see him being able to keep up with Jaime Manguia.
01:35But this is one of the things we talked about this week.
01:38This is the first time that Manguia is coming off of a loss.
01:43He was undefeated going into the Canelo-Alvarez fight.
01:46That sort of a thing can change some people, right?
01:48We have seen, and more often in MMA than in boxing, but boxing for a long time traditionally
01:54has not been a sport that has treated losses overly well.
01:57So there could still be some concern there.
02:01And we had talked, coming out of that fight, Manguia against Canelo, that this was, if
02:06Manguia had fought that way against anybody else, then he himself would have fought, or
02:12he would have beat them.
02:13He just happened to be facing one of the best in the world that night, and that caused some
02:17problems for him.
02:18And so, that was, that's, A, you can take a lot of comfort in like, okay, I lost against
02:25the best.
02:26Shit happens, what do you do?
02:28But I do also think there is a humbling experience that comes with that.
02:32And so that would be my concern with Manguia going into this fight, is how does he respond?
02:37Because again, should, all due respect, mop the floor with this cat here on Friday night,
02:43on ESPN.
