Cotton Works in Wigan starting to take shape

The Cotton Works mill in Wigan is starting to take shape and will hopefully be opening in March 2025.

00:00Yeah, so we've completed most of the windows, bar, the ground floor, so the scaffolding's peeled away.

00:07The floors are completing internally, a lot of the demolition work being done, uncovering a few surprises,

00:13but nothing that they've not dealt with well.

00:15Roof extension's up and we're almost watertight, so things are progressing well and on time for delivery.

00:21Between now and Christmas we'll have a few announcements around feast extending, etc.

00:27That's been successful and the hospitality team's doing well with that.

00:33We'll be watertight and fitting out the internal office space, co-working, and the tap room on the ground floor.

00:40The pub will be open early March, the offices will be open in March, and the food hall will follow the pub,

00:47so it'll be progressing and forever changing.

00:50It's first finishes throughout next year, so starting in March we'll be tenanted and operational from March.
