00:00The suspect was arrested for driving less than 20 motorcycles in Pampanga, Bulacan, Manila, and Quezon City.

00:16In a CCTV footage in front of a supermarket in Tondo, Manila,

00:19we can see the simple driving of the suspect in a parked motorcycle.

00:23The victim's wife just entered the supermarket.

00:27The suspect's modus according to the Manila Police.

00:29He was driving around in a parked motorcycle,

00:32especially near the supermarkets.

00:36He was looking for a spot where the suspect left his key.

00:40Using the footage from other CCTVs,

00:42the Manila Police followed the motorcycle's passers-by.

00:46The suspect's destination was traced to Pampanga,

00:48but the suspect was stopped when he was caught.

00:51He passed by all the motorcycles and they had a lead

00:55where he stopped to talk to his living partner.

01:00He was waiting for him there.

01:02In his house in Del Pal, Manila,

01:03the 41-year-old suspect was arrested.

01:06Based on the investigation by the MPD,

01:08gasoline was running out

01:10when the motorcycle was stolen in Tondo, Manila.

01:13So the suspect left it

01:15and stole another motorcycle.

01:17The suspect stole less than 20 motorcycles

01:20in Pampanga, Bulacan, Manila, and Quezon City.

01:23I did it because I was in need.

01:28First of all, I don't have a job.

01:31That's why I did it.

01:33Whoever stole my motorcycle,

01:36I asked for a dispensary.

01:37In the follow-up operation of the MPD,

01:39it was found that several motorcycles were stolen by the suspect

01:42from the places where he hid and sold them.
