00:18Vicky, the CDRRMO is still monitoring the barangays affected by the flood,

00:23high tide and floodwaters in Dagupan City.

00:31Since yesterday, the no-sailing, no-swimming and no-fishing policy in Dagupan City, Pangasinan,

00:36has increased.

00:38That's why fishermen like Mang Julius from Barangay Bunuan, Gaset,

00:42stopped working.

00:43It's just on the side where there's a lot of movement,

00:47but on the far side, it's calm.

00:52As of our meeting with the Philippine Coast Guard,

01:01that's why the city was flooded in Street, Rizal Street and AB Fernandez Avenue.

01:06Some residents were also flooded in Lungsod.

01:09In Poblacion Weste, 300 residents were affected by the high tide that started last night.

01:22because we are also avoiding possible waterborne illnesses or diseases.
