00:20I'm sorry, I have picked up what everybody else seems to have,

00:26which is a cough and a cold.

00:28But it will not slow me down.

00:31Before this, he personally gave three awards,

00:35the Presidential Lingkud Bayan Award,

00:37the Dangal ng Bayan Award,

00:39and the Pagasa Award.

00:40The individual awardee received P200,000 in the prize

00:44and P100,000 from the members of the group awardee.

00:47There is also an automatic promotion at a higher rank.

00:50They proved that not everyone in the civil service

00:54is like what is thought to be slow, stingy, or lazy.

00:57The quality of the work and the initiative that people have shown

01:03really belies the general image of the civil servant

01:08as being a bit of a drudge and being not terribly imaginative.

01:16But at the same time, they were also praised

01:18by others for their transparency and responsibility

01:21in performing their duties and serving the public.

01:24Let us continue to live by our constitutional mandate

01:27that public office is a public trust.
