00:14Dear listeners, whatever time it is tonight,

00:16it is possible for two typhoons to collide in the Philippine Area of Responsibility.

00:21The Typhoon Henare and the typhoon that we will call the Typhoon Helena.

00:26The Typhoon Henare is far away in the country,

00:28but the signal No. 1 is still high here in Ilocos Norte, Ilocos Sur, La Union,

00:33and also in the western portion of Pangasinan.

00:36So, it is still possible to feel the gust of wind because of the Typhoon Henare

00:41and there are also some rains, so be alert.

00:44At 11 p.m., the Typhoon Henare landed here in Palanan, Isabela

00:50and it passed through the northern part of Luzon until it left the landmass

00:56and continued to the west Philippine Sea.

00:59It was last seen earlier this afternoon at a distance of 235 kilometers west-northwest of Baguio City.

01:05The strong wind reached 55 kilometers per hour and the typhoon hit 70 kilometers per hour.

01:13The movement is very fast at a speed of 30 kilometers per hour.

01:17It is expected that the typhoon will pass through the Philippine Area of Responsibility tonight or later in the day.

01:27The typhoon with the international name of Pulasan is expected to pass through the park tonight

01:33so we will call it the local name of the Typhoon Helena.

01:37It is also possible that the typhoon will pass through the park during the next few hours

01:42or tomorrow morning or afternoon, depending on how fast the typhoon continues to pass.

01:48That is also the direction, so we will continue to watch out for it.

01:51The movement of the typhoon is a bit different.

01:55At one point, it reached 70 kilometers per hour.

02:00It is very fast compared to the typhoon that usually moves near the park.

02:05But there is hope that it will pass through the park.

02:20The Southwest Monsoon will continue to hit and strengthen the two typhoons,

02:34Here in Central Luzon, Calabarzon, and also in Mimaropa,

02:38until here in the Bicol Region.

02:40It will continue in the afternoon and evening, along with the rains in Northern Luzon,

02:44so that includes Cagayan Valley, Cordillera, and also the Ilocos Provinces.

02:49There are still strong rains, Kapusoy.

02:54This means that it is heavy to intense rains, so residents should still be alert.

02:59In Metro Manila, the chances of rain tomorrow are high.
