00:00The PNP-CIDJ has already started its investigation in the case of the former chief of the Philippine National Police who was involved in the Pogo Payroll.
00:10The former PNP chief has a Hammons official of PACCOR who said this in the last hearing in the Senate.

00:31The PNP is taking this case seriously.
00:34A former chief of the Philippine National Police helped the former Bamban Tarlac Mayor, Alice Goh.
00:43She said this in the last hearing in the Senate of a PACCOR official,
00:47Retired General Raul Villanueva and the former commander of the Intelligence Service of the Armed Forces of the Philippines.
00:56Villanueva said this in the Intelligence Community where she is also accepting a former PNP chief.
01:06The PNP is now involved in PACCOR and the CIDJ is leading the investigation.
01:12The CIDJ also gave an order to coordinate with the PACCOR to get more details as to the identity of this alleged former PNP who's allegedly on the take.
01:24The PNP chief will not be allowed to prove his innocence.
01:30The chief of the PNP himself said earlier that we will not accuse anyone, we will file a case.
01:37He repeated earlier that we will help this case and we hope that this will not affect the morale of the PNP.
01:44Instead, this will serve as a challenge to everyone who's a member of the PNP.
01:51The former chiefs of the Philippine National Police disobeyed the alleged allegation.
01:57The former PNP chief Ret. Gen. Rodolfo Azurin Jr. is the name of the alleged official.
02:04If not, the PNP chief General Romel Marvil should file a case against Villanueva and Azurin.
02:13The PNP is facing a lot of trials and the irresponsible statements will not help if there is no solid evidence.
02:22For the other PNP chief, Ret. Pol. Gen. Benjamin Acorda Jr., Villanueva should clarify the allegations and prove the person who's being held accountable.
02:35The integrity of the former chiefs of the PNP is at stake here and this is not fair to the innocents.
02:43The former PNP chief, Ret. Gen. Oscar Albayalde, said that he never found Alice Go.
02:51If someone is being accused, then you should have the guts to point out who it is so that charges can be filed in court.

03:04Former Sen. Ping Lakson, who was also the PNP chief, alerted the information that was leaked by PADCOR.
