00:02In this video, I will explain the ending of Holiday in the Vineyards, so, let's begin.

00:06The movie revolves around the story of Carter Baldwin, the heir to a renowned wine company,

00:10and Valentina, a realtor who has been trying to back local winemakers.

00:14A rich guy is sent by his CEO mother to a small vineyard to buy it up and turn it into

00:18part of his family's bargain bin wine empire.

00:21The locals in town want nothing to do with this big corporation, so he conceals his identity

00:25in order to get to know the folks at the vineyard, and he ends up falling in love with the woman

00:28selling it.

00:30Here's everything you need to know about the ending, just to let you know this video will

00:35Carter is given a task by his mother to go to Los Santos when she learns that the vineyard

00:38there is up for sale.

00:40She wants to make sure that the Baldwin family is the one to acquire the land so that they

00:43can further expand their business in that area.

00:46She asks Carter to conceal his identity when he goes there so that no one will be able

00:50to recognize him there.

00:52He is asked to go to Los Santos so that he can get to know the final amount that would

00:55be offered by the people there so that they can jump in and offer more during the bidding

00:58to grab the vineyard.

01:00Carlos' mother is overly ambitious and does not even want to miss out on a single piece

01:03of land to expand their vineyards.

01:06She is extremely dominating and instructs Carter to do as she pleases, as she believes

01:10that he will be the sole heir to her entire property and should know the ways in which

01:13the business will blossom.

01:15However, sending him to Los Santos changes his perspective on life forever.

01:20How Does Carter Conceal His Identity?

01:22When Carter reaches Los Santos, he comes to a meeting held at the Huckabee Vineyards.

01:27He learns that the local people there were trying their best to ensure that the vineyard

01:30would not go into the hands of the Baldwins.

01:33When he meets Valentina, the realtor, he tries to seek information from her about the bid.

01:38When she asks him about his identity, he tells her that he was a visitor in Los Santos and

01:41was just there for some wine tasting.

01:44He conceals his real identity and tells her that he is a carpenter.

01:48Valentina offers him to stay at her place and mend her penthouse.

01:52He immediately moves into her penthouse in the hopes of finding out some secret information

01:55from her about the estate.

01:57He tries fixing her walls but fails, and later he is helped by a local winemaker, Moe.

02:02He thinks that Carter was just trying to impress Valentina and had therefore lied to her about

02:05his profession.

02:07He mends the penthouse with Moe's help and, in turn, offers to help him with wine tasting,

02:11as Moe thinks that he has a good knowledge of wine.

02:14He helps Moe improvise on his wine by giving him tips and tricks about making it correctly.

02:19How Does a Romance Blossom Between Carter and Valentina?

02:22Valentina notices the bond that Carter has developed with her two sons, Santiago and

02:26Fernando, within a very short span.

02:29He helps them with skating and even builds them a slope where they can practice.

02:33She also develops a bond with him when she shows him a collection of wine that her late

02:36husband had.

02:38She is amazed by the amount of knowledge that Carter has about wine, and he teaches her

02:41the proper way to taste wine.

02:44Valentina's friend Cindy encourages her by saying that she should not give up all hopes

02:47in life after losing her husband and should consider Carter.

02:50They are seen sharing merry moments together, and she confides in him that the people in

02:54the village were pooling in to buy the vineyards so that they could continue the legacy of

02:57the local wines of the Huckabee Vineyards.

03:00Carter passes on that information to his mother and asks her to spare the land, as he believes

03:04that many people's emotions are attached to it.

03:06He is also seen spending a magical night at a local wine-tasting event with Valentina

03:10as he confesses his feelings to her.

03:13They are also seen sharing an intimate kiss, which signifies that Valentina has finally

03:16been able to break off her outer shell and has learned to trust someone after losing

03:19her husband.

03:21What happens in the end?

03:23When Valentina learns that the local winemakers were outbid then by the Baldwin Company, she

03:27is heartbroken.

03:28While she is confused as to how the company could possibly know the bid amount that they

03:31had offered, Carter accepts that it was he who had passed on the information.

03:36He reveals his real identity to her, and she thinks that all that he has done for her and

03:39her sons in the past few days has been a facade.

03:42She loses her faith in him and walks off, leaving him heartbroken.

03:46He thinks of ways to mend the situation and asks Mo for his help.

03:50On Christmas, a success party is thrown by the Baldwins for acquiring the vineyard in

03:54Los Santos.

03:55Carter preplans to deliver a speech on that day and invites Valentina and other friends

03:59to the party.

04:01He announces that even though the Baldwin Group has acquired the vineyard, he would

04:04like to open a parallel branch for the brand, endorsing the local wines of Huckabee.

04:08He stated that his grandfather, along with his business partner Huckabee, had dreamt

04:12of creating a great wine brand someday, but the business somehow could not become a success.

04:16He took it all upon himself to make sure that the local wine of Huckabee would become a

04:20grand success, something that his grandfather had always dreamt of.

04:24When he confronted his mother, she also seemed to be proud of him for being able to make

04:27business decisions all by himself.

04:29Later, he approaches Valentina and apologizes to her, only to reunite with her and live

04:34happily ever after.
