00:44on how to raise more than Php 6 trillion national budget for the next year.

00:49We cannot ignore the reality that there are those who seek to undermine our work.

01:12Critics who speak of accountability while conveniently ignoring their own misuse of public funds.

01:21To these individuals, I say, let us be clear.

01:27This chamber will not tolerate hypocrisy, nor will it stand idle in the face of such blatant disregard of public trust.

01:41but it should be noted that the Congressmen and Vice President Sara Duterte's response to the deliberation

01:48for the budget of the Office of the Vice President was that the use of confidential funds of the OVP should be prioritized in 2022.
