00:00what's up guys thanks for tuning in on today's video I'm Gabe and as the title
00:04says it the car is leaving in this video and I am saying my final goodbyes but I
00:10wanted to vlog and journey all the things that I'm doing prior to the car
00:14selling towards the end of the video not really selling but shipping out towards
00:18the end of the video so right now I am in the ZL1 you're the reason why the
00:22car is going my last drive in my fifth-generation Camaro SS did not do
00:27very well and that's okay because people have lives and I get that don't worry
00:32about that but in that video I do give a challenge to you guys because you guys
00:38are gonna be participating so basically I want you guys to watch that video like
00:43that video because if that video gets 10,000 likes it's a huge huge number and
00:48I did that on purpose guys and of course with all the watch time and the likes
00:50and the views that is going to drastically accelerate the time frame in
00:55which I can purchase a new car that I've actually been eyeing as an option to the
01:00ZL1 so if that happens guys by September 30th I should be purchasing the car
01:05probably late November because there's always that lag between when YouTube
01:09pays me and of course the delays and purchasing and finding a used car so if
01:15you guys want to see a new car alongside the Camaro ZL1 go like the video guys
01:19but let me explain a little bit about why I'm here at a FedEx office I'm using
01:23Drive Caramel which is also called CDS Auto Sales and this is a website or a
01:31business that essentially facilitates the buying and selling process they not
01:35only handle the compliance aspect of purchasing and selling a car but they
01:41also provide financing and coordinate with shipping so it's a basically a
01:46one-stop shop for buying and selling used cars so I'll be going into details
01:51of their business and going into it in a separate video but basically I'm going
01:56to be sending this title to them as part of the instruction so the way it works
02:01is that it's sort of like an escrow company right so they receive payment
02:04from the buyer first and the way that they handle paying the seller is that
02:08once the seller sends and they receive the title in the mail right here they'll
02:15release the first half of the money the second half of the money will be given
02:19as soon as the car is picked up so once it's on the tow bed or the flatbed
02:23which you guys will see later on in the video I will be receiving the second
02:28portion of the funds and that is it the car is going to be completely sold off
02:33it's kind of crazy that this is all happening it happened very fast so
02:37Caramel also gave me instructions to not fill out the title as they're going to
02:42be doing that on my behalf and I basically agreed to the sale price of
02:46the vehicle which I'll release in a different day but ultimately I did sign
02:50the paperwork over the electronic so the title is completely blank so that kind
02:55of is a little bit sketchy I'm not gonna lie transacting in this way because it's
03:00so unconventional it is a little bit weird I'm not gonna lie I'm used to
03:05doing this in person and I'm definitely definitely used to seeing or
03:11experiencing the situation in which money is given first then the title goes
03:16out so if I send the title and well for whatever reason no payment is given for
03:24the title I'm not gonna be sending out the car obviously but I I'm not really
03:30too too worried about that because again this is a new company there's a lot of
03:34recognition online about it there's not many reviews as a seller there's a lot
03:39of reviews on buyers but not many reviews for sellers so I wish there was
03:43a little bit more of that yeah my gosh okay I've said it before a billion times
03:48already but it's a hard decision to make but it's definitely necessary in order
03:53to grow personally for my personal finances and of course for this channel
03:58finances so stay tuned
04:03I had that car completely paid off so going back to payments and stuff like
04:14that it's kind of crazy I'm not gonna lie and to be honest I'm super thankful
04:20that I had my Camaro SS in order to at least fund this ZL1 because honestly I
04:28don't think I would have been able to do it realistically this is sent out on
04:33Thursday and because of the type of overnighting it should be getting end or
04:41close to end of business day tomorrow so wires I think the cutoff time is like 2
04:47p.m. or something like that so I should be getting paid on Monday I will keep
04:51you guys posted obviously in the video but man step one complete okay guys so I
05:01just saw the notification from my bank that I got a wire transfer and it is
05:07roughly around 430 right now so that means that it's around 130 on the
05:12Pacific Coast time or on California I was able to get that wire and that is a
05:18huge relief everything seems to have worked out so far with the title now I
05:22have to fulfill the part two which is shipping the car hey guys so it is the
05:28day that they are coming to pick up the car and as the hour grows closer it's
05:34becoming more and more real so right now I'm just gonna start removing everything
05:40that I have inside of the car taking off some of the stickers so this emblem
05:44right here guys is probably the most nostalgic one of them all
05:49panther motors was a car club that I started with my best friend Bryce while
05:53I was attending university back at Florida International University FIU this
05:57was just a huge huge part of that environment and the culture it's crazy

06:12all right guys so I'm actually filming a quick video for my Spanish channel I'm
06:18right now parked up in a very special spot where I used to come and take
06:22pictures I've filmed countless videos with this car and other cars here so
06:27it's all again flooding back towards me and oh my gosh it's a few hours away
06:32from when they're gonna come and pick up the car man she is so absolutely
06:38beautiful I really really wish I could keep her but as I said in the reveal
06:43video that I'm gonna have to sell the car I didn't play my cards right I want
06:47to work hard enough so I never have to sell a car that means so much like this
06:52and you know I might regret selling it at some point in the future but I
06:59promise you guys and I promise myself that I will get this car again and if I
07:04don't I'm gonna put myself in a position where I never have to sell a car that is
07:10so dear to me again and I don't know if it's the sweat entering my eyes that are
07:15making me tear up or it's the fact that I'm actually selling the car but um but
07:20yeah man it's for the better I know I keep repeating that this is just
07:25something that I'm telling myself to help me get over it you know okay guys
07:32so we are a few minutes away from the trailer coming to pick up the beautiful
07:38aqua blue metallic Camaro SS I've already kind of made peace with the
07:42decision as I said so like like at least ten times already but yeah guys it's
07:50still very bittersweet so holding the camera is Bryce Bryce what do you think
07:55of all this I mean you know often I switch cows yeah yeah but it's been a
08:02long time that's why it's like you're more attached to it the thing is that
08:05like this car has literally cemented me in the car community would you rather
08:12have this car or the zl1 I've gotten comments like that though it's crazy it
08:20was never about the car it was about the driver and the experiences no it was
08:26about a car check out the last drive video and get this video to 10,000 likes
08:31because if that gets to 10,000 likes by September 30th which is a crazy
08:34challenge I'll be buying another car so I'll let you guys wonder what that is
08:39gonna be what is your favorite memory of this car the first night you got it
08:43and you picked me up and we just drove around like the city and I was like damn
08:47that shit sounds good I actually motivated me a lot till I get my first
08:52car the 135i but then after yeah we went to Naples I just got it and you were
08:55like I want to go on a trip to Naples to drive it around and actually joined you
08:59for the day only and we just drove around Naples doing crazy shit and I
09:03remember just like first getting the car and just seeing it fly by for the first
09:07time because I had never seen as the first time I mean you knew but not like
09:11not like cool because the car was always manual yeah all the the homestead
09:16speedway our first time at the track I got like a 10 second yeah it's so bad
09:21how long has it been eight years eight years and a half eight years and a half
09:26bro I have a whole baby in between you actually had this car for like a whole
09:32week oh yeah true when I give you the F4s for a week to Bryce is gonna have to
09:37step out now any last words my friend she will be missed but at least all the
09:42memories will forever be in your channel yeah so whenever you feel sad you can
09:47just go back and that's what I do with my cars on your channel and I'm like oh
09:50I kind of miss that car let me see what it was like and then you remember it's
09:53like all the stuff that didn't make it to the channel like oh bro I was a headache
09:58and just like that he's gone there's really just so many amazing memories
10:08with this car starting from when the first day I got it I got this car
10:11completely by chance wasn't expecting to get it and I ended up selling Tesla
10:17stock to get it go figure that probably would be worth 30 or 40 K now but like I
10:23said before the memories are just irreplaceable going to the first Panther
10:27motor meet was also an incredible memory with this car all of the runs
10:32that I've done with this car I think 80% of the time that I've had this car has
10:35always been smiles per gallon it's been just overall fun and excitement the
10:41other 20% is really dealing with the headaches the angers and the frustrations
10:45with this car but like any other car whether it's the ZL1 car behind me or
10:49any car you're gonna have frustrations I'm just yapping at this point now let's
10:53just wait for the car to get here okay guys so I think the transport is finally
10:58here this looks like it is a closed trailer yes so I was just confirming
11:08with the agent that I've been working with from bring a trailer because bring
11:12a trailer I believe works with caramel to coordinate that shipping effort and
11:18just letting her know that hey the car is being picked up as we speak but you
11:22know what I think I truly cried all the tears that I had for this car already so
11:29you may not get a big show for the tube guys
11:52this is it's incredible eight years of ownership led to this to me selling it
12:08and to be honest I never really thought I was gonna sell this car and for the
12:13longest time I didn't feel like I'd have the means to ever upgrade so I guess I
12:18just told myself that but because of you guys because of this channel and the
12:22opportunities that I've created and that have been presented to me and the
12:26just the overall help that I've gotten I'm now able to afford the zl1 and again
12:33I'm just thankful that I was able to sell this car on my own terms guys I see
12:38no further point in continuing this video the car is ready to go to its new
