00:00:38Oh yeah!
00:00:45I just had to go to a bathroom.
00:00:47Welcome back to Still Potable, the best Celtics podcast here on Al Gore's Internet.

00:01:06And this is the free version of Still Potable.

00:01:35Now we've got a mailbag for you. We've got a doozy of a mailbag.
00:01:38A real doozy of a mailbag.
00:01:40Before we get to the mailbag, you've got to do a better job making your bed
00:01:44if you're going to have your bed in the background of this show.
00:01:50What's wrong with my bed?
00:01:52Extremely wrinkly.
00:01:54This isn't the military. I've got to keep it high and tight.
00:01:57Forrest Gump's not checking in.
00:01:59Yes, Drill Sergeant!
00:02:01There are clothes thrown about.
00:02:03I can't keep clothes on my own bed?
00:02:05It's the belt that's still in the jeans that's really...
00:02:09You take your belt out of your jeans every time you take off your pants?
00:02:13No, I just don't keep my jeans in the background.
00:02:16This guy doesn't wear a belt and he's criticizing me about a bed!
00:02:20I'm just saying, it's a bit sloppy to have in the background of the podcast.
00:02:26What kind of pants are you wearing? Shorts are you wearing?
00:02:30I like the shorts.
00:02:32That looks so much better now.
00:02:34It does look so much better.
00:02:36It looks so much better now.
00:02:38How were you living with yourself before?
00:02:42Now it just looks infinitely better.
00:02:46Well, thank you for the feedback.
00:02:48I guess this is a daily improvement podcast.
00:02:50I guess this is holding me accountable.
00:02:52Thanks.
00:02:54Turn your camera around. Let's see your room.
00:02:57I'd rather not.
00:02:59Yeah, okay. That's fair.
00:03:01Before we get into a mailbag.
00:03:03A doozy of a mailbag.
00:03:05Like I was saying.
00:03:07Thank you for publicly embarrassing me on the free episode.
00:03:09At least keep it in the family.
00:03:11Don't embarrass yourself.
00:03:13No one was paying attention to that.
00:03:15I just helped you out.
00:03:17All right.
00:03:19Jason Tatum was on.
00:03:21Jimmy Fallon last night dressed like Fidel Castro.
00:03:23Your thoughts?
00:03:25Dressed like who?
00:03:27He looked like Fidel Castro.
00:03:29Did you not see?
00:03:31I saw it.
00:03:33I saw Tatum.
00:03:35I didn't see the online comparisons.
00:03:37Were people comparing him online?
00:03:39Yeah, it was directly from Havana 1958.
00:03:41It was a kind of direct comparison.
00:03:43The communist Celtics fan accounts were losing their minds.
00:03:45They were stoked about the outfit.
00:03:47I think for that reason alone,
00:03:49if weird Celtics Twitter is in, I'm in too.
00:03:51It's too bad he wasn't in on the joke.
00:03:53It would be really funny if he was like,
00:03:55you know what?
00:03:57Those communist Celtics accounts will really love this.

00:14:23Sepcom Xpix, run your game.
00:14:25You guys ready for a mail bag?
00:14:27I'm ready.
00:14:29I'm ready.
00:14:31First question.
00:14:33From a man.
00:14:35A legend around these parts.
00:14:37A man we haven't heard from in awhile.
00:14:39Josua B.
00:14:43What do you think he does when he's not just
00:14:45invested in our podcast?
00:14:47I don't know.
00:14:49I feel like he's scheming,
00:14:51offseason, I feel like he maybe has a, a cork board full of plans.
00:14:57Uh, but that's just me.
00:14:58Maybe he's connecting the dots.
00:15:00Josh, Josh B is a legend.
00:15:03He asks, why does Brian Windhorst hate the Celtics?
00:15:08And before you say he doesn't, or you don't know why, is there anything
00:15:13the Celtics could do to flip the national media, anti-Celtics bias?
00:15:17Or are we just doomed?
00:15:20Why does your boy, Wendy hates the Celtics?
00:15:22Jay Wendy doesn't hate anybody.
00:15:27Wendy's just a, he's just a happy man.
00:15:31He's such a happy guy.
00:15:33He just spreads joy and tells great stories.
00:15:37Great stories.
00:15:38I would guess he's saying this because Wendy's said basically like it's harder
00:15:43when you come off a championship.
00:15:45And even if sellers are really good again, it won't be the same.
00:15:48I think it's true.
00:15:50I think it's true.
00:15:51You look around the NBA, even the teams that win again and repeat, there's just
00:15:57like attrition, it's like doing it takes so much out of you that doing
00:16:03it again is just even harder.
00:16:06And I think we saw it with the warriors, kind of the stages of like, that was
00:16:11probably the best example of just like the stages of winning, how it gets
00:16:14progressively harder.
00:16:15It was like that first year, they just destroyed everything.
00:16:18They just destroyed everyone.
00:16:19No one, maybe in NBA history was touching that team.
00:16:21The second year they destroyed people more.
00:16:24No, the first year was when they really destroyed people.
00:16:27That was when they went 73 games the second year.
00:16:30No, I mean, once they got the ramp, once they got the rant, it was like that
00:16:35first year was just like smooth sailing and they destroyed everybody.
00:16:39Second year, they were still much better than everybody, but had to like
00:16:43come back against the rockets and then they had to like, it was just a much
00:16:48tougher run.
00:16:49And then the third year, obviously everybody got hurt, they lost in the
00:16:52finals and it's just like the physical toll, the mental toll.
00:16:56Kevin Durant ended up leaving because he and Draymond Green, partly because he
00:17:00and Draymond Green had a falling out.
00:17:03And so everything was on display for the world to see.
00:17:06It's just like, it's hard.
00:17:08It's hard to stay at that level physically.
00:17:10It's hard to continue to be committed to the right things.
00:17:13Um, and stay within the team concept.
00:17:16Is it easy?
00:17:18Follow me on this one.
00:17:19We mentioned the 73 win warriors.
00:17:21They came out and won what?
00:17:22Like the first 29 games of that season.
00:17:24They were absolutely on fire after winning their first championship.
00:17:28They were incredibly locked in.
00:17:30They had a crazy close game against the Celtics who almost beat them to ruin
00:17:35that winning streak.
00:17:35And I think they lost to the Pistons.
00:17:37Um, the next night, I think Jay, you're talking about being a deeper in the
00:17:43playoffs.
00:17:43How much harder is that to like, when the targets on your back and teams
00:17:46have get better, but is there a chance to sell this comeback?
00:17:48And I'm like, we've unlocked this.
00:17:50We figured it out.
00:17:52We, no one can really fuck with us because we just went through one of the
00:17:56more dominant seasons, um, you know, recent history.
00:18:01Yeah, there's definitely that chance.
00:18:03Are you saying everything is a possibility?
00:18:04I'm struggling to thriving.
00:18:07Yes.
00:18:08And also the, it takes people sometimes like a little while to catch up and a
00:18:14little while to believe what the Celtics, the, what they did this past season,
00:18:20every indicator that we have from their record to their net rating, to their
00:18:25playoff record, to their playoff net rating suggests like this could be a
00:18:31historical team and I think it's easier to believe it now.
00:18:36Um, and maybe they're just a historical team and maybe they will rattle off
00:18:40two or three championships in a row.
00:18:41Who knows?
00:18:44And I, I don't, to answer Joshua B's question directly, I don't think
00:18:47there's anti Celtics bias.
00:18:49I think the Celtics were not the most exciting of teams last year in terms of
00:18:55things that are going to lead NBA today.
00:18:57One, they're not the Warriors.
00:18:59They're not the Lakers.
00:19:00I think there's definitely a pro Warriors, Lakers bias in terms of like those, the
00:19:04teams that those like pot national podcasts are going to talk about, but I
00:19:10genuinely just don't think there's an anti Celtics bias.
00:19:13I think that Celtics fans, as is their right, get a little bit.
00:19:18Upset when any like time they're not national people aren't
00:19:22fawning over the Celtics.
00:19:23But if I remember correctly, I feel like, and I listened to the hoop collective
00:19:28with, uh, Timmy good times, Tim Bontemps all the time.
00:19:32I feel like Bontemps was a pretty like loud vocal, not supporter of the Celtics,
00:19:36but Celtics believer for all of last year.
00:19:38And I feel like he gets shit on a lot for being like, uh, maybe someone
00:19:43who's accused of anti Celtics bias, but I feel like it's not a, it's not a biased
00:19:48thing.
00:19:48It's just like, I think they're not as sexy.
00:19:51They're not the sexiest team.
00:19:52And if there's any bias, that's it.
00:19:54I think it took people a while to just trust the Celtics that their old
00:19:59flaws wouldn't come back to bite them.
00:20:01And that was part of it.
00:20:03And then the other part is that their playoff run was so dominant that the
00:20:10discussion about them just turned silly because there was nothing you could
00:20:15really discuss.
00:20:16That was easy.
00:20:17It wasn't like, Oh, let's talk about this incredible game last night.
00:20:20It was like, is Jalen Brown actually better than Jason Taylor, you know?
00:20:25And so they had to come up with different ways to try to discuss the Celtics that
00:20:30became stupid.
00:20:32And eventually Joe Missoula called it out.
00:20:36It was, it was that stupid.
00:20:37So I think that's part of the reason why probably the fans think there's an
00:20:41anti-Celtics bias too.
00:20:43And fans are crazy.
00:20:44Let's just be honest.
00:20:45As not Josh, Josh, Josh is not.
00:20:48Josh is crazy.
00:20:48Like a Fox.
00:20:50Um, be Chris asked, is there a sleeper team in either conference that you think
00:20:54could be really good or a team that could be worse than people think?
00:21:00I think the Knicks could be worse than people.
00:21:02I fucking stole my answer.
00:21:04I think the Knicks are going to be, uh, there's so much hype around the Knicks
00:21:07and the Knicks are gonna get so much attention and everyone thinks cause they
00:21:10made the deal that they're going to be much better and they're, but they're just
00:21:14not going to beat teams with hustle anymore.
00:21:15So you, I'm upset that you said that first.
00:21:19See, I don't think that's the problem.
00:21:21They have a bunch of like lunch pail players.
00:21:25Those guys are all going to hustle.
00:21:27The bigger problem to me is that they have a whole bunch of guys who are like
00:21:32very similar in MBA status and very similar in skill level and are probably
00:21:42going to want the ball or one minutes.
00:21:44And it's just, to me, they have too many guys that are similar to similar.
00:21:48There's no hierarchy there other than Jalen Brunson.
00:21:51Number one, there's a whole bunch of guys who probably think they're the
00:21:55second best player on that team.
00:21:57And I know a lot of them were college teammates.
00:22:00I just think it's a recipe for people to get just frustrated because
00:22:06they're not getting enough minutes, not getting enough touches,
00:22:08shot attempts, whatever.
00:22:10I just think that that could go pretty poorly.
00:22:15So New York, New York is my, my pick for that one.
00:22:20Who's already said it.
00:22:21I think, I think people are sleeping on the books.
00:22:23If you think of the Bucs last season, it was like terrible year, fired their head
00:22:28coach, Middleton was hurt, Brooke Lopez is old and hobbled, Dame was not good.
00:22:34They still won 49 games and obviously they didn't have success in the playoffs,
00:22:38but Giannis was hurt for the start of that playoff series and
00:22:42completely changed everything.
00:22:44I think with another year of just Dame and Giannis being more comfortable
00:22:48together and Giannis being Giannis top three player in the game, I just think
00:22:54people have created this hierarchy where it's Celtics and then Knicks Sixers.
00:22:58And then for some reason, the Bucs are a tier below that.
00:23:01And that just doesn't make sense to me.
00:23:02I think the Bucs are better than the Knicks and I think are just up there
00:23:07with potentially with the Sixers.
00:23:08I think potentially better than Sixers.
00:23:10I just don't hear the Bucs being talked about as like a true contender.
00:23:14And I think they still have yet, like, obviously they have things
00:23:19to work on the defensive end.
00:23:21I think they made some decent pickups for the minimum, like the veteran minimum.
00:23:26I don't think it's like changing their, like putting, launching them past the
00:23:30Celtics, but I still think, I mean, I just remember the series two years ago,
00:23:36playing Giannis in a seven game series where Giannis is going full Giannis is
00:23:41exhausting and it takes everything out of you and it's incredibly hard to defeat him.
00:23:46And the Bucs seem to only lose.
00:23:48I mean, they lost that playoff series in seven.
00:23:50But like, it's going to be incredibly hard to defeat the Bucs if you have a
00:23:54fully healthy Giannis in the playoff series.
00:23:56And I think people have kind of like forgotten about that just because of how
00:23:59poorly they went out last year to start or at the start of the playoffs.
00:24:04I'm going to give a couple more.
00:24:06I think New Orleans has a potential to be both.
00:24:09Hot take.
00:24:10I could see that totally falling apart because Murray, McCollum, Ingram, and Zion.
00:24:18I have no idea how that works.
00:24:21There's just no planet in which that is a good core mix of four players.
00:24:27However, however, let's say Zion stays healthy.
00:24:33Let's say Zion is in better shape, which he appears to be based on photos I've seen.
00:24:40Let's say he could be one of the top five players on planet Earth this season.
00:24:43He absolutely could be.
00:24:45And if he is and then Trey Murphy and then you've got Jones and those two guys like
00:24:55take a step up and they have plans to either trade or minimize one of the core guys that
00:25:01I mentioned.
00:25:03I just think if everything is managed right and Zion is a beast, they have huge
00:25:08potential, but they could also bust so easily.
00:25:13And then what was my other squad?
00:25:16Oh, I think Phoenix.
00:25:17I think Phoenix is going to be a sleeper.
00:25:21Because Tyus Jones Tyus Jones helps a lot.
00:25:25Budenholzer is going to come in and at least bring structure there.
00:25:29You can doubt him as a playoff coach, but that dude coaches defensive structure at
00:25:34least as well as anybody.
00:25:36And he's going to force him to shoot more threes.
00:25:40They're going to be a different team.
00:25:42Their top end talent is still really, really good.
00:25:45And like they clearly had no clue what they were doing, no clue what they wanted to do
00:25:50last year. It was a mess watching them play.
00:25:53But I think it's possible that change a few things and everything looks a lot
00:25:57better. Sean, you got any sleepers or busts?
00:26:02Not really a bust because I think the Knicks are the obvious pick, but we're all
00:26:06over sleepers. I feel like it's always it's always gonna be the magic for me.
00:26:10And part of that's just because I only really watch them when they play against the
00:26:13Celtics and they always look so unnecessarily good against the Celtics.
00:26:17But I think that core group is just like getting older, getting better.
00:26:23I can see them being I can't see them like, you know, doing anything too crazy.
00:26:27But at the same time, I look at like that Pacers run from last year and I feel like
00:26:32that's the kind of thing they could do with the kind of talent they have.
00:26:36And that just, yeah, the youth and the pure energy and having siblings on a team that
00:26:41just that just does it for me.
00:26:42Are we collectively overlooking the Pacers?
00:26:44Just. Joe Mazzullo, as in Joe Mazzullo, said that was the hardest series they played in
00:26:49the playoffs, and that was like the series should have won seven.
00:26:53We are collectively overlooking them because they're the Pacers, and I refuse to
00:26:58credit Andrew Nembhard that much.
00:27:02They touched God for a full series.
00:27:05He really did. We'll see about the Pacers.
00:27:09I think they're still like mid mid in the east.

00:30:12This question's from Kurt, the vibe god of the Still Potable chat.
00:30:16Kurt always brings the positive vibes and chat always gives the positive messages.
00:30:21And I really appreciate Kurt and what he brings to the Still Potable chat.
00:30:25If you want to be part of the Still Potable chat, go to patreon.com slash Still Potable.
00:30:29Subscribe today before the title run, the title defense or not the title defense.
00:30:35We don't do title defenses here in Boston.
00:30:37We're on offense like an orca whale or some sort of other apex predator.
00:30:42Kurt asked, what's the deal with the Corrales beef?
00:30:46Need an answer. No skirting this.
00:30:48At least just tell me if he's an asshole or something.
00:30:52Um, he says Still Potable greater than that other daily pod by run run by who he who will not be named.
00:31:03There's no name. You can name him.
00:31:04There's Corrales. He hosts a daily Celtics podcast.
00:31:08We host a daily Celtics podcast.
00:31:10We have multiple voices checking in, giving you different perspectives.
00:31:14He's just yap, yap, yapping away with one voice.
00:31:17Occasionally has good friend Tom Westerholm on there, too.
00:31:20But there's no real beef with Corrales.
00:31:22It's just like iron sharpens iron.
00:31:25It's a natural just like rivalry.
00:31:28You want to do like get better at podcasting.
00:31:34We did a daily Celtics podcast, the Rating J's.
00:31:38Jay and John were the original Rating J's with John.
00:31:42In fact, we went daily.
00:31:44We created the entire locked on Celtics podcast.
00:31:47I'll say it now. You know, we built up that entire audience.
00:31:49John, Jay and I, but Corrales is a good guy.
00:31:55No beef. And our podcast is way better than his podcast.
00:31:58I have I enjoy taking shots at him on Twitter.
00:32:03And most of the time when I do that, we're in the press room together
00:32:07and I'm sitting there laughing with him while I do it.
00:32:12So I'm sorry that it's it's not real.
00:32:15I wish it was real because it'd be more fun and entertaining.
00:32:19Well, actually, before we started this show, we called Corrales
00:32:24before we started Still Potable when when the athletic
00:32:26when we were leaving the athletic.
00:32:28We reached out to Corrales.
00:32:29We're like, is there any way we could do it together or show again?
00:32:32So we're still on good terms.
00:32:35He's a good guy. Good podcaster.
00:32:38So he's got a lot of ads, though.
00:32:40Like if you want to you want to not a lot of ads all up in the episode.
00:32:45Don't want to come to Patreon.
00:32:49Question from Grant actually is a similar question.
00:32:52Potable is entering its one year mark of existence.
00:32:57When we started the show, what did we expect Still Potable to be
00:33:01or do we expect it to be where it's at now?
00:33:03Jay, I had no idea what we were doing, so I don't know how to answer this question.
00:33:07I definitely didn't expect it to be where it's at now
00:33:10because we had no plans at that time to bring on B-Rod.
00:33:14And so it's much better than I anticipated.
00:33:18It's Daily Show, which we definitely didn't anticipate.
00:33:21But bringing along B-Rod and adding him as a third guy,
00:33:26like just kind of catapulted us to a different level than
00:33:30than I think we we all expected.
00:33:33There will be new things coming and we'll discuss that
00:33:37closer to the the regular season as we start making our changes
00:33:43and adding some some more content to to the mix.
00:33:47But yeah, like the whole B-Rod thing,
00:33:51which came about kind of suddenly was was a huge change and an awesome change.
00:33:58Yeah, and I think it was just like really cool to have the chat
00:34:02and the people in the community.
00:34:04Sean and I went to Dallas and we're at the NBA
00:34:07Finals under the credential official.
00:34:12I can show it now.
00:34:13NBA Finals credential that says still potable on it.
00:34:16That's insane.
00:34:17Jay and I just made this up.
00:34:21Like, it's kind of wild.
00:34:22I still am very
00:34:25appreciative of everyone
00:34:26who kind of like has subscribed and supported us and continues to do so.
00:34:32Does it coincidence that when the year we started still potable
00:34:36Celtics win the title?
00:34:38Probably.
00:34:39Do I want to risk it by not continuing to do still potable
00:34:43and maybe risk not another title attack?
00:34:46Absolutely not.
00:34:48And so we're very excited for year two.
00:34:51We hope to keep growing.
00:34:52We hope to keep building this community.
00:34:54Patreon's adding all these new features.
00:34:56Jay King, I saw the other day, is just going live audio and chat.
00:35:01And so everyone should go patreon.com slash still potable.
00:35:06Subscribe.
00:35:08Trying to make it more interactive this year, trying to do new things
00:35:10with postgame podcasts and things like that.
00:35:12And so very excited for year two.
00:35:16Jay, another question from Gambling Grant, who you are ducking
00:35:21and refuse to do a three point shootout challenge with is shocking.
00:35:24Just cowardly.
00:35:24Jay King, just a cowardly, cowardly move by Jay King.
00:35:28I'm ready whenever.
00:35:29Grant, reach out.
00:35:31We'll set it up.
00:35:32The Celtics had eight players hit one hundred threes last year.
00:35:36Do you think there's a chance someone else joins them on that list?
00:35:39And who is it?
00:35:42The only one that has a chance
00:35:45is Baylor Shireman, if he's like ready from day one.
00:35:49Not Lonald Walker.
00:35:51Lonald Walker, the fourth.
00:35:54He's going to might take a hundred threes.
00:35:55What if he makes them all?
00:35:58Yeah, I think it's still Baylor.
00:36:01I think it's still Baylor Shireman,
00:36:04because Lonnie, we know what Lonnie is.
00:36:06We've seen Lonnie Walker in the NBA.
00:36:08Can he shoot? Yes.
00:36:08Will he shoot?
00:36:09Yes, definitely.
00:36:12But will he earn minutes from the guys in the Celtics rotation?
00:36:15I really don't see that happening.
00:36:17But Baylor, I don't know what he is.
00:36:19I don't know how good he is.
00:36:20I, I am.
00:36:22There is a possibility of non-zero chance that he's better than anybody expects
00:36:28and will earn minutes from day one and make more than one three pointer per game.
00:36:34I'm trying to look up what like what they're just a three point make totals,
00:36:37like who, Jay, do you think you can name?
00:36:39A hundred threes is a lot of threes.
00:36:40Making more than one three per game and playing a lot of games is really hard.
00:36:47Especially in the Celtics rotation.
00:36:49All right. Name.
00:36:50Do you think you can name?
00:36:51What if Luke Cornett just starts jacking again?
00:36:53You hate that.
00:36:54You said you he's not allowed to do it.
00:36:56Do you think you can name the top eight?
00:36:59Top eight three point shooters on the Celtics last season?
00:37:01Three point maids makes.
00:37:04Jason Tatum.
00:37:05One.
00:37:08Then it gets hard.
00:37:10He was two hundred twenty nine.
00:37:12The next best was one hundred ninety seven.
00:37:16Hundred ninety seven is that's like.
00:37:20Almost three per game if you played it.
00:37:24The next is best percentage on the team.
00:37:28Oh, no, no.
00:37:29Second best percentage on the team.
00:37:30Houser correct with one hundred ninety seven, then third is Derek White nailed it.
00:37:43Well, you know, fourth, fourth is Jalen Brown.
00:37:46No, Jalen Brown is fifth.
00:37:49Fourth is Peyton Pritchard.
00:37:51Correct.
00:37:51Fifth is Jalen Brown.
00:37:53Sixth is.
00:37:55On the team, no Al Horford is eighth.
00:37:58Al Horford was eighth with one hundred and eight makes.
00:38:03Corner King corner specialist drew drew.
00:38:06He shot better than Houser percentage wise.
00:38:08Huh?
00:38:09OK, four to a forty two point.
00:38:11Drew Porzingis Horford.
00:38:13Yeah.
00:38:14Drew was forty two point nine percent.
00:38:15Houser is forty two point four percent.
00:38:18And then there's a big drop off to Scott.
00:38:21So a hundred threes in a game, I think it's gonna be tough for Baylor.
00:38:27Like just in terms of minutes, he got in and he shot at least two threes for
00:38:32every 30 seconds he was in a game and he only got up one hundred and eight last year.
00:38:35And so I think it's going to shoot a pretty good percentage on that to make a hundred.
00:38:39Yeah.
00:38:40So I think it's tough.
00:38:41I'd be shocked.
00:38:42I'd actually be surprised if they got eight again.
00:38:44I can't imagine.
00:38:45I can't imagine.
00:38:46I can't imagine.
00:38:46I can't imagine.
00:38:47I can't imagine.
00:38:48I can't imagine.
00:38:48I can't imagine.
00:38:49I can't imagine.
00:38:49I can't imagine.
00:38:50I can't imagine.
00:38:51Like, I, Chris Tapps isn't going to hit one hundred threes in his limited time.
00:38:54He only hit one hundred and ten last year and he played fifty seven games.
00:38:58And so I think it'd be.
00:39:00I think seven guys, maybe I wouldn't be surprised maybe at
00:39:03Horford took a drop down because he only hit one hundred and eight.
00:39:06But we shall see.
00:39:09This question's from Will.
00:39:10If the big rotation got dire for a few weeks, hypothetical injuries to multiple
00:39:16guys like Horford, Cornett, and Tillman at the same time, what do you think the
00:39:20the team would try to do sign a free agent, Anton Watson minutes, crazy, small lineups.
00:39:29What, what say you, Jay King, how dire could this big rotation get injuries to Horford
00:39:35Cornette.
00:39:36So it's just like starting Tillman for you playing Tillman 35 minutes a game.
00:39:39So you start 20 minutes of Kata.
00:39:42They do have Kata.
00:39:43Like they do have a, like a decent amount of bodies.
00:39:45Yeah.
00:39:46So if you have like injury bodies already, like insurance ready, um, maybe you give Blake
00:39:53Griffin a call.
00:39:54I mean, if he didn't come back last year, he's another year old or another year removed
00:39:59from the NBA, Peyton Pritchard's wedding.
00:40:02Everybody was just in his year.
00:40:04Hey Blake, we need you, man.
00:40:06We could, we could need you if we have seven injuries in the front court.
00:40:10We could need you.
00:40:12That's often what you say after some guy officiates, a wedding is like hypothetically
00:40:16if six guys break their femurs, we could do this.
00:40:20We got a femur question.
00:40:22You might as well say, Oh no, that's what kind of reminded me.
00:40:26Um, I'm going to try to do all the serious Celtics question before we get into the utter
00:40:31utter nonsense we have, um, from the still potable group.
00:40:35This is kind of a similar question about the just Celtics center rotation, but the injury
00:40:41is from Navidez, Navidez is a sick name.
00:40:48I've just never seen it before.
00:40:49Navidez, um, the injury of Porzingis, what will the Celtics do when Horford retires his
00:40:55ability to defend Giannis and in beat in East playoffs is one of the most biggest advantages
00:40:59of the Celtics.
00:41:00You are right.
00:41:02And I think they're kind of screwed because Al Horford is my everything.
00:41:06You just have to change the way you play.
00:41:11You can't, even if Porzingis is still around, but you, it's so hard to have 48 minutes of
00:41:19centers who can both shoot threes and play great defense.
00:41:24And so you're probably just going to have to change the way you play, either get really
00:41:28lucky and find a big who's, who's available and, and can do both those things or just,
00:41:39just change the way you play a little bit.
00:41:42That's it.
00:41:43That's fair.
00:41:44That's a fair, fair response.
00:41:45I have no takes after that.
00:41:46I'm just saying people will miss Al Horford who got to, got to take the, uh, Larry O'Brien
00:41:54to Dominican Republic, which was cool.
00:41:56Next question, Jay.
00:41:57Sean, I'm going to open this up to you.
00:41:59I have no idea how to answer it, but I love the level of detail here from Michael.
00:42:05I'd love to hear your take on the current and previous training staff.
00:42:09I always felt familiar with the training staff from warmup jacket wearing Ray Melchiorri
00:42:14to Ed Lesert.
00:42:15But upon Ed's departure, I feel like the public wasn't properly introduced to Art Horn and
00:42:20knew little about him before you knew it, he was gone.
00:42:23And now they have Patrick Chassie.
00:42:27There are a lot of injuries under Horn.
00:42:28Is that why he left?
00:42:29What's the story there?
00:42:31What's your opinion of Chassie?
00:42:32Should we feel confident in him?
00:42:34I feel like he had the best trainer in the league in Lesert.
00:42:38Should the Celtics fan have the same confidence in Chassie and his program?
00:42:41So Jay or Sean, do you have any takes on the Celtics training staff?
00:42:50Uh, where did Art Horn leave?
00:42:55You're the beat reporter.
00:42:56I was trying to look for that.
00:43:00When did Art Horn leave?
00:43:02I'm just reading what's put in front of me.
00:43:07I'm looking at the National Basketball Athletic Trainers Association website.
00:43:11It says Art Horn is the director of organizational growth and team development, so it does not
00:43:15look like he's gone anywhere.
00:43:17He's not as involved in the day-to-day training.
00:43:20Yeah, it could be that.
00:43:22Patrick Chassie is the head athletic trainer and physical therapist.
00:43:29I like his name.
00:43:30Simon.
00:43:31That's all it took for me.
00:43:32Pat's a good dude, too.
00:43:33Are any of these guys from Australia?
00:43:38No.
00:43:39Obviously, they've done a really good job, yes.
00:43:43Are both from Australia or just Pat?
00:43:45Just Pat.
00:43:46Good day, mate.
00:43:47What are you laughing at?
00:43:48I said good day, mate, to myself under my breath, and I thought it was funny that neither
00:43:59of you guys had a reaction to it.
00:44:00I was laughing at that.
00:44:01I don't know how to answer the question.
00:44:05Their training staff did a really good job this past year managing a lot of people.
00:44:10Obviously, Porzingis had issues that hopefully they'll be able to figure out, but nobody
00:44:17has figured them out to date.
00:44:21Everybody else was really healthy, including Al Horford, who's old, Drew Holliday, who's
00:44:26pretty old.
00:44:31It felt like they were very uninterrupted by injuries last season, so training staff
00:44:36doing a good job.
00:44:37Whatever they're doing to get Jason Tatum to play over 75 games a year to keep that
00:44:41up, I have otherwise feel completely underqualified to be able to evaluate that, which is why
00:44:49I forced you guys to answer that question.
00:44:52All right, branching out a little bit after the basketball, why is no one in the Northeast
00:44:58a college football fan?
00:44:59It's not a sport.
00:45:01It's not a sport up here.
00:45:02You want me to pay attention to Boston College?
00:45:05BC might be all right this year.
00:45:08They beat Florida State.
00:45:09I don't care.
00:45:10They did.
00:45:11I don't care.
00:45:12Florida State's my team.
00:45:13I did care.
00:45:14Why is Florida State your team instead of Boston College?
00:45:18My dad went to law school in Florida at a school that doesn't have a football team.
00:45:22What school?
00:45:23Stetson.
00:45:24He started liking Florida State, and therefore I was just raised as a Florida State fan.
00:45:30Here's a question, Jay.
00:45:31Are you going to force certain team fandoms on your son?
00:45:35Or are you going to let him have his own agency and choose his teams?
00:45:41He'll have his own agency.
00:45:43There's a world of pain coming if he's not a Pats fan.
00:45:46I reserve the right to sway his opinion.
00:45:50That's fair.
00:45:51How do you not?
00:45:52Anyway, it's like you become a Celtics fan because your family's watching the Celtics
00:46:00series.
00:46:01He'll become a Pats fan because you're watching the Pats.
00:46:03There are some kids who go the other way, just piss their dad off and say, I'm going
00:46:10to root for the Yankees.
00:46:13I think it would be funny if Jay's kid was very oppositional and did that.
00:46:17That's just my opinion.
00:46:19I feel like he's probably going to like the teams Jay likes.
00:46:25Part of it could be, do the Patriots ever get good again?
00:46:28It would probably suck as a kid to root for a team that just stinks all the time.
00:46:33Are kids in the future even going to watch the Patriots?
00:46:39Jay's got the scoop on both college and pro football.
00:46:43I think Grant asked how the Patriots are going to be.
00:46:45Somebody asked how the Patriots are going to be.
00:46:47Well, tell us.
00:46:48They asked for my opinions on the Patriots.
00:46:51Let's hear them.
00:46:52Which are probably pretty uninformed.
00:46:55It was Shane.
00:46:56Shane asked how many wins for the Pats this season.
00:47:00I'll go six.
00:47:01They're going to be better than people think, but not great.
00:47:06Their defense is good.
00:47:07Jacoby doesn't make mistakes.
00:47:10Not like Mac did.
00:47:12Drake, he's waiting his turn.
00:47:14He's probably their best quarterback, but that's okay.
00:47:19They'll save him for later.
00:47:21He'll watch a professional and Jacoby do it.
00:47:23Then next year he'll take over and win MVP.
00:47:28Important question.
00:47:29I think probably the most important question of the podcast.
00:47:33What colors of the rainbow, which is Roy G. Biv, red, orange, yellow, green, blue, indigo,
00:47:40violet, would you assign to the Celtics top seven?
00:47:45Did you just come up with this?
00:47:47No.
00:47:48Matthew C. Newman asked this.
00:47:51We have to say players are colors.
00:47:55One player is red.
00:47:56One player is orange.
00:47:57One player is yellow.
00:47:58One player is green.
00:47:59One player is blue.
00:48:00One player is indigo.
00:48:01One player is violet.
00:48:02Roy G. Biv.
00:48:03Do you not know your rainbow?
00:48:04I feel like you submitted this question.
00:48:08This is a brilliant question.
00:48:11I feel like you bribed someone to submit this question just to mess with me.
00:48:15Because if someone was trying to mess with me, this is the exact type of question they
00:48:20would submit.
00:48:21Use your imagination, Jay.
00:48:22Okay.
00:48:23I think the biggest question is, who's green?
00:48:24My brain really said Derek.
00:48:26It says Derek White.
00:48:27My brain is like, it's Derek White is green.
00:48:31That makes sense.
00:48:32If White is green, what is green?
00:48:37Well, white's the absence of all colors, if you really think about it.
00:48:46I think Jaylen is red.
00:48:48Jason's blue.
00:48:50I was going to say the same thing.
00:48:51Yep.
00:48:52Keep going.
00:48:53Yeah.
00:48:54Makes sense.
00:48:55That feels pretty obvious.
00:48:56Kristaps is yellow.
00:48:57Orange, I'm going to go with Hauser.
00:49:06Violet is Al Horford.
00:49:08Indigo's Drew Holiday.
00:49:09Nailed it.
00:49:10Nailed it.
00:49:11Yeah.
00:49:12Yeah.
00:49:13There's like no disputing that, Jay.
00:49:17We've checked out of this one, but I feel like me and Sean really stepped up and fucking
00:49:20nailed that question.
00:49:21Who said I checked out?
00:49:22I wasn't going to contribute anything more, but I'm still checked in.
00:49:26Well, did you agree or did you disagree with any of our opinions on that one?
00:49:30I don't care.
00:49:33Seems like you checked out.
00:49:36This question's from Will.
00:49:37As a new Philadelphian, I do live in Philadelphia, go birds.
00:49:41I mean the Brighton, Hovind, Albany, and Seagulls when I say that, but don't tell them.
00:49:46Are you aware of the Sixers trying to build in the Chinatown area and the backlash that
00:49:50comes from it?
00:49:53I am aware of that.
00:49:54They're not going to build it.
00:49:56They're trying to move out of like the arenas that are down in South Philly, which is like
00:50:01a weird section of the city.
00:50:02I don't really like going down to the arena areas to go game.
00:50:07I do think it would be cool to have an in-city stadium kind of like Fenway or kind of like
00:50:10TD Garden.
00:50:12But if you're going to displace entire neighborhoods, specifically neighborhoods made up of one
00:50:19ethnicity, I feel like that's bad.
00:50:21There just came out there would be a report that it would just like get rid of thousands
00:50:25of jobs and not really be the job creator that they promised.
00:50:29But I think the question is, what's their thought on potential Celtics ownership change?
00:50:35And like, one, have there been any updates on that?
00:50:38And like, we've heard a lot of talks about like maybe if Bezos buys it, he wants to build
00:50:42a new stadium.
00:50:43Jay, what do you think about that?
00:50:47I think any new owner would probably want to build a new stadium.
00:50:51It allows you to make so much more money, and that's why people do things.
00:50:56And so TD Garden, it's not owned by the Celtics.
00:51:04They could make a lot more money if they had their own building.
00:51:07The shitty part would be that there's no real place in Boston itself to build a stadium.
00:51:18And so I don't know what the solution would be.
00:51:23Would it be go to Everett?
00:51:25Would it be and it would just not be the same experience?
00:51:32They should have thought of this before they built up the seaport.
00:51:34They had all this industrial land laying around and said they just build a fake neighborhood,
00:51:39which is overpriced and bunk.
00:51:41They should have built a new Celtics stadium there or a new Patriots stadium or a soccer
00:51:46stadium.
00:51:47Then they had the chance of all this empty industrial land.
00:51:49Instead, we have a place you can pay $85 to bowl one time.
00:51:56The other thing about a potential stadium that I've seen people talking about from the
00:52:00Connecticut Sun perspective is like Packard, you know, you were like gut reaction.
00:52:04Sun should move to Boston, but like there's nowhere for them to play.
00:52:11Important part of having a team.
00:52:13Yeah.
00:52:14But like, you know, in terms of someone who would be able to afford to move them up, right?
00:52:20Like a potential Celtics owner having a stadium is kind of the next step to getting the Sun
00:52:28up here.
00:52:29If that's going to be the direction they go.
00:52:30And that's the thing.
00:52:31If a new Celtics owner wants to come in, like the Bruins benefit from having the Celtics
00:52:35because then they have someone on all the nights this Bruins don't play.
00:52:40If new Celtics owner comes in, you're obviously not going to have the Bruins.
00:52:43You're going to want someone else to fill out those nights.
00:52:45It's going to be concerts and things like that.
00:52:48That reminds me, I got scooped past two podcasts.
00:52:53I promised a scoop of information I had a fucking month ago.
00:52:58I knew that Nick Friedman was going to be the new assistant coach of the Go-Go for a
00:53:02month and I sat on it because Nick didn't want me to announce it.
00:53:06He said it wasn't the time.
00:53:07About a week and a half ago, I was like, hey, you ready to announce it?
00:53:10And he was like, no, just wait a week.
00:53:12And I was like, as long as I don't get scooped by Shams, I'm cool with that, Nick.
00:53:16And then yesterday, a guy from the Wall of Fame, Scotto, has the scoop and it's just,
00:53:23Jay, how do you do this?
00:53:25How do you deal with this in the news game?
00:53:27It's a lot of pressure and I feel like I'm a clown right now because I had this for a
00:53:31month and Scotto just goes and tweets it out.
00:53:35But you didn't have it.
00:53:37I had it.
00:53:38I was on the phone when he got the offer.
00:53:41I was sitting next to him.
00:53:42I had it.
00:53:45Were you on the phone or were you?
00:53:46I was sitting next to him while he was on the phone.
00:53:53That's first-hand source.
00:53:54I don't even need a second source on that.
00:53:55I can go.
00:53:56Journalism rules says I can report that.
00:53:58Did you hear the other side of the conversation or was it not?
00:54:01No, I didn't.
00:54:02I didn't call up anyone on the go-go to confirm that they had offered him the job.
00:54:06But just shout out to friend, Nick Freeman, re-partnering with head coach, Cody Toppert.
00:54:13They won the G-League title with RGV.
00:54:16They were together with the Northern Arizona Suns.
00:54:19Cody's a good dude.
00:54:20It's very hard to stay in the league, but I think Nick's going to do well there.
00:54:25So congrats to Nick on that new gig.
00:54:29Salute to him.
00:54:30Legend.
00:54:31All right.
00:54:32Ellie gave us like 12 hypotheticals.
00:54:39We have about 10 minutes left in this podcast, and so I'm going to do my best to pick out
00:54:46maybe two or three of these that I think are the best.
00:54:48But Ellie, kudos to you that you did exactly what I asked and you gave us great questions.
00:54:55But frankly, we've just been talking too much ball to do a full deep dive into all of the
00:55:04nonsense you have put on this wall.
00:55:06So we'll save them and maybe we'll start doing some smaller content and start answering these
00:55:12questions with some shorter videos.
00:55:15But for today's podcast, I'll try to answer a couple.
00:55:20The first one, if you were to rob a bank with two current and two former Celtics players,
00:55:25who's your crew?
00:55:27You need a getaway driver, a mastermind, a cat burglar, and a brute, and a fall guy.
00:55:34So your five man crew, you are one of those crew.
00:55:39Name your crew.
00:55:40I'm going to make myself mastermind because that's the only way I feel comfortable in
00:55:45the situation.
00:55:46And I don't think I'm qualified for any of the other positions.
00:55:48You're going to be mastermind?
00:55:50I don't think I can be getaway driver, cat burglar, and brute, and I'm not going to appoint
00:55:53myself fall guy.
00:55:55Why wouldn't you just be getaway driver?
00:55:57Yeah.
00:55:58It seems like the easiest job by far.
00:56:00It's not going to be like a chase.
00:56:03It's a heist.
00:56:04What do you mean there's not going to be a chase?
00:56:05You're robbing a bank.
00:56:07I know a guy who robbed a bank.
00:56:09Well, you should probably bring him in your crew.
00:56:11Is he a former current Celtics player?
00:56:13No.
00:56:14No.
00:56:15And he did it very poorly because it turns out they are able to track the money that
00:56:20you spend.
00:56:21Yeah.
00:56:22No, they've made robbing a bank hard.
00:56:24And so he used it, used some of it and the whatever sequence, number, whatever, whatever
00:56:35the case, he was identified as a bad move.
00:56:39Who do you think the best driver, former player, former or current Celtics is?
00:56:43Chris Tapps got a lot of cool foreign cars.
00:56:45Yeah, but he told the story about, Jaylen told the story about Chris Tapps' car just
00:56:50like breaking down on like 90.
00:56:52So not Chris Tapps.
00:56:53Marcus Smart has to be involved somehow.
00:56:56Marcus Smart, I think, is the cat burglar.
00:57:01The hands man, the guy on the safe, I feel like that works.
00:57:04I think I'm not bringing anyone over six foot five on my robbery crew because I don't want
00:57:09them to be identified.
00:57:11So it's got to be guards like, yeah, maybe, maybe a semi is my brute, my muscle man.
00:57:20What about Isaiah?
00:57:22Because nobody would ever think he's an NBA player.
00:57:24Yeah, I think that's a good one.
00:57:27You know, and then Ellie suggested as your whole crew is NBA players, nobody would think
00:57:33it was a whole crew of NBA players if it's like, oh, one of them was five nine.
00:57:37That's a very fair point.
00:57:38I think Isaiah is a good getaway driver.
00:57:40Smart the cat burger semi is the brute.
00:57:43We're doing all four players.
00:57:45Peyton Pritchard as the, I don't know why he said if you need a fall guy, they're making
00:57:53Kyrie that which I think is a good bit.
00:57:55But Mastermind, he might go Missoula because he's watched the town so often.
00:58:01He's plotted all sorts of heists in his head.
00:58:04Yeah, it's gotta be Missoula.
00:58:07Yeah.
00:58:08Yeah.
00:58:09I think everyone else is too recognizable.
00:58:13I mean, maybe we can get PP in there to just you just have him hang out.
00:58:18And hopefully if you need a buzzer beater, whatever that may be in this situation, you
00:58:22just point to Peyton Pritchard and he does something really clutch to help you with it.
00:58:28But I like that.
00:58:29I think you just got to go all guards.
00:58:31I think it's a it's a small man's game bank robbery.
00:58:38Another question he asked was a felony crime you think he could get away with and how would
00:58:43you do it?
00:58:44Sir, I'm an assistant district attorney.
00:58:45I'm not going to say I just described fully how I plan a hypothetical bank robbery.
00:58:50I'm not going to engage in this talk about felony crime or misdemeanor crime.
00:58:55Don't do crime, kids.
00:58:58If you had to live in a fictional universe for a year, like the Game of Thrones universe,
00:59:03Star Wars, Lord of the Rings, which one are you choosing and why?
00:59:07Jay, you always strike me as a big fantasy guy.
00:59:11Just one year?
00:59:12Yes.
00:59:13What if other fictional universes time works differently so it feels way shorter or way
00:59:22longer?
00:59:23I mean, that's a difficult question.
00:59:28Someone says it's just a year.
00:59:30If it's just a year, then it's a year.
00:59:32You know it's a year.
00:59:33There's there's no surprise.
00:59:35Stop filibustering.
00:59:36You're just filibustering because you don't have an answer because I don't have an answer.
00:59:41Most fictional universes are a great time for heroes and an absolutely horrific time
00:59:47for any normal person.
00:59:48For the common man.
00:59:49But I'm a hero.
00:59:51So where do you want to save, Jay?
00:59:53I don't want to save anybody.
00:59:55So you're not a hero.
00:59:56That's the least heroic thing you can say.
01:00:03Where could you go?
01:00:05Jurassic Park.
01:00:06That seems like nothing could go wrong there.
01:00:09For a year, you might be all right in Jurassic Park.
01:00:11Well, say if you're just part of the universe of Jurassic Park, but you weren't on the island
01:00:15of Jurassic Park, so you just knew that dinosaurs were over there, but you didn't have to be
01:00:19anywhere near there.
01:00:20That's a good part because I would not go.
01:00:24I would happily never go over there.
01:00:26I think I would go to the Forrest Gump cinematic universe.
01:00:30It's just America, but with the existence of one guy who's connected to all of history.
01:00:35And then you have Bubba Gump shrimp.
01:00:37And then you just had a guy who ran across the United States for four years.
01:00:42And I feel like that's safe.
01:00:44And I kind of live in the Forrest Gump universe already in my head at all times.
01:00:47And that's just a little insight into who I am as a person.
01:00:50I'm going to come up with an answer to this by the end of the show, because this deserves
01:00:57a good answer.
01:01:01And I kind of want to be a wizard.
01:01:06Well, like Harry Potter, Harry Potter, but here's a question, Jay, but it depends when
01:01:12the year is, because you don't want to be during Voldemort's era.
01:01:18You can't even compare eras, Voldemort didn't play anyone.
01:01:23They actually played Harry, I guess.
01:01:27OK, Jay, what house are you in Harry Potter?
01:01:30I always forget Jay is a sneaky Harry Potter guy, obviously.
01:01:35You're going to say Gryffindor, but clearly you're you want to be Slytherin, but you're
01:01:40really a Hufflepuff.
01:01:43I mean, that's just false.
01:01:44You know, that's false.
01:01:45Everyone knows that's false.
01:01:46It's just you're not even being realistic right now.
01:01:50What are you then? You're going to say Gryffindor, right?
01:01:52Gryffindor, yeah.
01:01:54Sean, what do you think Jay is?
01:01:57I think he's kind of a Gryffindor, and I just I'm stuck on the universe thing.
01:02:02I'm thinking Looney Tunes, because like no matter what happened, no consequences.
01:02:07Yeah, yeah. So I think that's my pick.
01:02:10There's an annoying duck always shooting you in the face and a rabbit.
01:02:15The Acme company seems pretty corrupt.
01:02:17I don't know if I can live in a world where they're
01:02:21in Looney Tunes universe.
01:02:22Good one. Simpsons universe, you know, would be tough.
01:02:25Jumanji.
01:02:27Jumanji.
01:02:30I mean, you just said you didn't want to exist in Voldemort's universe,
01:02:33but like you want to exist in the post Jumanji world.
01:02:37Also, speaking of Jumanji, everyone right now go out and watch the sketch
01:02:41on SNL that was recently about Jumanji, about getting Jumanji
01:02:45and what exactly getting Jumanji means.
01:02:48It's absolutely hilarious.
01:02:50But Jumanji universe, are you talking you're obviously talking
01:02:53Robin Williams, Jumanji, not Chris
01:02:56Dwayne The Rock and I didn't know there was a new one.
01:03:00So, yeah, OK, old school Jumanji, I think is the best answer
01:03:03we're going to come up with.
01:03:05Final question. We'll wrap it up on this one.
01:03:07This one's philosophical from Ellie.
01:03:12You find a book and as you keep reading it, you discover
01:03:15it's actually about your life.
01:03:17You get to the point of the book where you are right now reading the book.
01:03:22Do you flip the page and keep reading or do you stop?
01:03:29I would like to stop.
01:03:32Here's the thing with the book, I don't know if I kept
01:03:35and then he flipped the page and he kept reading,
01:03:37and then you're just in this cycle of it's just talking about you
01:03:40reading the next page and then you're just kind of.
01:03:43Well, that's clearly not the.
01:03:46Or you're saying it talks about the sentiment of the question.
01:03:48Yeah, I'm just trying to talk things out, Jay.
01:03:50It's just trying to explore what would happen here.
01:03:52You can't keep reading it.
01:03:54And how long would it take you to discover it's a book about your life?
01:03:58Like, I'm 34 years, I think by the age of like six, I would be like,
01:04:01I think this is about me.
01:04:04I feel like if you did read it, then it wouldn't come true because.
01:04:10Yeah, it's like a time travel movie where you can't.
01:04:11Yeah, what happened before?
01:04:14Yeah, like you, you would.
01:04:17Either good or bad, like good, you'd find a way to probably
01:04:20screw it up because if you thought that was destined for you,
01:04:23you wouldn't make it happen.
01:04:24And bad, you would find a way to avoid whatever fate was coming to you.
01:04:30Yeah, but if it was a true book about your life, you would read about that
01:04:32and then try to make it happen.
01:04:34And then the book would eventually go to how to explain
01:04:36how all of that actually did happen.
01:04:38And you were just confused in the book.
01:04:41No, it'd be like it'd be like Adjustment Bureau.
01:04:45Like, I don't know what that is.
01:04:48Oh, Matt Damon flick.
01:04:50Good flick. I've heard of him.
01:04:52You know, it's a show that's good, Jay, that you put me on to Slow Horses.
01:04:56Oh, yeah. Great show.
01:04:58Season four just came back.
01:04:59You guys should watch it.
01:05:00I got the latest episode to watch tonight.
01:05:03It's a good one.
01:05:05I would read the book.
01:05:07I wouldn't be able to not read it.
01:05:08If I got up to the page of me on this podcast right now, I'd be like,
01:05:12I got to see what the hell happens.
01:05:13Also, that would be a such a boring book if it was reading about my life
01:05:16and it was just like Thursday, September 12th,
01:05:20recorded an hour long podcast about the Celtic.
01:05:23Like what?
01:05:25What what is that book?
01:05:26My life's not that interesting.
01:05:28Sure, there's been moments and highlights, but this has got to be
01:05:32little vignettes rather than just a daily story of my life.
01:05:35So I don't know.
01:05:37But I like books way better now.
01:05:40It does. And my life is way better now.
01:05:42I've done this hour of podcasting.
01:05:44Maybe I've learned a little thing or two.
01:05:46What if I just started narrating this podcast like I was narrating
01:05:50a story of my life?
01:05:51How would that go?
01:05:53You have no clue how to end this podcast, do you?
01:05:55Never have. Never will.
01:05:56Press the button.
01:05:57Still a part of the book, still a part of the book.
01:05:59Still a part of the text, still a part of the book, still a part of the book.
01:06:03Oh yeah!
01:06:10Slow down it from eating and drinking and all that wild stuff.
