00:00The United States cancels the visa of former Duterte drug war implementer Ruyina Garma.
00:06Garma says she was not able to board her connecting flight in Japan to the U.S. on August 28 because
00:11her visa, supposed to be valid until 2028, had been declared invalid and canceled.
00:17Self-confessed Davao death squad hitman Arturo Lascaña said in his affidavit with the International
00:21Criminal Court that Garma was among those who carried out the orders of then-Mayor Duterte.
