00:54in the United States to prevent the Duterte administration from falsely linking former
00:59Senators Ma Rojas and Franklin Drilon to illegal drugs.
01:03He flew overseas in 2017 after he was included in former President Rodrigo Duterte's narco list.
01:09Mabilog says when he was in Japan, then-Philippine National Police Chief Bato De La Rosa called
01:14him and told him to come home.
01:16But shortly after the call, another unnamed PNP general called and warned him that if
01:20he comes home, he will be forced to point fingers at an opposition senator and a former
01:25presidential candidate as drug lords.
01:27In the House hearing, Mabilog was asked if the two personalities he was referring to
01:31were Drilon and Rojas.

01:56Guo's notarized affidavit is essential in piecing together information on how she escaped.
02:02Authorities say Guo left the country as early as July, but she was still able to file an
02:06affidavit with the Justice Department in August.
02:09The law requires the notary public to personally see the client at the time of notarization.

02:49in the arrest of three men.
02:51The Ombudsman ruled on February 29, Osmeña was guilty of grave misconduct.
02:57But since he was no longer a government official, Osmeña was then ordered to pay a fine amounting
03:01to his basic salary for one year when he was the mayor.
03:05But in the reversal of the ruling dated July 10, 2024, the Ombudsman says Garma failed
03:10to prove that Osmeña facilitated the escape of the three men.
03:14Osmeña blamed Garma for the riots and killings in the city when he was mayor.
