00:51Ontiveros said in a Senate session Monday, August 19, Guo was documented arriving in
00:56Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, past noon on July 18
00:59Days later, Guo flew to Singapore where she met with her parents, siblings, and POGO officer
01:04Cassandra Ong, all of whom are also wanted by the Senate
01:07In the session, Ontiveros produced a document that appeared to record Guo's arrival in Malaysia
01:12She said the document came from the National Bureau of Investigation
01:15But the Justice Department, which runs the NBI, says there are no indications that Guo
01:20has left the country
01:21DOJ Assistant Secretary Jose Dominic Lavana released a statement following Ontiveros'

01:27He says there have been recent sightings of Guo by local authorities

05:05But Mulac's legal counsel said they couldn't yet disclose specific details
05:09as the accused had yet to receive a copy of the complaint
